Korranat Silapapom
As a family with kids, the swimming pools are great for both small and big kids. Many activities in the hotel area, kids’ club, mini golf, tennis court, badminton, free bicycle with private lane, electric scooter (with rental fee). The beach is quite narrow, not proper for sea activity, but beach is plenty of shells, kids are fun collecting them. The rooms are clean and well decorated, still look new and well equipped, but electronic sockets are loose. There is no elevator, family with baby or toddler may feel difficult walking up and down several times a day, we suggest to book pool access room type to stay at ground floor. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, my 3year-old son’s foot got stuck in bicycle wheel while riding with me, the staff nearby is very alert and contact golf-cart to come picking-up us and kids’ club staff to provide first-aids promptly.

I visited the hotel last week. Everything was perfection especially So Spa, the facilities were spotless and the atmosphere was very calming and hygienic. Me and my husband was attended by staff name Sa and Bow they were really attentive and nice. Their massage skills were superb. Also the reception name Beer, she was really professional and very organized. We would love to go back there on our vacation for sure ❤️

We loved our time here. Room are big and clean with everything we need. Breakfast was a spread and food was good too. The beach was smaller than expected but still good for the kids to pick shells and make sand castle. The only disappointment was the kids club, it's small and kids (age 5 and 8) got bored quite quickly. We'll come back again!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. There were lot of activities for our kids and they really enjoyed them. The hotel itself is although getting old but it's still beautiful and right at the beachfront. The room we stayed was comfy and clean. All the staffs were very friendly and helpful too.
I think the only downsides were the signature pool and the fact that the food at the hotel were pricey. For the pool, the only problem was that it was too deep even for some adults. While the sign indicated that it's 1.7 metre deep. I believe in actual it's deeper than that as I'm 1.72 metre tall but it's still much too deep for me. So our kids cannot play with the inflatable floating platform as I just couldn't support them. With regards to the food, there were lot of choices but they were just too pricey and there weren't many options around so we had to pay for them anyway.

The hotel's event team is highly unprofessional. My best friend hosted her wedding ceremony here, and we encountered numerous issues. The hotel staff responsible for the event kept changing due to resignations, and there was no proper work transition. To make matters worse, they even removed the bride from the group chat!
We booked the wedding package, including many rooms for our friends, but we were still charged extra for almost everything. For instance, when the bride requested breakfast in her room because she was busy preparing for the wedding, we were charged without hesitation. While we paid without complaint, the event staff showed absolutely no service-mindedness.
Their work was unprofessional—they kept shifting blame among themselves and refused to take responsibility for mistakes, constantly using staff resignations as an excuse. Honestly, that’s not the customer's problem.
While some staff members were kind, polite, and service-oriented, our overall experience was disappointing. If you're looking for a smooth and worry-free event for your special day, I wouldn't recommend this venue.
