From the moment I arrived at Sofitel Dubai The Palm, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The staff were exceptionally warm, professional, and attentive- ensuring every detail of my stay was seamless and luxurious. The resort itself is a tropical haven, beautifully designed with a perfect blend of French elegance and Polynesian charm. My room was immaculate, spacious, and offered breathtaking views that made the morning feel like paradise. One of the highlights of my stay was kayaking along the serene waters of the private beach and the palm. It was the perfect way to soak in the beauty and tranquillity of the surroundings—an experience I’ll never forget. The gym was also amazing, well equipped and opened 24 hours. Dining was another standout; every meal was a delight, with an impressive variety of options and consistently high-quality cuisine. The service throughout the hotel was impeccable, and the personal touches truly made me feel like a valued guest. Had the most incredible stay here yesterday. The staff were the most welcoming and warmest people we have met. We got a free upgrade to a suite due to some unavailability of our chosen room which was a basic ocean view room. The suite was so amazingly furnished with incredible lighting with an abundance of space. We have decided we will be back again later this year for our anniversary as this experience we’ve had was unforgettable.

Dined at Moana restaurant at the Sofitel Palm. The quality of the food was sublime, and the service excellent. We ate on the terrace which is so peaceful and idyllic, that it's hard to fault. We started with the ceviche and the tuna tartar, followed by the spicy salmon roll, and finished with the miso cod. Everything was faultlessly presented, fresh and delicious. Our waiter, Umesh, found the perfect balance between attentiveness and distance, which is rare to find. We will be dining here again.

He was always available, attentive, and truly went out of his way to ensure that everything was perfect. I felt genuinely cared for throughout my stay.
