A Fantastic Stay at Sofitel Dubai The Palm – Outstanding Service!
We recently stayed at Sofitel Dubai The Palm and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff were efficient, welcoming, and made check-in a breeze.
A special shout-out to Snehal, Dipa, and Ajith for their exceptional service! They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, especially when it came to accommodating food allergies. Their attention to detail and care made a huge difference, and we truly appreciated the effort they put into making everything perfect. Traveling with a 5-month-old can be challenging, but they made it so much easier for us.
Another big thank you to Ernest at the pool bar for his outstanding service! His friendly attitude and attention to detail made our poolside experience even more enjoyable.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with excellent facilities, and the staff’s warm hospitality made our stay even more special. We highly recommend Sofitel Dubai The Palm and would definitely return in the future!

Excellent experience at porterhouse. Prabhat was an excellent waiter and remembered us on our second night here.
All the staff were very helpful, couldn’t do more for you and polite.
Rooms comfortable and the grounds well maintained and beautiful planting.
Only thing was there hotel is incredibly child friendly which if you are travelling with kids is great but we weren’t. A little more separation from them such as on the beach and a designated adult pool would have been nice at times.

Dined at Moana restaurant at the Sofitel Palm. The quality of the food was sublime, and the service excellent. We ate on the terrace which is so peaceful and idyllic, that it's hard to fault.
We started with the ceviche and the tuna tartar, followed by the spicy salmon roll, and finished with the miso cod. Everything was faultlessly presented, fresh and delicious.
Our waiter, Umesh, found the perfect balance between attentiveness and distance, which is rare to find.
We will be dining here again.

We recently enjoyed a six-night stay in a three-bedroom sea-view apartment at Sofitel Dubai The Palm, and it was truly fantastic. The service, facilities, and food met the high standards you’d expect from such a quality hotel.
Having stayed at larger resorts like Atlantis before, we appreciated Sofitel’s more personal and intimate atmosphere, offering a serene alternative while still providing excellent beach and pool facilities.
We chose the half-board package, which offered good value. However, it did feel somewhat limiting, and the à la carte restaurants didn’t quite match the overall excellence of the hotel. That said, the breakfast buffet and buffets in general were excellent—varied, fresh, and well-executed.
As is common in high-end resorts, on-site purchases can be quite expensive, so it’s something to keep in mind. Overall, a wonderful stay and a great option for families seeking a more personal experience on the Palm. Highly recommended!
