Awful experience, avoid at all costs. Reviews clearly faked/exaggerated. Hotel is on an incredibly busy street right next to the strip and nightclubs. It's like benidorm. The worst part about this hotel aside from it's location and incredibly basic small rooms are the staff. Bar staff rude. Animation team used inappropriate force on my 2 year old and when challenged started screaming and shouting in my face. I remained calm and just repeated don't grab and pull my child like that. The next day my partner and I approached this member of staff when he wasn't working (it was inappropriate to do so the night before when he had 50 toddlers dancing on a stage which in itself is a hazard, why make the children come on the stage). This was following my 2 year old son having a meltdown that people were going to grab, pull and use excessive force on him following the incident, which was exactly what the animation team member had done, witnessed by several parents. A few days later we received a letter under our door, saying an internal investigation had been done, the member of staff was right to use excessive force on a 2 year old and we should stay away from the member of staff or we'd be chucked out. Our son hadn't been spoken too. We asked the 10 or so witnesses if they had been spoken too. They hadn't. We hadn't been spoken too. So this hotel carried out an investigation where they only spoke to the animation team member, no other witnesses or the victim of what was actually an assault and backed the member of staff. Another HUGELY concerning factor is that the life guards are never watching the pools. I would a pod this hotel at all costs. Do not leave your kids with any of the staff if not watching them, do not let them dance on the stage with a 5 ft drop and do not trust the hotel to do the right thing. Also, the replies are written very similarly to many of the reviews, I'd question the authenticity of many.

Me and my 5 children stayed here last week for 5 nights. This is an amazing place for children and our days were filled with everything on offer. The house was a massive hit with the children we went numerous of times. The food was excellent and plenty of choice, rooms were immaculate although small but adequate. Fantastic location for the beachfront, staff were polite and joyful. We celebrated Halloween while there and it was so nice to see everyone taking part in it and it lasted for the duration of our stay. Amazing experience for my children’s first time abroad.

Overall, it was a good experience at this hotel. Just a few minor issues. We had to ask for 2 days for a duvet because the room was provided only with a sheet at the beginning of our stay. Housekeeping takes our used towels and forgot to live the clean ones in the room for 2 times in our stay, which was 7 days. The water in the big pool and on the spash park was too cold during our stay, and we spent most of our days on the beach because apparently the water in the sea was much warmer.Overall the room was clean but small. Our children enjoyed all the activities. The entertainment was great with a lot of activities for children which was lovely. Soft play was very good for our children as well. They had a lot of fun there. All the attractions from the resort were lovely as well.

The hotel is fantastic. It is located close to the beach, the beach is clean and the water excellent. Many restaurants and shops in the area. There is a public parking lot nearby, where the car can be safely parked. The staff is very kind and can guide you. The food is very tasty and quite varied (we had half board). The play possibilities for children are varied and free (mostly) for those staying at the hotel - both inside and outside. We did something new every day with our 4 and a half year old boy. It is an extraordinary location for families with children. I recommend the location and we will definitely return!

Generally excellent, especially for kids. Pool and splash park were great. Other activities also good. Staff really 'on it', and helpful / proactive. Only negative would be in relation to the smoking / vaping. There are designated areas for smoking, but one of those is literally at the main entrance, so that's a pretty horrific first impression, and something you need to walk through each time you arrive/leave. Also staff seem not to care about people smoking around the pool.
