We loved staying here with our children. We went last Halloween as was pleasantly surprised. Super child friendly. It was so lovely to see how much effort the hotel made with decorating the whole place for Halloween. I don’t think I’ve ever seen this in a hotel abroad before. Our room was lovely, although I would have liked if the child lock at the top wasn’t broken. The pools were nice. The slides were really fun. The soft play was great! The food was good, I did enjoy the themed nights. Honestly fab for kids and parents. Lots of activities. Also a short walk out of the hotel to get to shops etc. Would definitely recommend :)

After spending 2 weeks in this hotel I can say it's not quite worth the money. For such an expensive and big hotel one swimming pool and one baby pool is just not enough. It's possible to find cheaper hotels with more pools. Splash Park is not impressive. My child went there twice in two weeks and didn't want to go back. Rooms are quite small. Air-conditioning not working properly in one of our rooms. Food and drinks were average. We've been to a cheaper hotel with more food choices. But nevertheless at every meal we could find something that we liked. There are interesting entertainments but after few days you just get bored watching and doing the same things. Despite all this we had quite good holidays. In general we tried not to make big deal of anything and be positive but we regret spending that much money.

Wow, we have just got home today from a 5 day trip. We had the best time. There is so much to do at this hotel and resort. The hotel was spotless clean we had a love room with a sea view. A short walk to the beach. The food was exceptional lots of choice. The staff were super friendly and all hard working. A very good family holiday and we all would love to visit again!

We have just come back from spending a week here. We had the best time i can’t fault this hotel in any way. The staff are great, really attentive to your needs nothing is too much trouble. I emailed the hotel with a couple of questions before we arrived & i got a reply straight away with a helpful response. The hotel is so clean the staff work really hard. They are constantly cleaning throughout the day. I don’t think i have ever seen such attention to detail. The kids club is amazing all the entertainment team are fantastic extremely attentive to all the children. A special shout out to Clara who we really bonded with we will miss seeing her everyday. My daughter loved the splash park it has a good variety of slides & is very well run. There is also soft play if you want some respite from the sun! The upside down house, 4D cinema & other attractions are such a bonus to have onsite. If you are staying at the hotel this is all included. Thank you to everyone at Katmandu who made our stay such an enjoyable one. We will most definitely be coming back again as we absolutely loved it 💕

Just back from 10 days at the hotel. The room was a bit small apart from that it was great. Staff friendly and very helpful. Very good with children in the kids club. My granddaughter loved the clubs. Especially ceaser he was one of the entertainment staff for kids works with autistic children which my granddaughter is. He was fantastic with her. It's a great hotel and would recommend it for families.
