I was a little disappointed with the hotel, to be honest. I found a lot of empty wasted spaces around the place that at times was dark as the lights didn't come on til well after dark, and when they did, they weren't very bright. Unused bars and dining rooms were a shame as I imagine in its day it was fantastic. Room was in need of decorating but was a fantastic view although very noisy at night as we were next to the theatre. The food was very samey every night. One of the lifts wasn't working, which was a huge problem for me with a bad knee, and we could wait 3 or 4 times for it as it was usually full. The staff are awesome, they are friendly and attentive, and the pools were great. Still enjoyed our stay, but it could have lived up to the price tag better for me.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Room was big enough to accommodate a family with one baby. Was quiet and the aircon really saved us from the heat. We asked and received a cot bed and had one single bed empty. Food was amazing and felt there's always things to do around. Staff was nice and helpful. You get free umbrellas plus two seats at the beach. It's same at the pool and there was plenty of space. Only down size would be that people will leave their belongings on the sun beds, then go enjoy their sleep in the rooms, knowing they have a sun bed to return to in the afternoon.

Not great, not terrible. Do not expect this hotel to be a 5 stars hotel because it is not. It is most likely a hotel around 3 start, maybe 4. The hotel was renovated, but the renovation is still ongoing, it was not finished. The food on the other side is plenty and delicious. A lot of variety of sweets, fish, meat and vegetables. On the ceiling of the bathroom we found some mold, but the rooms were pretty clean and renovated. The rocks that are in the water can be easily avoided. As a conclusion, is not that bad, it is also not a 5 stars hotel, but it deserves a chance. I would probably return someday.

Avoid at All Costs – A Disastrous Experience Masquerading as a 5-Star Resort! As a seasoned traveler with over 30 years of experience and more than a decade working in the tourism industry, I regret to say that my recent stay at this so-called 5-star resort was the most disappointing experience I have ever encountered. Despite the resort’s impressive exterior, the overall quality of service and facilities was shockingly substandard. Facilities and Maintenance: The property itself may appear aesthetically pleasing at first glance, but it quickly becomes evident that it is poorly maintained. Upon entering the main lobby, we were greeted by numerous buckets catching water from a leaking ceiling—an obvious indication of neglect. Such maintenance issues are unacceptable at a facility that claims to offer luxury accommodations. Food and Cleanliness: The quality of the food was far below the standard one would expect from a resort of this caliber. The variety and taste were disappointing, and the overall dining experience left much to be desired. Additionally, cleanliness throughout the resort was questionable. In several areas, hygiene appeared to be an afterthought, raising concerns about the overall management of the property. Staff Competence and Language Barriers: It was evident that many of the staff members were inadequately trained. Communication was a constant challenge as only a small fraction of the staff spoke English, making it difficult to address even basic concerns. More disturbingly, several employees we spoke with privately expressed dissatisfaction with their working conditions, citing low pay and poor treatment by management. Serious Safety Concerns: The most troubling incident involved my 2-year-old daughter, who was scratched by one of the many stray cats roaming the resort grounds. The presence of stray animals in a supposedly 5-star facility is alarming in itself, but the situation was made worse by the hotel’s lack of basic first-aid supplies. When we sought assistance, the hotel was unable to provide even a disinfectant for the wound. In the end, we had to resort to using vodka from the bar as a makeshift solution. The following morning, we visited the doctor on-site, who advised us to take our daughter to a private hospital for a rabies shot. This turned out to be part of an elaborate scheme. The hospital charged us €220 for a consultation and transportation, and then referred us to a public hospital for the actual shot, attempting to charge us an additional €200 for services. Recognizing the situation for what it was, we opted to take a taxi to the public hospital ourselves, where we received the required shot for just €1, and were treated with the professionalism and care that the private hospital had sorely lacked. Unresponsive and Unprofessional Customer Service: When we raised these concerns with the resort’s customer service team, we were met with denial and defensiveness. They refused to take any responsibility for the stray animals or their failure to provide basic medical supplies. Two of the staff members we spoke with (only one of whom spoke English) were notably rude and dismissive, offering no apology or resolution to our concerns. Conclusion: In summary, this resort falls drastically short of the standards expected from a 5-star establishment. From the lack of basic maintenance and poor service to the unprofessional handling of a safety issue involving a child, our experience was deeply unsatisfactory. I strongly urge other travelers to consider alternative accommodations when visiting Turkey, as there are far better options available.

Let's start of with the rooms, TERRIBLE! The AC doesn't work! It's so hot you can't even sleep. The renovation is so bad, the paint on the doors are peeling off and they are damaged. If you are someone who is interested in hotel rooms this place is not recommended. I had to move rooms just to get a decent place to stay in. The service is not bad, and staff are nice. The beach is clean and pretty. I like the food however I think they need more options.
