I was a little disappointed with the hotel, to be honest. I found a lot of empty wasted spaces around the place that at times was dark as the lights didn't come on til well after dark, and when they did, they weren't very bright. Unused bars and dining rooms were a shame as I imagine in its day it was fantastic. Room was in need of decorating but was a fantastic view although very noisy at night as we were next to the theatre. The food was very samey every night. One of the lifts wasn't working, which was a huge problem for me with a bad knee, and we could wait 3 or 4 times for it as it was usually full. The staff are awesome, they are friendly and attentive, and the pools were great. Still enjoyed our stay, but it could have lived up to the price tag better for me.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Room was big enough to accommodate a family with one baby. Was quiet and the aircon really saved us from the heat. We asked and received a cot bed and had one single bed empty. Food was amazing and felt there's always things to do around. Staff was nice and helpful. You get free umbrellas plus two seats at the beach. It's same at the pool and there was plenty of space. Only down size would be that people will leave their belongings on the sun beds, then go enjoy their sleep in the rooms, knowing they have a sun bed to return to in the afternoon.

Not great, not terrible.
Do not expect this hotel to be a 5 stars hotel because it is not. It is most likely a hotel around 3 start, maybe 4.
The hotel was renovated, but the renovation is still ongoing, it was not finished.
The food on the other side is plenty and delicious.
A lot of variety of sweets, fish, meat and vegetables.
On the ceiling of the bathroom we found some mold, but the rooms were pretty clean and renovated.
The rocks that are in the water can be easily avoided.
As a conclusion, is not that bad, it is also not a 5 stars hotel, but it deserves a chance.
I would probably return someday.

It was my second visit to Turkey and I have to say that I am coming back for sure.
Huge ups to the Entertainment Team who make a great atmosphere around the pool and during the evening activities! They bring a lot of positive energy.
The whole hotel is really nice, although it’s big it’s kept clean and professional. The staff is really helpful, you can eat and drink 24/7. Everyone is kid friendly, the spa staff loved that my son came for a massage and he absolutely loved it!
There is a number of pools, a few slides and some zones for adults only. So even with the big sized hotel you aren’t overwhelmed by people.
The food is great. The a’la carte staff has been awesome as well with a special dinner included with our stay.
The beach is sandy and clean and just a few steps from the resort/pool (like 20-30 steps).
The family rooms are pretty typical Turkish experience. But I didn’t go there to sit in a room.
I highly recommend this hotel and I am definitely coming back next year.

Not 5* as advertised, a number of bars, bowling, cinema, squash, closed, along with the 3 advertised A la Carte restaurants. In main food hall, often searching for plates and cutlery. Food warm and often overcooked. No cocktail bar and only 2 bars open. Drinks were mainly local, often ran out of gin and vodka but if lucky could get in the other bar. Limited availability of Ice cream, that often ran out by 2 to 3 o'clock. No decaf coffee although advertised on board in main dining area as being available. Hallway carpets dirty and worn. Shower leaked in bathroom. Lifts often out of order, Poor value for money.
