Our stay at The Kingdom, Land of Legends was truly unforgettable! Everything from the warm hospitality to the luxurious atmosphere exceeded my expectations. But what truly touched me was an experience that showed their honesty and outstanding service. I had accidentally left behind my Hermes sandals , an item that is not only expensive but also very dear to me. I only realized this two weeks later after I had already returned to my home country. When I contacted the hotel, I honestly didn’t expect much. To my surprise, they immediately responded with genuine care, quickly located my sandals, and even arranged safe shipping all the way to Dubai. Their dedication, responsibility, and attention to detail went far beyond what I could imagine. This kind of professionalism and integrity is rare and means so much to me. I will always remember this exceptional gesture, and for me, it speaks louder than any luxury experience. I am deeply grateful and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking not only for luxury, but also for trust and true care.

The place is absolutely stunning and extraordinarily exceptional. Unfortunately, choosing July for our stay turned out to be a poor decision due to the extremely hot and humid weather, which caused illness among the family, especially the children. However, aside from that—which is beyond human control—everything was simply magical. The price is high, but the services fully justify the cost. The staff were incredibly cooperative and friendly, showing great patience with the various situations and temperaments of the children. The price also included everything: water games, food and drinks, photos, the amusement park—all throughout the day without any additional charges. The team was quick to respond to every request, always helpful and efficient. Room services were excellent—no more than a few minutes would pass before the staff arrived to fulfill any request in all three rooms we stayed in. Our stay consisted of three rooms for four days. The evening festivals were wonderful, and the hotel is directly connected to a shopping mall that includes all the top brands. The pharmacy is open daily until 12:00 am. I was truly impressed by everything I experienced there. It’s a place worth visiting again, and I highly recommend it.

Our experience was truly special and delightful from the moment we arrived. We were warmly welcomed with sweets for the kids, and the staff were extremely friendly. The place is beautifully designed and very child-friendly, making it an unforgettable stay in every way. The only downside was that we were given a boys’ room instead of the girls’ room I had booked, which was a bit disappointing. Everything else was absolutely wonderful.

There is no such thing as a perfect score but there is rounding up to one. I had a lovely 5 night vacation here with the family and it really stood out. There is something for everyone and when your kids are happy and fulfilled, you tend to find joy in your vacation. The clean and spacious rooms are a great start, the super fun theme park and great weather make this an amazing family destination, but the service is what truly sets it apart. I have rarely been to an establishment of this size in which every single person serving did it with such a wide smile. Everyone is there to help and everyone is nice about it. Thank you to all the people who created the experience because you made it special to me and my family.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days and had such a wonderful time! The theme park was big and diverse, with lots of fun rides for all ages. The mall was also great, full of different shops and right nearby. My kids absolutely loved the stay – both my sons and daughters had such a great time. We’ve traveled a lot as a family, but they all said this was their favorite trip ever! The hotel is really kid-friendly, and the whole theme and atmosphere were just perfect for families. The staff were all very kind and helpful, especially Direnç, who was in charge of our stay. He went above and beyond! I even lost my bracelet in the theme park, and he found it and returned it to me – truly kind and professional. As a hijabi, I really appreciated how comfortable and welcoming the environment was, with many other hijabi women around. It made me feel at ease and respected. The only suggestion I have is to consider setting specific hours at the indoor pool for women only – that would make the experience even more relaxing for us. Highly recommended for families! I’d definitely come back again.
