This was by far our best family vacation we had at a resort ever. Overall, the staff were friendly and attentive. I had not mentioned it was my son's birthday but they surprised us with a cake and a card to wish him. This hotel has thought about everything, from the sweets table when you enter to the details in the rooms and eating area. We had the most amazing time and will be back in the future. The staff were so friendly to the kids. Our stay here was perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel, it exceeded my and my families expectations.

I highly recommend this fantastic hotel for families with children. I stayed here with my 11-year-old and 8-year-old, and the experience exceeded all expectations. The hotel caters to families in every possible way, ensuring both kids and parents have an stress-free and enjoyable stay. The food was exceptional—10/10—with a variety of delicious options to suit both adult and child preferences. The entertainment for kids was equally impressive, with plenty of activities that kept my children engaged and happy throughout the stay. The on-site theme park and aqua park were highlights, both earning a perfect 10/10 for fun and excitement. Customer service was outstanding as well. Every staff member was attentive, helpful, and eager to assist with any request. Despite the large number of guests the hotel accommodates each year, the cleanliness was impeccable, which truly added to our comfort and peace of mind. We will definitely be returning in the future—this hotel has become a family favorite!

We loved our holiday. Plenty to keep the kids entertained day and night. Great water park and theme park, especially with having AI area for hotel guests which some don’t. Great themed rooms with some little extras like mini bar and slippers. Good selection of drinks plus the extras such as pick and mix and ice creams. Free arcades and PS5s a bonus. Food was fine for us always found something we liked. Water park was busy fast track for hotel guests even for a few days would have been good. Overall brilliant holiday and would visit again

Had a lovely trip with my boyfriend. Felt so welcomed at the hotel, it was so vibrant and unique. The waterpark was a massive highlight for us. We loved the All in concept, was so convenient when we wanted to eat at the park. The weather was lovely. Looking forward to coming back.
