We had an amazing stay at this highly family-friendly hotel! My kids absolutely loved it, and so did I. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, not only with us but also with our children, which made us feel very safe and comfortable throughout our stay.
One of the highlights was the complimentary juice, coffee, ice cream, and sweets service—it was such a special and memorable experience for the kids.
There’s just one thing I’d suggest improving. We booked the breakfast, lunch, and dinner package, which was fantastic, but the meal timings were a bit restrictive. For example, it was challenging to get back to the hotel in time for lunch after visiting the park, and dinner finishing at 9 PM didn’t give us enough time to fully enjoy the evening shows and activities. It would be great to extend the timings or have an option for late-night snacks or meals for guests who might miss regular dining hours.
We also really appreciated the dedicated corner in the park for hotel guests—it was a lovely touch! However, I would suggest adding a few more savory options to the snacks provided there.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience for me and my family. We were three families staying at the hotel during the same period, and all of us had a fantastic time. Thank you for making our stay so special! We look forward to coming back.

Rixos has never disappointed our family. At first, I thought visiting in winter might not be the best idea due to fewer activities, but in December, it felt like a fairy tale for both adults and kids. We started by enjoying the theme park shows (Masha, dolphins show) and carousels, then participated in some kids’ activities inside the hotel. In the evening, we took a magical walk at the Land of Legends, enjoying the outdoor show.
The kids especially loved the playroom inside the hotel—you can leave them on the first floor while you relax and have tea outside. The food was excellent with a wide variety for both adults and kids. However, I noticed some kids and adults taking 10 plates of different food at the buffet and barely eating any of it, leading to a lot of waste. It might be a good idea for the hotel to educate families at check-in about responsible buffet usage—better to get up 10 times than to waste so much food!
We also used the indoor pool, which was okay, but a bit too cold. Entering was chilly, and getting out was even colder.
The room was beautifully decorated and spacious, with an amazing view from the balcony. However, the kids’ sofas were a bit hard, and adding an extra mattress would make them more comfortable.
The staff was incredibly kind and attentive—sometimes it felt like there were more staff than tourists because they took care of every detail so well!

The Land of Legends was an amazing experience, truly like stepping into a fantasy world! The water show was breathtaking – vibrant, synchronized fountains set to music with lights reflecting off the water. It added so much magic to the evening, and the atmosphere was electric with everyone enjoying it.
The shopping experience was equally impressive. Walking through the streets lined with unique shops felt almost like being in an enchanted village. At night, everything lit up with beautiful lights, adding to the whimsical feel. There was a nice range of stores, from high-end brands to fun souvenirs, catering to all budgets and interests.
Overall, it’s a wonderful spot for families and anyone looking to enjoy an evening of entertainment, dining, and shopping in a one-of-a-kind atmosphere.

I have been looking forward for a very long for the Land of Legends. I had a high expectation as the price wasn’t cheap. We faced some issues during our stay. Technical issues in the room,
The sink got stuck, we phoned and they came to fix it. The head shower got broken, and UK chargers didn't work with any pluggers in the room until the day before we left. We changed the room, slightly better. The service is at the top, very kind people who tried everything to make the experience better. The atmosphere at the LL is stunning at Christmas time. Lots of activities for the children, which my daughter enjoyed. The food was good, lots of options. Coffee and juices are not the best quality. Not much to do for adults. Theme Park was beautiful, a lot of activities were shut down during the winter season. Overall good but not excellent. Would I go back? Probably not.

I had heard so much about the Land of Legends, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The experience was nothing short of magical, reminiscent of a scene from a Disney movie. From the moment I entered, my family and I were awestruck, exclaiming, "Wow! This is incredible!"
The investment of time, money, and effort is evident in the stunning architecture and design. I can confidently say that, as a resident of the UK, we often fall short in our Christmas celebrations compared to what this remarkable destination offers. It's impressive to see a Muslim country going above and beyond to delight its visitors, delivering an outstanding experience.
