Really great experience here. Checking in was super easy and the staff is nice. They honored our requests without any problems whatsoever. The bar I went to was cool and the slots weren't bad in my opinion. They have a pretty decent gift shop and there's a sandwich place that serves beverages and food that is open 24hrs!
This was my first stay here, as I am a Las Vegas local and decided to choose this property for a staycation. Everything was really nice.

The rooms are reasonably priced given the location. However, after staying here four times in the past 12 months, I can confidently say that the service falls below expectations. For example, the room isn’t cleaned daily, and when I call to inquire, the staff offers excuses, such as the possibility of a "Do Not Disturb" sign being on the door, staff being too busy, or the claim that I didn’t request housekeeping — even though I specifically asked for it every day. Additionally, rooms don’t come with a fridge or coffee machine, and they charge $40 to add these amenities, sometimes more than the cost of the room itself. Unless these issues are addressed, I wouldn’t consider staying here again.

Reasonably priced hotel on the strip, guess you get what you pay for. Checking in was a nightmare, their kiosks don't work and the line was long. Not just the kiosks, all their computer systems are terrible... we couldn't charge anything to our room and our keys didn't work in the parking garage either. This place needs a system upgrade! Rooms are okay, housekeeping was very good. Location is amazing, the Promenade is really nice with lots of restaurants and bars to go to. Great location for walking to Planet Hollywood and the Sphere.

I stayed at the Linq Hotel for 4 nights and honestly had a great experience. I’m not sure why there’s so much negativity around this place. Yes, my first room wasn’t great—it was an upgrade to a suite but looked into the parking garage and was therefore noisy at all hours—but when I brought it up to the front desk, they changed me to a District 2 suite with minimal hassle. The suite was fantastic—spacious, clean, and comfortable! One oddity, in our first suite there was a coffee maker and in our second there wasnt (which sucked because coffee on the Strip is absurdly expensive).
The location is incredibly central, making it easy to get everywhere on the Strip. Whether you’re walking to shows, restaurants, or casinos, it’s all right there.
Overall, the staff were mostly helpful, the casino was lively with people around my age (25-40), and while the hotel isn’t the most luxurious on the Strip, it offers excellent value for the price. I’d stay here again. Just speak up if your room isn’t up to par—they’re willing to make it right!

Location is ideal! Beautiful and fun property. I visited this place for my birthday and I was looking forward to enjoying every second of it. However as a platinum member I was expecting to at least be heard. I had one single request and it was a good/decent view from my room. And this is what I got. As a professional working in hotels I know for a fact that blankets are never washed (and that’s understandable) my issue was the fact that as you can see there was only one sheet of linen and the blanket was exposed. This is disgusting. I didn’t want my skin touching the blanket. I was also charged a late check out fee even after I personally called to check out at 8:30am! Parking is confusing and dirty. It smelled like pee and I did not feel safe walking around/leaving my car with so many random questionable people lingering around.
