I enjoyed my stay here very much, the location is perfect, and I love that it’s on the promenade. So much to do just steps away. The staff were so nice, especially by the pool! Beds and pillows were comfy. I did take one star off because the water pressure in the shower was terrible!! It took me forever to wash the shampoo out of my hair. And there’s no mini fridge in the room. You pay so much for a bottles of water, it would be nice to keep them cool when it’s over 100 degrees out. Overall, I’d come back and would recommend this place.

Not going to roast the entire hotel because of this one experience, but I do want to give a one star specifically due to one employee. Main casino bar, around 1:10pm on a Friday afternoon. Tall dark hair, white guages in both ears and two nose piercings on each side of nose, tattoos. Completely ruined the vibe for my husband and I within a 2 minute encounter. He was SO rude to us. Eye rolling, raised his eyebrows at us and made a snide remarks after we ordered, not even a welcome or thank you or even a slight smile. We could tell immediately that he was over It before we even began. We’ve worked in the service industry for many years and this guy had major attitude. Made us uncomfortable. All we asked for was a sprite and a beer. We understand that everyone has those days, but in Vegas, hospitality is key, and he clearly lacked the capability to put on a smile and treat guests as he would like to be treated. Other than that, Hash House A Go Go was phenomenal, highly recommend. Service there was outstanding and the food was even better.

The only good thing I could say about the LINQ hotel is that it is in a good location. First night we were woken up by a horrible sewage smell. Honestly it smelled like someone died. Bubbling sounds started coming from the bathroom and we thought the toilet had started overflowing in the middle of the night while we were sleeping. Turns out the should was backing up and water was bubbling up from the drain into the shower leaving black stuff everywhere. It took over an hour for maintenance to come, and when they did they used several of the towels we had in the bathroom and left a gross plunger all over the carpeted floor. As soon as he finished he took off because another room was having the same issue. No housekeeping came to clean the bathroom and there was no way I’d be using that shower after what was coming out of it, and the smell continued to linger in the room throughout the day. We requested a room change only to be told we would have to wait until later in the day for there to find an available room. We eventually were able to move to a room in another district, but we’re still concerned we’d have the same issue. Not once did the staff at the LINQ offer anything to try to make up for the horrible experience. Would definitely not recommend unless your willing to deal with the smell of sewage and listening to people vomit throughout the night.

If you are looking for almost center strip on a budget this is it! There are lots of options within walking distance. Service is pretty good; once you can locate an employee. The rooms are nice. Some rooms don't offer a mini fridge. If that's a must, either add it onto the room you're booking or book a room with one included. FYI, if you plan to visit the pool make sure you have your ID.

The rooms and amenities are good. The room was clean and the arrangement of the room was good. Enough space to walk around the room. No coffee maker in room or courtesy water but ok. The slot machines had some paper jams and as well for taking the money to play. The people to clear the the machines were not available as well for the waitresses for the drinks. We would have to hunt them down. Place looks it was under staff. It's was our first day yesterday and were looking for a good time. Hopefully the rest of our stay isn't as bad. 🤞. The location is the best because it's within walking distance of most of the popular attractions.
