Hotel and Resort is priced well for an excellent location! It is in the middle of the strip, across from Ceasars Palace. Room was spacious and clean. Self-check in was quick, easy and convenient. It rained heavily for 2 days we were there and there was flooding in the parking lot. However, staff did a great job in communicating and organizing our way to the Harrah's parking lot instead with little stress.

My fiance and I asked to switch from a double bed to a king, and the front desk staff changed our room with no problem. We stayed on the 18th floor, and our room was actually really nice! Of course, you’re not checking into the Four Seasons Hotel here, so don’t expect luxury. But it’s clean, comfortable, and has everything you need — shower, TV, mini fridge — perfect if you’re in Vegas to actually enjoy Vegas (because who spends all day in their hotel room anyway?). The elevator security made us feel safe, which was great. The hallways did smell a little strong — like someone went overboard with the perfume — but it’s not a big deal. Definitely eat at Hash House A Go Go downstairs — the food is amazing! We also saw Mat Franco, and his show was incredible. The casino staff, tables, and slots were all great too. Even Dunkin’ Donuts was on point. The pool area was fantastic — no complaints there. There’s still more in the hotel we didn’t get to check out, so I guess that just means we’ll have to come back!

I had a terrible experience at the LINQ hotel. We were sold an upgrade to a top floor unit with blood stained sheets (we had to change ourselves) and we also experienced the ceiling leaking in multiple rooms on the night of the show we came to Vegas to see. We were told by the electrician, “You’re on the top floor what do you expect, deal with it or change rooms.” The staff was not sympathetic or quick to help, resulting in us missing the opening of Earth Wind & Fire. Who knows when/if we could ever see them again. We had to move rooms around midnight after the show to then be woken up at 3 am to the fire alarm chirping low battery every 30 seconds in our new room. It took an HOUR for someone to come change the batteries. The ride share was flooded/unusable the night of our event with no communication from staff or help to figure out where to go. We received one night comped (the cheapest one under $100) and our upgrade fee refunded. This does not account for what we went through, and the staff lacked professionalism, urgency, and solutions. I submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau with my request to be refunded all fees, including parking, for the night my room leaked, missed the show, and was awoken to fire alarm beeping for an hour. This is extremely fair considering I had agreed to pay almost $1,000 for 3 nights. I wouldn’t recommend this as the experience left me never wanting to go back to Vegas for a while. Spent a couple nights here for my birthday recently. My wife and I were oh so pleasantly surprised. We go to Vegas a few times a year and have stayed all over the strip, and spent all kinds of money. For whatever reason we had never tried this place but decided to give it a go purely for location. But wow we had great time. Mind you we upgraded to a suite but it was fantastic. Easy to navigate, plenty of choice, and right where you want to be. My only gripe is the pool. It's super lacking by any comparison, this definitely wouldn't be our pool season choice.

We got a great deal on a 3-day package and absolutely loved our stay! I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because my body wash wasn’t refilled during the daily cleaning service. Also, we were repeatedly asked for ID proof to use the pool, even though we clearly weren’t under 21, which felt a bit odd. Overall, though, the view was amazing and the price was excellent!
