After staying at multiple different places over the years on the strip I can easily say this is the worst place I've stayed and would never stay here again even if the room was free. I've seen run down motels in nicer condition and with better amenities then this place. They even pulled all the refrigerators out of the rooms and charge you an extra $20 a day if you want one just to try and suck every last penny they can out of you. There are much nicer places to stay for the same price. Don't waste your money here.

We have stayed a couple of times when visiting Vegas, it’s a great location with excellent staff, what is letting them down is the rooms. The AC units make too much noise and if you have a room overlooking the pool the music is even louder. The number of restaurants close by is definitely a HUGE asset. The Spa is excellent but be aware they charge a Service Fee that is actually a tip.

The location was great but the room was not clean at all. The shower curtain was nasty and stained. There was soap buildup all over the dispensers. The towels were old, thin, and small. The bedding was also stained. The entire stay was extremely uncomfortable because of the lack of cleanliness. We also had to ask multiple times for more towels and washcloths. We were in Vegas during a popular event so the price was absurd for the disappointing stay.

The room was clean. The express self check in would not read my id so I had to go to the desk which was fine but the lady marked me down for no housekeeping and using a kiosk and I was never asked and couldn't use it. Our AC froze up the 2nd night and it took maintenance 5 hours to come and fix it. The one of the bell boys to store luggage asked for money. The colors on the outside of the building needs some updating. The food is great, location is great and housekeeping employees are nice and polite.

The customer service was excellent Giovanni was fantastic checking us in. We booked through Southwest Vacations because the bundle for the flight and room is better. However, I would book direct if you can it's a better deal plus you are more likely to get upgraded. It is very centrally located which is great you are right on the strip and the monorail is a great often overlook mode of transportation. If you are not planning on driving use the monorail when you can because Lyft gets expensive and drivers are a hit and miss plus ride share pick up can be complicated. This a no fuss no frills hotel it does not have room service or super amenities but it is comfortable and safe. We did find some trash in our room that was missed otherwise it looked and smelled clean. If you're not spending loads of time in your room it's great! It could use a refresh and the cigarette smoke lingers in the casino. We are at the Mexican restaurant in the hotel and it was good. Beware of the street performers in this area they can be aggressive. The hotel could just use a remodel and updated rooms. Otherwise I would recommend this hotel. There is plenty to eat onsite.
