SSK-Geneva
The Oberoi Marrakesh lives up to the Oberoi promise and then some. The service is outstanding, the property is magnificent with its over 3,000 olive trees and its impeccably appointed rooms. We stayed in a room with a pool. Didn’t really use the room pool as the main pool was the perfect area to relax and enjoy great service from the pool restaurant. Evening dining options are limited to a high end Indian restaurant with mostly spicy options and a second restaurant offering a selection of different nationality foods. The spa and its staff are a treat. Don’t miss out on the traditional hammam experience or their relaxing massages. The therapists are all wonderful and highly qualified. The entire staff of the property are wonderful, it began with excellent reservations support from Halima to a warm welcome by Mamdouh, the manager who is as kind as he is professional. Samir and his colleagues at the Concierge were most helpful in booking restaurants and city tours. Mohamad with his endearing smile and excellent manners kindly whisked us around in his electric car given the distances within the property. This is a great place to spend a few relaxing days in Marrakesh but be mindful of the distance from the city center and the additional costs for moving around.

Our stay at The Oberoi, Marrakech was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to cater to our every whim — warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. The hotel made my daughter’s birthday truly magical — they decorated our room beautifully and even baked her a special cake. It was such a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was a daily highlight: an incredible spread of fresh produce, delicious baked goods, and so many choices that it was impossible to try everything. We also loved the gym classes, which were well run with great variety — a lovely way to start the day. The private pools are another standout feature, offering privacy and relaxation, especially ideal for families with young children. The hotel’s resident donkeys were an unexpected delight — we visited them every morning after breakfast, and it quickly became my daughter’s favourite part of the day. Beyond that, the facilities are outstanding, from the beautifully maintained tennis courts to the padel court and fitness facilities, everything is designed to the highest standard. In every respect, The Oberoi Marrakech exceeded our expectations. It’s rare to find a hotel that combines luxury, warmth, and genuine hospitality so effortlessly. We can’t wait to return.
Aseel Abu-Dayya
Thanks to an awfully horrendous experience at La Mamounia which forced us to check out less than 18 hours after arriving at their unfortunate excuse of an establishment, we shifted gears to the Oberoi Marrakech. This absolute architectural gem of a resort is the epitome of luxury, service, and class. From the moment we checked, the service was second to none. The rooms lavishly decorated, welcome amenity and gift thoughtful, room service meticulous and thorough, and all F/B options from breakfast to the Michelin star Indian restaurant Rivayat were a real treat. The resort is also very child friendly - my kids enjoyed the welcome treats and activities, as well as the kids club attended by the wonderful Ebtissam who my kids warmed up to in no time. They even enjoyed feeding and riding the two resident donkeys on site. A true 5 star experience across the board. Thank you again, Oberoi Marrakech, for a memorable stay.

The Oberoi Marrakech is simply exceptional. Whether we’re staying for a few nights or just enjoying a day pass, it never fails to impress. The location is stunning. like a peaceful oasis in the middle of the desert, blending traditional Moroccan design with serene luxury. The property is beautifully maintained, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out. The pools and water features are breathtaking, and every corner of the resort reflects attention to detail and elegance. What truly makes the experience unforgettable is the staff. Their professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness go above and beyond. They genuinely care about every small detail, and their hospitality is second to none. We always have an amazing time when we visit with the kids. It’s relaxing, joyful, and consistently exceeds expectations. We’ll definitely keep coming back!

We had the absolute pleasure of spending three unforgettable nights at The Oberoi in Marrakech for our honeymoon, and it was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and impeccable service. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt special, cared for, and completely at ease. The attention to detail was truly unmatched. One of the most memorable surprises was walking into our beautifully decorated room—it was romantic, elegant, and thoughtfully arranged just for our honeymoon. The fresh flowers, candles, red and white balloons, and personalized notes made it feel like a dream. The property itself is breathtaking, with stunning architecture, lush gardens, and peaceful surroundings that made it the perfect retreat. Whether we were relaxing by the pool, enjoying delicious meals at the on-site restaurants, or exploring the serene grounds, every moment felt luxurious and serene. We also LOVED the donkeys Sugar and Brownie and the man who took care of them was so sweet. He even let us take sugar for a ride. We got massages at the spa which we also highly recommend. It was truly the best couples massage we ever received all around the world. We can’t thank The Oberoi Marrakech team enough for making our honeymoon so special. It exceeded all expectations and gave us memories we’ll cherish forever. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a romantic, luxurious, and truly personalized experience.
