I recently had the most extraordinary stay at the St. Regis Hotel in The Palm, Dubai. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the exceptional service provided by every member of the team. The butler, concierge, and front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure my experience was flawless and truly memorable.
A special thank you to the general manager for graciously offering me an upgrade in recognition of my Matriott Titanium status. This thoughtful gesture added an extra layer of joy to an already incredible visit.
The hotel itself is stunning, with luxurious touches everywhere, but I have to say, the beds are the best beds ever! I've never slept so comfortably in my life.
I am already looking forward to my next visit, as I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this fantastic property. Highly recommend it to anyone seeking an unforgettable stay in Dubai!

My wife and I spent our honeymoon at the St Regis this past January. The rooms were impressive right along with the concierge service we received from Joyce. She handled all our day to day activities. She gave us plenty of options for restaurants and activities along with booking our reservations for our dining. Joyce and Aymen both recommended the morning brunch which we attended daily at the hotel. There we had amazing service from a young lady by the name of Kumari. She was so helpful and kind during all of our meals at the hotel. The hotel has a mall attached to it which kept us very busy. All in all our stay was fantastic.

Stopped by for a coffee and snack. It was on the expensive side, but the lounge area was lovely—definitely worth it for a quick pit stop.
The toilets were clean and very modern, which was a nice touch. It’s also within walking distance to "The View," which can be accessed through the shopping centre at the back.

Beautiful hotel with a prime location and fantastic restaurants, but the service left something to be desired. I experienced a strange noise in several rooms on the 18th floor when the lights were off and had to switch rooms five times to finally find a quiet one. It was surprising to see staff prioritizing upgrades for guests who are vocal about it over Marriott Platinum and Gold members, which didn’t feel quite right for a St. Regis property. Overall, it’s a lovely hotel, but I hope future guests have better luck with the service than I did.

This is an unfair post, I admit it right off the bat because we are judging this after staying at Atlantis the palm, and having had stayed at st Regis bora bora and Maldives. This is a nice hotel, definitely, but nice is as far as you can go in adjectives. The other two St Regis were jaw dropping and while I acknowledge the unfairness given the comparative locations, this was still a huge let down.
The good: all the staff especially our lovely check in girl made us feel super welcome. The room is clean, nothing unique, but the sheets were incredible, frete ofcourse.
When you do go to the beach, they have a relationship with a fancy beach club so that was nice, but the artifical beach with no waves is just that.. Artificial. Good for sunbathing? Can't even bring in ur own bottled water....
The mediocre. The location is not great, ur in the center of a busy mall in the middle of the bud of the palm, you are surrounded by streets. To go to the beach you have to take a shuttle that only operates on the hour, vs you could walk 15-20min. The pool is abysmal, 4th floor with views of buildings, your not high enough to see the palm, your not high enough to see other buildings. The breakfast buffet is super mediocre, I feel like they really could of shined here as the location is out of their control but it was not deserving of the brand. The lobby is a joke, compared to all the other hotels, not a single distinctive feature.
This is a nice hotel, but if ur Marriott bonvoy loyal or a fan of the St Regis, this just isn't worth it. Again if this were the jw Marriott, or the residence Inn, I'd be giving a higher review. But this is the worst st Regis I've ever stayed in. Just stay at Atlantis, it blows this out of the water! I didn't even take any pictures of anything at the hotel.
Go to sushi samba.
