I recently had the most extraordinary stay at the St. Regis Hotel in The Palm, Dubai. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the exceptional service provided by every member of the team. The butler, concierge, and front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure my experience was flawless and truly memorable.
A special thank you to the general manager for graciously offering me an upgrade in recognition of my Matriott Titanium status. This thoughtful gesture added an extra layer of joy to an already incredible visit.
The hotel itself is stunning, with luxurious touches everywhere, but I have to say, the beds are the best beds ever! I've never slept so comfortably in my life.
I am already looking forward to my next visit, as I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this fantastic property. Highly recommend it to anyone seeking an unforgettable stay in Dubai!

Stopped by for a coffee and snack. It was on the expensive side, but the lounge area was lovely—definitely worth it for a quick pit stop.
The toilets were clean and very modern, which was a nice touch. It’s also within walking distance to "The View," which can be accessed through the shopping centre at the back.

Beautiful hotel with a prime location and fantastic restaurants, but the service left something to be desired. I experienced a strange noise in several rooms on the 18th floor when the lights were off and had to switch rooms five times to finally find a quiet one. It was surprising to see staff prioritizing upgrades for guests who are vocal about it over Marriott Platinum and Gold members, which didn’t feel quite right for a St. Regis property. Overall, it’s a lovely hotel, but I hope future guests have better luck with the service than I did.

I had always imagined the St. Regis as a wonderful hotel, so I had wanted to stay there in Dubai.
However, my stay this time was very disappointing.
When you enter the hotel entrance, the place is small and crowded with people.
The female staff member who checked us in was cold, Inappropriate and unkind.
Having stayed at the Ritz Carlton the previous day, I was disappointed with the difference in the staff's hospitality, attitude and awareness.
I was also looking forward to staying at the St. Regis, but found the overall quality to be lower and not first class.
The hotel pool was just an ordinary pool so I didn't think to take any photos.
And I couldn't find the lounge, is there one somewhere?Or were we just not informed?
The suite rooms are small, not luxurious and don't have any great views.
At night, you can hear the sounds of cars driving outside and the noise from nearby rooms.
Is this hotel really 5 stars?
Nakheel Mall and AURA SKYPOOL Dubai are close by, but there's no point in staying here.
There are many hotels in the area so I recommend looking elsewhere.

Hands down one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! From the luxurious rooms to the impeccable service, everything was top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay perfect, and the amenities are outstanding. The location on The Palm adds to the whole experience with stunning views and easy access to everything. If you're looking for luxury and comfort, this hotel is a must-visit. I can’t wait to return!
