Very clean hotel with excellent staff and facilities. Lots of different places to eat also. Thank you so much. Good clean friendly hotel fantastic staff. Staff on the ball all the time. Cleaners fantastic. People here very friendly great with the beach right next to us to and lots of sports activities Everything good had a 10 out of 10 stay and trip 110% will be coming back in future.!

Great facilities but unusable due to freezing cold pool water — especially hard for families with kids. I stayed at this hotel expecting a relaxing and enjoyable holiday with my family. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. I raised a complaint about the outdoor pool not being heated and unsuitable for children during our stay. The hotel responded by heating the indoor pool, but that doesn’t solve the issue: the indoor pool has nothing to offer for children besides a shallow section — no slides or activities. And since it’s indoors, this is not what we traveled all the way to Turkey for. What made the situation worse was how the hotel handled my review. I received a call late at night from customer service, saying they were “taking my complaint seriously” and offering a free dinner, but only if I agreed to delete my review. This is unacceptable. A genuine apology should not come with conditions. I find it outrageous that rather than addressing the actual issue or improving the experience, the hotel is trying to sweep complaints under the rug. Guests should be aware of this practice before booking. I hope management focuses on improving the facilities and being transparent with guests instead of trying to silence feedback.

The stay there was perfect. The room was spacious, clean and we had everything we needed there. The jacuzzi on the terrace was a nice bonus and was very relaxing. The hotel staff was very nice and at the end of our trip Ergin from guest relations came to check up on us and see if everything was ok. I would definitely visit again

This is our first time on holiday in Turkey and staying at the Titanic. What can i say, the hotel is amazing and great for all ages. I have a 9 year old and 3 year old and both have had an amazing time. The water flumes are brilliant and the pool staff are great and attentive. The lifeguard Seyit is amazing with the kids and on the ball. We enjoyed his splash lessons and show he put on. We have been served by amazing poolside staff also. Drinks delivered to you on rollerblades and the amazing Eyüp made sure our cups were never empty. He was very polite and honestly amazing poolside service. The food in the restaurants is fab. A great selection for everyone and the lunch time Italian Al a carte was a personal fave. We also ate at the fish restaurant which was amazing. We were extremely full. We got a room upgrade when we arrived which was a lovely surprise and gave us some more space. We stayed in the annex part by the pool which was nice and quiet for the kids. The hotel is lovely and clean and we will definitely rebook for next year.
