Been here twice now. Love the hotel and the facilities are perfect for a young family. Decent food options and things to do. A nice 10-15min leisurely walk to the beach. Good facilities nearby with a choice of supermarkets, fuel stations etc. Only downer is that transfers take ages from the airport so we opted for taxis 2nd time around which is about a 50min journey and costs about €100. All together worth it though and us returning twice is good endorsement.

Clean rooms, which are cleaned daily if requested. Depending on where the room is located, it can be noisy. Especially because of the evening program. Fortunately, we were able to change rooms after complaining. The breakfast is very extensive and there are fresh egg dishes. There are a few elevators, for the number of rooms there are longer waiting times. The parking situation at the hotel is inadequate, but you can find parking spots in the side street. The hotel has its own small Spar supermarket on the premises for drinks and snacks. The pool area was very nice, although the water was cool at the end of September. You have a great view from the rooftop. The service at reception was very dependent on the staff, from friendly and helpful to unfriendly. For people who like resorts a great recommendation, those who like it more heartwarming should look elsewhere.

Fantastic trip with the family! The room was great, but I recommend asking for a mattress topper for the pull-out bed as it does need it. The staff will gladly bring it to the room and fit it for you. We had a great choice of different food every day, especially in the evenings. The entertainment was excellent, with the added extra of table service. The beach in Can Picafort was about a 10-minute walk away. Also the bus stop is easily located near the Aldi for a short trip to Alcudia Overall, we had a great stay at Tonga Towers and plan to return.

Unfortunately this is the one of the worst places I ever been! All inclusive option absolutely rubbish, every single time when you want to drink something apart of clean water you have to join the queue and spend there around every each time 10-15min +, only in the certain location, main bar is really big but they restricted the space with some barriers and strips, horrible experience. Most of the stuff from the bars not really friendly, I had experience when one of the guys by the bar was given me a drink but when I asked about the ice cream, he told me not in here you have to join the queue on the bar outside ( other person on other day give it to me without any issues, bi the way outside of this bar they have a big information with the all available ice creams there.?!!! ) Main restaurant time to time not well managed, there is many times when during a breakfast there is not even one bread roll available, I asked ones main manager and he absolutely disregard me and told me Ihabe to ask someone from the kitchen he is on the main restaurant and he have nothing to do with the kitchen.?!!!! Never ever we had that kind of experience with any of the hotel ever! In the room there is even not possible to do any coffee or tea after wake up, as the kettle and other stuff are not available! Stay away! It looks for me like they good reviews are coming from paid places. Not recommendation at all. Unfortunately still I am there, thx only, we booked only longer weekend.

Overall hotel is great! Fabulous location, walking distance for everything! Only a €5 bus ticket to areas near by, bus stop outside of Aldi which is a 2 minute walk. Food, is average for all inclusive, themed nights, but limited selection. The only downside is the lack of staff to pick up plates etc during busy times. Pool is great, heard many reviews saying it was too cold, once you get in it’s great! Sunbeds can be limited but we always managed to find one. Staff are all lovely and polite and cleaning service every morning was fab! Can’t comment on the entertainment as we prefer to go out on the night.
