My Husband & I stayed here for 4 days, 3 Nights. We had a great time the staff were friendly & helpful, bartenders were great, yes some staff were more friendlier than others but that's life. The birds, lol are so beautiful, it's open air dinning on an island of course there will be birds. Lovely Hotel

I could not provide my input via the Marriott site because I was past the review period. The staff was amazing, friendly and I danced with my breakfast lady every morning! Other than that, I was not a fan. It’s not a big resort so not much to do. The rooms were okay but the beds were hard and the paint on the walls are yellow so it feels old. We had two rooms and the fridge did not work in either room. We called the front desk twice and no one ever came to fix it. Our kids had a great time but it was not to the adults standards. The food is good nothing to write home about. There was also an incident on day one of our arrival where our 4yo order a pizza, the pizza was delivered to him, 4yo ate a slice of pizza and the waitress returned to let us know she brought the pizza to the wrong table and had to take it. She proceeds to take the pizza to the back, then bring it back out and said the chef said it was okay. Of course’s we didn’t want the pizza after it was taken away and brought back. Also, there is no continuous service at the pools. They might come around once for drinks, another time with fruit but that’s it. The bar outside is not big, and there is no swim up bar. We go to Barbados annually but will not be staying at this resort again. We prefer to spend the money for the family to have a great time someone else.

The beach is absolutely beautiful. This hotel is all-inclusive. The hotel building is shaped like a horseshoe and the pools, beach, and dining are inside the horseshoe. The food served was decent and most convenient. Three meals are servered daily. Lunch and breakfast are buffet style. The main dining area is outside and exposed to the elements. In Oct, mid day temperature are 90 degrees Fahrenheit. I have to mention the birds. They are everywhere and will eat food left on your table If you take your eyes off of it for practically three seconds. They will drink your coffee/beer, knock you cell phone off the table, and are just a nuisance. The rooms are a bit outdated. Parking is free. Power on the island/hotel is 120vac like in the USA. They did have a decent-size gym, free non-powered water sports, on-site daily activities, etc. Most of the staff was very friendly however, no one on the island has any sense of urgency and 7:00 AM really means 7:15 AM island time.

Fantastic hotel.
Especially great for families... it has a play area, kids club, gaming area, tennis court etc.
The kids pool is also great, its shallow enough that I was able to leave my 3 year old in the water by himself whilst i read my book :).
The food was average.. there should be more choices (not everyone can eat hot spicy food so the hotel should cater for that).
The staff were mostly friendly... best one was the short guy in the bar who walks around asking people if they need a drink (can't remember his name).. always positive and smiling.
Will come back to the hotel again.

Management experienced an emergency which included a broken water line causing the hotel to be without water for a short time. My husband and I did not suffer any inconvenience due to the timing and repairs were made during the night. The food at times was at par and sometimes at par. The pools were pristine clean and the water comfortably warm in temperature. It is a small hotel yet the stairs proved at times a little tiresome. The only elevator was inoperable. There is one specialty restaurant, Italian. They do have an ice cream parlour and a coffee cafe. Our room was clean though the clean towels were slow in coming we assumed due to the water situation. Overall it was very clean and staff was somewhat pleasant. The beach was also clean. Only problem was the birds and their poop on the chairs in the restaurant.
