Fantastic hotel, new, very nice rooms with all the equipment needed, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast. Location is very good as well. We've got upgraded room which was a very nice gesture. Highly recommended.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing! From the warm and friendly staff to the beautifully designed rooms, every detail was perfect. The amenities were top-notch, total experience was unforgettable. I truly felt pampered throughout my stay. Can’t wait to return.

We spent 4 days in V Hotel. As Hilton members and frequent guests, we felt quite disappointed with the service and attitude of the reception staff. The personnel were not welcoming, nor polite and at times we found them a bit rude. There’s an obviously huge difference in their training as we have not felt similarly in any other Hilton hotel. The only nice employees we encountered were the housekeepers.
The AC in the room was not functioning properly as it was extremely cold despite switching it off. At least the bed was very comfortable.
At night, the lobby is full of prostitutes and provocatively dressed “ladies” accompanied by their customers.
We picked the hotel because of the location but later realized what a huge mistake it was… we moved to the nearby Hilton Al Habtoor Hotel where we received an outstanding service!!
