My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The room was very beautiful, spotless, and perfectly organized, with an extremely comfortable bed. The swimming pool was amazing — the water was clean and warm, and the night lighting around the pool created a magical atmosphere. I spent some truly relaxing and enjoyable time there. The staff’s treatment was beyond excellent; everyone was respectful, friendly, and ready to help immediately with any request. The hotel overall is very beautiful and peaceful, the service is fast and precise, and even the in‑room dining was delicious and well presented. Everything was simply perfect, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a special and comfortable stay.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend I recently stayed at V Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road, and I have to say it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I walked into the room, I was hit with a strong smell of cigarettes—even though I had requested a non-smoking room. It was overwhelming and made the stay very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the mirrors were filthy and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while. It’s the kind of basic hygiene you’d expect even in budget accommodations, let alone a place that tries to present itself as a premium hotel. The customer service was also incredibly poor. Staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, and the general vibe of the hotel was more like a run-down 2-star motel than anything close to what it advertises. Overall, I do not recommend staying at V Hotel. I suggest management take a serious look at improving both their housekeeping standards and the quality of customer service. This place desperately needs an upgrade—not just in its facilities, but in its attitude toward guests.
