I stayed at the V Hotel by Curio, and absolutely loved it! The property is kept very clean and stylish! Even a pleasant aroma welcomes you as you step through the doors. All the staff are polite, pleasant, and professional! Everyone is attentive to your needs but the Concierge team takes excellent service to the next level!! From their manager, Mr Heng, to the Asst Manager, Angelica, to Samson and Rafik, they and all the rest of their staff went far and above to address any request I made! Nothing was too big or small! They made my stay very memorable, offering helpful information, follow up and support to ensure that every need was met! They are simply amazing! You should check this property out and have this awesome team make your visit great!

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The room was very beautiful, spotless, and perfectly organized, with an extremely comfortable bed. The swimming pool was amazing — the water was clean and warm, and the night lighting around the pool created a magical atmosphere. I spent some truly relaxing and enjoyable time there. The staff’s treatment was beyond excellent; everyone was respectful, friendly, and ready to help immediately with any request. The hotel overall is very beautiful and peaceful, the service is fast and precise, and even the in‑room dining was delicious and well presented. Everything was simply perfect, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a special and comfortable stay.

Terrible Experience – Would Never Come Back! I came all the way from Abu Dhabi and forgot my ID, but the main booking person had it with her. Instead of helping or showing any understanding, the manager Gurald was completely rude — rolling his eyes, acting annoyed, and showing zero professionalism. I’ve stayed in many hotels before, but I’ve never seen such disrespectful and lazy service. The staff made me feel like I was a problem instead of a guest. And when I pointed out a guest dressed in very revealing clothes in the lobby, the response I got was, “She stays in our hotel, I can’t tell her anything about her clothes.” Absolutely unprofessional and inappropriate. This hotel clearly doesn’t care about customer service, respect, or basic hospitality. If this is how they treat guests, I’d advise everyone to stay far away from this place. Worst experience ever!

Every interaction, from the front desk to housekeeping, was met with warmth and professionalism. They anticipated my needs before I even asked, making me feel truly valued as a guest. Whether it was the quick room service, the helpful concierge, or the little personalized touches, their dedication to hospitality was evident.
