We had a wonderful family vacation at this hotel. The food was delicious, and there were plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. We loved the unlimited drinks and ice cream! The hotel’s private amusement park was a huge bonus. The staff was fantastic—special thanks to Aruzhan and Inna for making our stay extra enjoyable!

The hotel is impressive 😍 although it's cold now, but it doesn't prevent us from resting 🫢😎 everyone is happy with the rest 😊💪🏻 there is a lot of food, games, contests, it's not boring like in other hotels 🙃 the staff is nice (from different regions and countries). Thank you INNA👍🏻

The hotel is very good in terms of location, everything is available is close. The food is excellent 😍🫶🏻 many varieties of food 😍 the rooms are comfortable and beautiful 😍 The animators here are very cheerful and energetic (this is a very rare phenomenon) but here we were surprised. I liked it very much, we'll come to rest again From now on Only to you 🤍

Never visit this hotel again, its not from anybody expect russians. (I m speaking english) nobody in this hotel from animation team speak english nobody... When we come to this hotel we get rooms when eas everywhere mold we get change but we must paid like 200euro more for new rooms, (there was not working climatization, in frist place. Then we want to play voleyball, but there were just russian people(most arrogant on the world..) i played one bad ball and he said to me when im not russian im not supposed play with them :) also i was asking referee whats are rules in boccia and voleyball she just said to me: Im not speaking english..(2024 and they are not speaking english.. her name was julia,.. One thing was there good and it was food. I was 8time in side turkey.. everythins was okay but this is not hotel for people from europe union. just from russia
