It was the worst customer service I've ever seen. Our check-in was at 3 p.m. (no at scheduled 2 p.m.), that was exhausting after the flight. Ibrahim - the man who works at the reception - seems more like a clown than the official representative, cause he simply can't (or don't want to) control his face. Every time, if you have a question, or you need to resolve any problem, he smiles, grimaces, throws his hands, leaves the working space and shows total disrespect. He speaks English and Russian pretty good, but if you ask something he doesn't like, he just says "No Russian, no English, only Turkish". If you ask for manager or director or someone, he simulates he can't reach them. Harlequinade and back-slapping, I have no words. His tone is unacceptable. I regret I can't push 0 points for the service. Definitely, his place is in the circus. I have seen a ton of bad reviews on this Ibrahim, but instead of getting him away from people, the hotel management only hangs a ‘100%’ on his badge. The cleaning was awful, too much fug and dust. In my room there were no soap, for example. There are too many cats which can even climb on the dinner tables where people eat. And nobody of the staff pays attention. The hotel don't give you the second card to open the room - or you pay for it, or you depend on your neighbour all the time. But I have to say meal was not excellent but pretty good and tasty (but also you have to be careful - eggs may have shells, and meat - small pieces of bones, which can damage your teeth). One day we wanted to order in a la carte restaurant, it was closed. Entertainment at the hotel also wasn't bad, but it's impossible to sleep early because of music sounds until 12 a.m. The hotel is located near to the sea (aprx. 7-10 min on foot). The beach is beautiful. But the service at the reception and little problems dejected my spirit and final impression.

We love u Oktay, Bariș and Sema. The hotel was amazing, there are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas near the beach and near the pool. Shuttle bus drives you to the beach pretty often (however the beach is 5 minutes away from the hotel, so you can walk) There is a lot of different kind of food, so if you're a picky eater you still will find something to eat. Theres this thing name "midnight soup" where you can go and eat some soup in the midnight (12am). Everyday of the week there are shows, that does not dissapoint you, they are incredible.

Nice place, very good staff, amazing, delicious and varied food. The rooms are in need to of an update, but it's not critical. Especially thanks to animators team! Oktay, Bariş and Sema you're great, thank you!

For the first time I see that person at the reception doesn’t understand English or other languages except Turkish. Only one of them can speak properly
