Just spent a week at this hotel, ignore any bad reviews, myself and my children had the best time! Rooms are so big, very clean and have everything you need. Entertainment team are great! So much to do here! Food is no different to most all inclusive resorts, there's plenty to choose from! Water park is great and live that they have a private beach. 5 star review from us!

There is really only one word to describe this hotel: vast. The place is absolutely huge and anyone without a good sense of direction will get lost at least once there. That being sad the place is gorgeous and the service is amazing. The interior design does need a bit of a refurbishment, but that does not affect the experience of the place. It has a ridiculous amount of swim pools and bars with snacks spread throughout so one does not need to move much to get food or drink. Some bars did go out of glasses far too quickly, but it is understandable the logistic to keep all bars stacked with glasses might not be so easy to achieve. The food was varied and did cater for most needs. Only constructive criticism is the he lack of allergens information on the dishes which could easily be done. Totally recommend this hotel for a family holiday.

The holiday was wonderful. We are really happy, that we found this hotel. We are really lucky, that the week was a full of 100. The animation gave us such a happy feeling, they all were very nice and we only can say, we will come again :) It made our Heart smile:)

Decided to take my family here for Holiday. I am completely amazed by the quality of the place, the food was amazing, clean and loads of fun activities to do.
Staff deserve praise, they are very kind and helpful, especially Anna who helped me and my family with enquiries and gave us tips on what should we do. Can't wait to come back and hopefully see Anna again, her customer service is on another level!
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to have great time.

Spent 7 nights at the hotel mid October this year, five of us; 2 adults and 3 kids of varying ages. It's a very big hotel with lots of space to walk and explore, many pools to choose from and two water parks - an adult and kids'. Some of the amenities are over the bridge so be prepared for plenty of walking. We personally preferred the pools and food over the bridge so spent more time there. The pools are unheated though its not an issue up to the first half of October. Once the temperature drops (I noticed the change during our stay so around 19/20th October) the pools aren't as enjoyable. The sea feels warmer and the section of private beach closer to the hotel is nice and not rocky. The hotel is big so it didn't feel crowded. I imagine it's a different story in the summer however.
Rooms were cleaned daily. They are nice and clean, though there is room for some improvement in certain areas. Housekeeping staff work hard and very helpful when in need of something. Plenty of water bottles in the fridge stocked daily and towels changed daily.
Prior to visiting I read of people getting quite sick at the hotel but personally we had no issue and unaware of anyone getting sick during that period. I was very careful with brushing my teeth with bottled water, wiping all hotel room surfaces down with antibacterial wipes, used hand gel when touching lift buttons and communal spoons at the buffet etc so perhaps all that helped. But then my toddler had an incessant need to touch every surface within reach and every lift button he could see, I even caught him licking the table once and probably drank gallons of pool water, yet he was okay too... so I'm not sure if we just got lucky.
Food is a controversial subject at this hotel as many guests have complained about how bad it is so we went in with slight apprehension. As South Asians we love lots of flavours and spice in our food but it honestly wasn't bad at all. We were obviously aware that in Turkey the local cuisine is different and it wouldn't be the same as what we eat at home. (Do some people really expect a full English in a foreign country?) The main restaurant has an insane amount of food available and we always managed to find a decent plateful to eat. The kids struggled a bit but I can't fathom how any adult with no issues can whinge when there's such a variety. Yes it's unfamiliar food but have an open mind, you have to just be a little creative and adventurous. The food over the bridge is available throughout the day so you'll definitely not go hungry.
Another sticky subject brought up constantly is the rude guests. We didn't encounter any despite bracing ourselves for those jumping queues at the lifts and at meal times. It wasn't an issue at all. Some are pretty miserable looking yes, but I don't think they can help that.
We all had a great time and I'm not sure if we would go back to this hotel, only because we'd like to try somewhere new in future but I wouldn't worry about all the negative reviews if you're looking to book. The only reason I've given it 4 stars out of 5 is because some complaints about the room I reported to reception weren't sorted the entire week. The bathroom taps and shower needed a deep clean. Towels need to be cleaned properly, some loungers weren't washed very often. Otherwise it was fine.
Would I recommend this hotel? Yes.
