Our recent stay at this charming hotel was absolutely delightful. Though it’s on the smaller side, the layout made it easy to navigate, which was a plus for us. From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff making us feel welcome at every turn. The food was consistently delicious, and we especially appreciated that there was always fresh fruit available throughout the day. The drink options were plentiful, and we had no trouble finding something we enjoyed.
The hotel also boasts a fantastic variety of dining options, with restaurants serving French, Italian, and Mexican cuisine, among others. We were particularly impressed with the extensive wine selection and the fun hibachi experience. The diverse dining choices made each meal exciting, and we never felt limited in our options.
The activities offered were fun and engaging, providing entertainment for guests of all ages. We enjoyed participating in the friendly competitions where winners were awarded medals, a fun touch that added to the overall experience. It’s clear that the hotel caters to families, with activities designed to engage both kids and adults alike.
Our room was comfortable, with beds that made for restful nights. However, we did encounter a couple of minor issues: the shower had a problem, and the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. While these were unfortunate, they didn’t significantly detract from our stay. The hotel staff was quick to address our concerns, which we appreciated.
A special shoutout goes to Mr. Clemente, the bartender who truly elevated our experience. He was incredibly sweet and welcoming, making us feel right at home. He even crafted a unique drink called the “Clemente Special,” which was unlike anything I’d ever tasted before. If you’re visiting, be sure to stop by the bar and ask for it, I highly recommend it!
All in all, this hotel offers a splendid experience with plenty of activities for the entire family. Whether you’re traveling with children or just looking for a relaxing getaway, there’s something here for everyone.

We were here in September 2023 for our wedding Anniversary and we enjoyed every minute, we had so much fun . The staff were amazing , the pools and activities fantastic , The food was 100,% and the staff worked so hard for everyone to enjoy there meals . There are quite a few restaurants of different countries which was nice but we didn't get to sample there food apart from the grill restaurant that was fantastic. We met a wonderful couple from Holland they go every year to jewels palm beach, we are going back this September for our anniversary 21st , again and we will be meeting the couple from Holland . I think we have found our holiday place for each year . So looking forward to going in September. See you all soon Jewel palm Beach . Definitely recommend the jewel club . They really look after you they kindly gave us a ground floor room because I have spinal Stenosis. We thank every single person that works there .

We just returned from a week away at this resort. We went as a large group for a wedding the week of the resort closing. The staff were incredible, they were extremely friendly, quick to help and loved to entertain our 6mo baby. The food was good, many of the restaurants were closed and we had to stick to the buffet, Italian and Japanese restaurants, all options were good, not spectacular but an option for everyone to eat for sure! The pool was incredible, clean, lots of chairs and shade. The beach was beautiful, the swimming section was small but for the safety of travellers. We were approached a few times by vendors but a firm no thank you did the trick. The rooms were outdated but extremely clean. Overall, this resort was incredible, we hope that they don’t change much in their renovations and that the old staff are hired back. Travelling with a baby can be tricky and this place made it wonderful!

Incredible time had by both myself and my wife. I fell in love with the resort all of its natural beauty the incredible pool and especially the exceptional service by all staff. The vibes crew had an energy that was so infectious that you could not help but get up and dance with them. The night entertainment was amazing
The food was perfect and plentiful. The variety of local dishes and comfort food was well balanced
The cocoa bean cafe was one of our favorite spots. The staff everywhere were friendly and prompt. We had a small issue with our room the first night and we were immediately moved to another room. I could go on all day about it. It was every seminal vacation experience you expect and then some. Flawless absolutely flawless. The beach and pool had more than enough seating. The beach was clean no seaweed at all. I would recommend this resort to anyone and everyone. They are closing for renovations but when they reopen i will be back for sure. Any specific questions just ask.

I was at this resort with my wife and friends last week. It is a beautiful resort looks like a paradise, nice beach and family friendly pool. The staff is fantastic, attentive,very friendly and helpful. Great Entertainments. Buffet has a huge selection of food and freshly made. All the restaurants inside the resort is nice and the service is good. Rooms and the washrooms are but dated and need to be upgraded.
Overall it's a great resort for vacationing.
