Very nice stay, modern hotel with air-conditioned rooms and lobby where everyone can enjoy cold beer or cocktails after long day on the sun. Reception and hotel staff are very helpful, rooms cleand daily, maintenance issues resolved on the spot. Location is good with access to the sea through the underground tunel. And most importantly, all inclusive bar at the beach and plenty sunbeds. However, due to been located next very bussy road can be little bit noisy at times. The pool is great with slides and lifeguards available at most of the day, pool bar has a great selection of drinks/cocktails for adults and kids. Ice creams available 2h each day. It could be little bit longer but didn't caused us any issues throughout the stay. The pool toilets at times need more attention as, my Mrs's has complained few times about it. The restaurant was good with variety of foods available throughout the day. And most important there is medical assistance available in hotel First aid / paramedic professional. Strongly recommend for family holiday.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Xoria Deluxe. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to make the experience special. The rooms were spotless, modern, and had incredible sea views that made waking up a joy. The food was fantastic with plenty of variety — fresh salads, flavorful mains, and delicious desserts that I probably enjoyed a little too much. The pool area was spotless, with plenty of loungers and a relaxed atmosphere, and the beach was just a short walk away with crystal-clear water. What really stood out was the attention to detail — little touches like fresh flowers in the lobby, friendly smiles from every staff member, and the evening entertainment that made the nights just as enjoyable as the days. If you’re looking for a relaxing yet vibrant getaway in Alanya, I can’t recommend Hotel Xoria Deluxe enough.
Schmetterling
This was my first time in Turkey, and also my first time in an all-inclusive 5-star hotel, and the experience was one of a kind. I recommend staying here, especially if you have children. Me and my family stayed here for 7 nights and we didn't even have enough time to try out all the hotel's unique, attractive features - that's how large this place is. There are always staff members available walking around the premises, so you are guaranteed access to someone who can assist you anytime you need it. Not all the staff members are multilingual and can only speak a few words in languages other than Turkish, but that's to be expected and they always politely request help from a staff member who is able to communicate in English and/or another language. If you pay for your stay to be all-inclusive, it is 100% worth it. You are guaranteed food throughout the day, and the snack & drink bars provide very tasteful options - there are so many to choose from!

We stayed at Xoria Deluxe Hotel for 5 nights and had an overall enjoyable experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and clean. Our room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The food was plentiful and varied, with lots of tasty options at every meal. The pool and beach areas were also well-kept and relaxing—great places to unwind. However, the biggest downside was the excessive smoking throughout the hotel. Guests were smoking not only during meal times but also in the lounges and other common areas. There seemed to be little enforcement of any smoke-free zones, which made it quite uncomfortable at times—especially for non-smokers like us who were hoping for a more breathable, family-friendly atmosphere. If the hotel could introduce and enforce proper non-smoking areas, it would greatly improve the experience for many guests. Aside, we did enjoy our time and would consider returning if changes are made regarding smoking policies.

We’ve had an amazing stay at Xoria Deluxe! The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and the staff have been absolutely fantastic—so friendly, helpful, and always going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The food, facilities, and overall atmosphere have really exceeded our expectations. One small point: our room could have been a bit bigger to better accommodate our child with disabilities, but everything else has been wonderful. We’re truly grateful for the care and kindness we’ve received—thank you for making our holiday so special!
