I recently stayed at Zabeel Green House Hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised by how unique and different its design is. The hotel gives off a charming boutique hotel vibe, which made my stay feel special and cozy. The value for money is excellent, and the staff were absolutely amazing. While I mainly noticed Western guests, I can confidently say that the hotel is very suitable for Arab families as well. One of the aspects I loved most was how quiet and peaceful it was. Unlike many other hotels in Dubai, it doesn’t come with the usual noisy nightlife scene, which I truly appreciated. If your looking for a quick getaway or a business trip I definitely recommend this hotel to you

The hotel concierge manager is one of the rudest most disrespectful lady I have seen in Dubai. She made me feel like a peasant on the street with her attitude, especially about money. The hotel lost a customer who used to come almost 5 times a week to the gym, restaurants & lounges as I work nearby. Guess over what? A valet stamp :) If you go to the hotel often, you'll know exactly who I'm talking about, there's even a line of unpleasant customers waiting to talk to her lol. How can a nice hotel condone such behavior from the head of customer-facing positions? They of course took my number, refunded me, and I never walked in again :)

Easily the best hotel i have ever stayed in and the best hotel in dubai. From the accommodating and friendly staff to the breathtaking views, the superb pool, the top class food and drinks plus the stunning rooms. What’s not to love. Travelled over here celebrating an anniversary and they certainly made it one to remember bringing us complimentary fruit and cake on the day we arrived. The staff could not have been better! I will most definitely be back! Highly recommended

I visited the Native Club in the Zabeel House. They have left me in the middle of my massage since my therapist was requested by another customer due to double booking. I waited lying on the massage bed only to understand no alternative therapist was even assigned. Complete unprofessional conduct. Don’t bother to come here if you’re looking for privacy and relaxation.
