I recently stayed at Zabeel Green House Hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised by how unique and different its design is. The hotel gives off a charming boutique hotel vibe, which made my stay feel special and cozy. The value for money is excellent, and the staff were absolutely amazing. While I mainly noticed Western guests, I can confidently say that the hotel is very suitable for Arab families as well. One of the aspects I loved most was how quiet and peaceful it was. Unlike many other hotels in Dubai, it doesn’t come with the usual noisy nightlife scene, which I truly appreciated. If your looking for a quick getaway or a business trip I definitely recommend this hotel to you

I visited the Native Club in the Zabeel House. They have left me in the middle of my massage since my therapist was requested by another customer due to double booking. I waited lying on the massage bed only to understand no alternative therapist was even assigned. Complete unprofessional conduct. Don’t bother to come here if you’re looking for privacy and relaxation.

I gifted a massage session in the Native Club to my wife, for a regular client (that is their explanation) in the middle of the session they changed the therapist and she was left alone in the room without any other therapist taking care after her. It is not only unprofessional i think it is also very rude. i am so regretful of having bought of a package here.

The worst hotel rules i’ve seen. Never felt so humiliated in any of the hotels. I had a cuisine over to meet me and my dogs, that came for one 1.5 day as a transfer to Dubai. The only document he had on him was US driving license, but it wasn’t enough, hotel reception began to threaten with POLICE check ups and police rules. I haven’t experienced anything like this in Dubai hotels ever since 1999 coming and living here. Straight after we enter the room they started calling, came to the room, called again… On top of that windows isolation is SOoo terrible. You can hear literally Everything that is happening outside the closed windows.. music from the bars, the cars. Valet parking is another story… nice workers, but the longest waiting time to get your car in such a small hotel… Also ALL towels smell like chlorine, and i have an allergy on chlorine, good that i had my own towel with me, as all the towel from face to body - had a strong strong chlorine smell. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family… Jumeirah could do better..

Easily the best hotel i have ever stayed in and the best hotel in dubai. From the accommodating and friendly staff to the breathtaking views, the superb pool, the top class food and drinks plus the stunning rooms. What’s not to love. Travelled over here celebrating an anniversary and they certainly made it one to remember bringing us complimentary fruit and cake on the day we arrived. The staff could not have been better! I will most definitely be back! Highly recommended
