We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel during September 2025. We spent 12 days as family with 3yo kid and it was nice experience. The resort is very spacious with lots of greens and many swimming pools. Animation program (mini disco, aqua aerobics, foam party for kids, yoga for kids, evening shows) was nice as well and in general service was just perfect, everyone was very nice and helpful. We had breakfast included which had quite a lots of options. Occasionally we had dinner or lunch in the hotel as well which were fine. In general I would recommend the place for family with kids :). You can reach the beach by walking distance around 15 minutes , but it’s not very big beach, so as we had car we drive for nice beaches in the area.

9 nights 2 adults 1 3 yo girl. Staff make this place, outstanding service. Federico and Marta in particular stood out for us and the entertainment / kids club staff were also a highlight. Food was delicious and wide variety, chefs do a great job. Blackwells was the best a la carte in our opinion. Drinks were a good variety again, both alcoholic and non, however lounge bar could be slow service at times. Rooms only slight disappointment. Could be improved (toilet paper holder loose, couch not the comfiest) but that wouldn't stop us from returning. I would strongly recommend considering an upgrade for room to pool view or garden / swim up room. We would certainly do this if we returned. Location is fine, beach is close enough. Grounds of hotel mostly immaculate. Download the app to check menus and entertainment schedule, really useful and a must have.

An unforgettable stay at Zafiro Can Picafort! We had an amazing time at this stunning hotel, where everything is designed to ensure comfort and enjoyment for guests of all ages. The numerous pools—each tailored to different age groups—offered the perfect mix of relaxation and fun, always clean and beautifully maintained. A heartfelt thank you to the staff, who were exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive. Their dedication and warmth played a huge role in making our stay so enjoyable. 🍽️ The food was absolutely delicious—varied, fresh, and full of flavor. Every meal felt like a treat. 🎉 The entertainment was fantastic! Well-organized, lively, and engaging for everyone. There was never a dull moment. In short: a beautiful setting, a wonderful team, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We leave with incredible memories and a strong desire to return. Bravo to the entire Zafiro Can Picafort team!

Our recent trip to Can Picafort was fantastic. This was in part to the wonderful hotel. Zafiro Can Picafort has everything a family needs for a week or 2 in the sun. The room was well equipped and comfortable, with a friendly maid service. The quality of the food and drink was exceptional, much better than previous all inclusive holidays we've been on. Make sure however that you book spaces at the restaurants at the start of your stay as they book up quickly; saying that, the buffet restaurant never left us wanting more in terms of variety. The hotel is well staffed with ample people running the restaurants/bars/pools and general cleaning / upkeep of the grounds, ensuring that it's picture perfect Our kids loved the pools and the wet bubble, with plenty of activities to keep them entertained. Overall, I would recommend without hesitation and we are keen to return again,.

Overall a very nice stay at Zafiro Can Picafort, but with a few relatively minor improvements it could have been great. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the hotel itself is nice with plenty of space, and the pools, rooms, and facilities all good enough. My main issue was the lack of parasols for the sun loungers, only about 20% had them which was a shame, and also they can’t be moved so as the sun does you lose the shade. Other small gripes were the sauna not working with no sign or reasoning why, a few minor maintenance issues like loose fixings on doors, and very basic kitchen utensils in the rooms (we were room only so wanted to prepare a few basic meals in the rooms). We’d still recommend the Zafiro and had a great time, but with a few tweaks it could be even better. Thanks! ☺️
