Visited at the end of October, UK half term. Pool area was great, the kids seemed to enjoy playing on the pool bubble all day. Food was okish for all inclusive but there was something for everyone. We found the pool restaurant was best for food. The chef in the main food court worked like crazy! The main resort was closing down so it was very quiet and you could sense that the staff were ready to finish the season, but they were still great. Would come back again.

Mallorca is not that big island so you can reach any nice places in the island by a car within an hour.
And Can Picafort beach can be reached in 10 minutes by walk.
You can have pool bar, wet bar, lounge bar, and restaurants comfortably in proper places and time slots.
Food quality was also nice.
The staffs were kind and trying to solve my issue.
It would be great for families who has young kids or babies.
It means that it wouldn‘t be good for someone who want to expect a calm rest.
The room looks old but well managed.
One bad thing was that the door of toilet/bathroom couldn’t be closed and even locked.
I was too lazy to ask for repair because we didn‘t care about it.

The staff, rooms and facilities were faultless. The only issue we had was that the pools were ice cold. The only time I got in the outdoor pool all week was when I accidentally fell in, My toddler was desperate to get in but would scream whenever her feet touched the water. It was such a shame as the weather was lovely and everything else was perfect.

So if you have been to other resorts, this is definitely not worth a 4 star. The swimming pools where freezing!! All the children where shaking in it. The cleaning was o, like the cleaning personal was doing it without wanting to do it. The bed was half made up, the towels where not changed. They only took the dirty towels.
No room service, not swimming after 18.
Parking is not always easy.
Only Inez on the service desk was helpful.

End of season holiday with family and friends. Staff were lovely and food was generally ok but hotel very tired looking and rooms need a major upgrade. Bar area lacked any atmosphere but kids loved the pool bubble.
