Depending on the weather, meals can also be served in the outdoor area of the restaurant.

The rooms (ours was an adapted room and after removing the coffee table was suitable for our needs) are adequate, and having a large fridge, mini kitchen, is a bonus, but they do need upgrading as they are showing signs of wear and tear. Service and staff are among the most efficient that I have come across in a long time. There can be no faulting their tireless service with a smile. The approach road isn't the most panoramic, but you are only a short walk to shops and the beachfront. We chose the hotel on it being wheelchair friendly, and wasn't disappointed. Pools, spa are accessible as is the whole of the hotel. Accessibility was not a problem except possibly the main entrance, which has a steepish ramp, but there is a flat entrance through the gardens if required.

In my opinion this Hotel is a great choice for staying on Mallorca. Only a few meters away is the beach and with a 15 minutes walk you get to the Oldtown of Alcúdia wich still has the old original city wall still standing today and you can even walk on them. The rooms are great. They have much space, good beds and a tv. Also they have a fridge and a whole kitchen. Rain showers and beautiful yellow lights with an big balcony with an awesome view completes an wonderful experience. (I want to say that I stayed in the room 1515. so I only have the view of this room). For Parents with small kids it’s also great because every evening is a kids show on a small stage in the groundfloor. Highly recommended. It is a great hotel for staying short but also a bit longer.

Perfect location, close to the beach and the boulevard. Food especially breakfast is great! Lot’s of powerfood. Perfect for training. Bike station is great, gym is super for training. Joanna is great! Lovely to have her at our dinertable. Every evenig a small (personal) chat. Room (appartement) is spacious. Great for families too. A bit noisy with the kids around but hey.. it’s holiday school time, so that’s normal.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Zafiro Tropic. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome: check-in was smooth and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Our room was wonderfully spacious, clean, and modern. The bed was very comfortable, and we loved having a nice balcony where we could enjoy our morning coffee in the sun. The pools were definitely a highlight. The kids had so much fun with the slides and the separate children’s pool. Every day there was a varied buffet with plenty of fresh dishes and something for everyone. Breakfast was especially a treat every morning. The live cooking was a great extra, and we also enjoyed a lovely dinner at the à la carte restaurant. The location of the resort is perfect: within just a few minutes you’re at the beach, and the center of Alcúdia is also within walking distance. We had some wonderful walks through the old town – highly recommended! What stands out the most for us is the atmosphere and hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, and our children had the time of their lives with the animation team. In short: Zafiro Tropic turned out to be the perfect place for us to relax and have fun as a family. We will definitely be coming back!

This resort is wonderful and so well priced! The rooms are great, the service is amazing, the staff are so lovely. The entertainment doesn’t stop. My daughter loved the show every night, she had a blast. The swimming pools and playgrounds for kids are so good! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! It is such a short walk to the beach as well.
