Right on marmora bay, and the beach on the ocean. Resort is beautiful tons of activities for the kids daily, many pools all over, bars and restaurants. Little pricey but your in vacation so you gotta treat ya self! Definitely one of the nicer resorts on the island. Room service keeps the room stocked with what you need and every employee is extremely nice and helpful! Really enjoyed my stay.

This was my first visit to Antigua, and I booked my stay at St. James Villa through WestJet Vacations on my agent’s recommendation. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. We requested a ground-floor room due to accessibility needs, but despite multiple inquiries, we were not accommodated. Additionally, the a-la-carte restaurant isn’t open daily, and even for an all-inclusive resort, we were charged $37 USD per person for dining, which felt excessive. The resort only has one swimming pool for us to use and the beach was disappointing, filled with seaweed and rocky areas. The bay area felt muddy, which detracted from the experience. Considering the limited amenities, I struggle to understand how this can be classified as a four-star resort. To make matters worse, the WestJet representative never showed up during our stay. We also received only one bottle of water per guest for the entire week, and the restaurant menu was quite limited with subpar food quality. Service was slow, with drinks taking 15-20 minutes to arrive, and our table often remained cluttered with unremoved plates until we left. Overall, my experience at this resort was disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

St James Club Antigua Just returned from a 10 day break at the St James Club Antigua via Virgin Holidays. It was an all inclusive package for simplicity. Firstly I must say the staff were brilliant and generally very happy to help, grounds and landscaping are immaculate and the rooms whilst showing their age were spotlessly clean. My only complaint is the food, it was just not that good, I appreciate it’s an ‘all inclusive’ resort and that they cater for many people. But even with the a la carte option it feels like the food budget must be very tight. For example a “zesty tomato salad” consisted of a slice of tomato and a slice to cucumber, food was often served cold, and generally the quality was pretty poor. They offer a ‘fine dining’ experience for an extra £30 each, it’s not worth it, I struggled to see what the difference was between this restaurant and the rest on the resort. Recommendations: Eleven 11 restaurant does great pizza and decent burger Dockside grill does great ribs The beach grill onions rings are outstanding. The 24hr coffee shop is good, try the cappuccino slushy with coconut rum WiFi coverage is generally ok throughout the resort Note you can’t really leave the resort and walk to places nearby everything is a taxi ride away and a one way trip starts from £31 Would I come to Antigua again? Yes Would I come back to this resort? No Lesson learnt, read the small print you’ll be presented with a £240 bill at the end for resort fee’s and tax’s Take US$ rather than EC$ everything is generally priced and charged in US$ If you’re prone to being bitten you’ll need mosquito repellent by the bucketload.

Been here many times food is now very average Wi fi really poor particularly around the Villa area almost non existent considering they rate themselves 4/5stars not good enough. Night life finished by 10ish then most go to bed. Food very ordinary nothing outstanding. Staff were excellent other then a young lady at reception when paying final bill had real attitude. Overall pleasant but not outstanding.

We absolutely loved our stay here in June!!!! Service was wonderful and we were always being greeted with smiles by staff and they went out of their way to make conversation with us and remember small details about our group and stay. Food was very good with big portions, which can be atypical for all-inclusives. We decided to extend our stay and everyone was super helpful with that. Chad and Crisaida (I apologize for the spelling!) the bartenders were so wonderful. Always having fun with us and really making our stay. At the time of our stay, the sargassum was very prevalent but the staff was very diligent in offering us other options and giving us wonderful recommendations. Activities at night were great too. We 100% plan to stay again!

This was my first vacation when I was happy to go home. Don't get me wrong, they have a lot of hard-working staff trying to make your vacation enjoyable but when they are out of basic items, the reservation system for dinner is always full, you have to ask for every item from your prepaid package. The fun is sucked out of your holiday. If you have a food allergy, be careful. The host will ask about food allergies, the waitress will ask, you will order with care and clarify that it can be made safe for you. Then your meal will turn up with your allergen on the plate. Diamond Club butlers are a hit and miss. Based on my own experience, I wouldn't pay for one again. We had to repeat ( the following days )any requests we made or it would simply be ignored. Nagging, how fun on your vacation. It is a family resort but there is no evening entertainment for them. The shows were school performance at best. Although, one night there was an enjoyable band. But who pays for only one night ? I don't believe the average 5 star resort has this many challenges.

The hotel is a must-visit for couples. • Diamond club status is recommended for the ultimate experience. • The hotel was fantastic, but there were a few things that could be improved. • The rooms were spotless, but there were some maintenance issues that needed attention. • The customer service was generally great, but there were a few folks who weren’t very friendly. • The beach was absolutely stunning. • The entertainment at 9 was fantastic. • The food was excellent, but you need to be a part of the diamond club to get the best choices. • The drinks were amazing, you have a ton of options to choose from. • They have a bunch of cocktails to make for you, maybe because we were diamond club members, they gave us the choice to pick whatever drinks we wanted.

1. The checking in process took almost an hour. 2. We were given coupon books, that totaled $300, instead of the advertised $ 300 room credit. 3. There were 3 bars, and they were always out of something. rum, vodka, ice, water etc. On a few occasions we were told to go walk to another bar and see if they have it. 4. We went to the steakhouse for dinner, and after over an hour of waiting for our food, we were told they were out of the steak we ordered. 5. The food in general was not very good, overcooked, dried out. One day they ran out of white bread. 6. The restaurant by the pool had a VERY limited menu, so you had to walk a far distance back to the buffet for lunch. 7. Room service - Food came very late , cold and wrong 8. The room was ok- needs updating. BUT the most concerning part was the mold in the hallways. Visible mold above the doors. 9. The building with the rooms, had 2 very small elevators in the center of the building long wait times. 10. everyone gave you a diff answer when you asked a question. 11. The Cabana we booked came with a butler, stocked mini fridge and lunch. The butler was a server, who worked our cabana, and the entire pool deck, so he was hard to track down, the lunch was him bringing us one of the items from the restaurant down by the pool, that was 5 feet from the cabana. he could not get us food from the buffet, or any other place. The cabana (#10) had ants all over the place, floor, walls etc. 12. I called the hotel about a week before our trip to get information, I was told there was a casino, and live music nightly. They did NOT have either of these. There was a show nightly, ran about an hour but NO live music, no other entertainment. They had a list of Activities during the day, and at night , but they never actually occurred., 13. Food service ended at 10 pm, so if you want food after 10 you have to order room service, 14. Staff was not accommodating, or polite. Unfortunately I do not think I would return back to this resort, or another Royalton. I know it is not a 5 star hotel, but it is part of the Marriott brand. It is not the most expensive, but for me and my friends, this was our budget, and a lot of money for us, and we expect a certain level of service, for the price we paid. We expect the ALL INCLUSIVE resort to NOT run out of alcohol, be clean, and to deliver on what you have advertised. Unfortunately they did not do any of these things.

This hotel was amazing! We stayed here on holiday and it was worth the trip! We didn’t even have to leave the hotel as it was so fun just laying by the pool. When we arrived, we were greeted by the staff and gave a welcome drink which was really tasty. The food there was so good. There are activities on almost all the time to play. There are three pools; a volleyball pool, normal pool and a diamond club pool. We stayed in a Diamond club room which was really nice. Every time our room was cleaned, the staff would refill our fridge with nice drinks. The staff there were making you feel welcome. It was one of the best holidays I’ve been on. I highly recommend staying in this resort!

Reviews are indicative of the experience. The food is mediocre at best. The liquor is better quality than you’d expect. The service is l terrible. We asked to change rooms four times with no luck. The second day the manager said she wanted to meet with us so we assumed it was to get the room change we had requested. We waited on her for over thirty minutes in the lobby - she then told us she had too many people arriving and we could check back the next day. We did again the next day with no response. The party next to us was extremely loud during our stay - yelling, alarms that they wouldn’t turn off, etc. We were also bummed since we called ahead about the room and the occasion. We’ve stayed in a lot of nice and not nice places around the world - it’s disappointing when you pay for nice and it’s not. Not that this should matter, but I’m a Marriott Ambassador member and my partner is Titanium. You’d think they’d care about loyalty of all their members but especially the ones who spend over 100 nights a year in a Marriott. :(. The beach the property sits on is beautiful. Overall, Antigua is beautiful and there are better places to stay.

Pineapple Beach is fine adults only resort. It's small but very clean, well maintained and peaceful. I just got back a couple of days ago from there and I really enjoyed my stay. I went during the off season so there was less tourists and crowds to deal with which made it all the more relaxing. The food and drinks were ok but it was nothing to rave about or complain for that matter. It was satisfactory. My room was very clean but the bed definitely could use an upgrade as the mattress was uncomfortable. Luxury it is not but it's a great getaway for relaxation and peace of mind.

We enjoyed every single day on our stay in PBC. We love the ocean view of our room. We had breakfast and lunch by the sea. Friendly and courteous staff. The beach is beautiful, you can see turtles if you get lucky by the white house area. You should try the free sail and the kayak. One of the highlights of our trip was the swimming with the stingrays, you should give it a try. I would recommend this resort.

Had a wonderful time at PBC! The resort is beautiful and the grounds are well kept and clean. Wanted to give a review and share our experiences. PROS: 1.Super friendly staff overall. 2.Beautiful, intimate resort. 3.The beach is absolutely gorgeous and they do a great job of cleaning the seaweed. 4.The garden view rooms are big and the a/c is very cold! 5.The coffee shop makes great coffee and they have delicious snacks. 6.Breakfast was always delicious and the staff was friendly. Just wish they would change it up at times. 7.The bartenders were almost always very friendly, except for once at the main bar. The bartenders at the beach/pool bar were especially nice! 8. Overall the food was good but nothing that stood out. Except my wife loved the pumpkin soup. 9. Whenever we needed anything in the room, like extra towels or things like that, they were very quick to deliver it. CONS: 1. No room service, sometimes you just want to hang in your room and take it easy. To get food, you have to go down to get it. 2. Not enough restaurants open, it's the off season here but the whole time we were here, only once was the buffet open. So if you don't book a reservation for a restaurant, you're stuck eating from the snack bar. 3. Speaking of the snack bar, the food is good but as I was ordering and letting the server know what I wanted off my order, which were two ingredients, she cut me off and said, it's served as it is on the menu. Definitely a little rude. 4. Nighttime entertainment was ok, nothing spectacular. 5. If you want to eat at one of the restaurants in the evening, you HAVE to make a reservation. If you're not down at guest services at 8:30 am, you will not get a spot. You can make a reservation for a place up to 48 hours out. Overall, I would recommend this resort if you really want to relax, take it easy and don't expect gourmet food. Also, if you go in the off season, which begins June 1st until October, you will have much less choices for places to eat.

People read reviews as a “referral” and so I’m always cautious to point out good and not so good. First , the good is the location. Located in the north east side of island offers great views and welcomed breezes. Lots of trees offer shade. Food was good at Italian, seafood and hilltop BBQ spot. Breakfast at Topaz was also good. Lots of spots to enjoy a day at the beach with shade was nice. The not so good was a lack of maintenance and daily cleaning of property. It’s dated and worn, but we were told there’s a schedule remodeling start September to November 2024. We did visit Veranda, its sister property with same owner that had just seen a remodeling and that’s a 5 star property across the street. Last thing, the staff. There’s many special people that work there and take the time to smile and treat you like a guest. Some, could use some happy pill’s, lol. A smile makes someone feel welcome. Sophie, Clinton,Toya and some many others that we will always remember their faces. Cafe workers were always smiling, became our favorite spot. As a business owner in the service industry, the investment in your facility will not only improve your customers experience, but your workers will take personal pride in their work home.

Great little all-inclusive with loads of carribean charm. The rooms are in the process of being updated, so some are a little dated but still nice and very clean. Would be nice if they had a couple more of the Hobie "Getaways" that clients can actually take out. They do have regular Hobie Cats, usually readily available. The food is decent and plentiful with a good variety.

I give the rooms a five star for a 3 star resort. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We had a 5 star view of the ocean. Wifi worked in our room which was close to the lobby. This hotel is a 3 star hotel with 5 star daily specialty drinks, food, and my favourite beach. This was a relaxing vacation. Bring that book you have been waiting to read. 10 star sunsets. Visited November 2023.

The building is old. Room is small, shower is tiny but overall the room is clean. Breakfast and lunch buffet don't too many choices but food is good. I DON'T like the dinner menus from the pizza factory and unfortunately we were there for 4 dinners and 3 were at the pizza factory. We had dinner once at the pizza factory and went outside for 2 dinners. The buffet dinner was good. The grill had good snacks. The staffs need to do better not as happy and friendly as other Resorts, however, Judith was friendly and helpful but the real MVP is Shavanie, she was super nice. The pool and beach were clean, plenty of chairs and umbrellas.

we just spent 12 wonderful days at Jolly Beach. yep there's no denying the rooms are basic and in need of a refit, bathrooms aren't modern (improvements are slowly being made) however the resort is right on a beautiful beach, the pool is spot on and more importantly than that, the people who work there are awesome and really do make the holiday!! the food was good and the bars were well stocked with almost everything you could wish with genuine Antiguan charm and character. if your after 5 star luxury, Jolly beach isn't for you, but if you are after a genuine Antiguan experience with hospitality with character, and great value....Jolly Beach is the one for you!!

Overall the experience was good. If you want a budget-friendly resort than this is a good place. Location & Beach: The beach is nice and quiet empty and the views are great. I did have jet-ski vendors come by and ask but a simple no was enough. The resort looks nice from the outside but you will see inside that it is outdated. Staff and Service: Most of the staff were friendly, and generally helpful. Rooms: The rooms were generally small, but I found it okay. The shower is cramped and bigger people may have an issue. Room Amenities: House keep is only done once every 7 days, if you want it done more often it would cost $10 USD with 24h notice. If you want towels, bedding replaced, or toiletries then it would be replaced for free. The rooms don't include a mini fridge so drinks and waters are not available in the room. If you want water, you would have to go downstairs to the Coffee and Tea place to get a cup of water (or fill up your water bottle). The rooms do have A/C but it did not cool the room much even if we put it to the coldest settings (it did not work properly). The balcony's were nice and had two chairs and a sofa bed. Wi-fi: The wi-fi is available in common areas and the beach. Some rooms may have Wi-fi (I feel like the ones across the lobby has them) but I found the Wi-fi hit or miss, some days it would work well and other times it would fail to connect. I was told that they are working on getting wi-fi in all rooms (not sure how true this claim is). They should really improve the wi-fi. Food and Dining: If you visit resorts often you will know that they usually have a buffet section and restaurants. However, it works differently at this resort. Every week they post a schedule of which restaurant the lunch and dinner will be (buffet or A-la -carte). For example, Monday dinner is a buffet and Tuesday it is a Italian A-la-carte menu. This is great for having different food everyday but if you like consistency then it is not good. If it is A-la-Carte then you need to book a reservation. While I was there all week the lunch was at the Coconut Grill and I got really tired of it because it is a a-la-carte menu and the options are limited. The breakfast is always a buffet style. This resort does not allow you to take the food out from the restaurants and will stop you if you do. A suggestion for the A-la-carte menu is to have vegetarian options on all the menus (some menus had good options while others had barely any). Usually resorts have a restaurant open all day so if you get hungry you can get something but this is not the case as the Coconut Grill opens at 12 and closes at 4:45. Then dinner starts at 6:30. Drinks: The bartenders were friendly but I don't drink so I cannot comment. I did notice that the pool bar opens at 10:30AM and I know people start drinking early so if you drink early, this is something to note. Pools: The pools were nice and well maintained. When we were there only the main pool was open. The main pool is not deep and is good for lounging around but not swimming. The main pool was really close to the beach so you could switch from the pool to the ocean and back. Fees: The resort does charge $14 & $5 USD/Per Day/Per Person for resort fees and tourism fees. They do state them on their website and the travel site I used also mention it. They do ask for a credit card when you check in but hey don't charge the fees until you check out and sign the receipt. This would be on top of the price you already paid on your package, so factor this cost in your decision. Keys and Safe: Since this is an older resort you get keys, they provide 2 keys to the room and safe lock with a key. If you loose the keys will cost $35 USD and if you loose the safe lock then it is $75 USD. I personally liked the safe lock style.

Overall it was a pleasant experience. Definitely not a 5 star hotel but the basic amenities are there. The beach is absolutely lovely, nice outdoor facilities, the food was excellent with good variety. Very pleasant and friendly staff. It has everything you need in a low budget hotel.

We recently had a day pass at Verandah Resort and Spa. While the property itself is absolutely stunning with beautiful views and well-maintained facilities, we found the staff to be less than welcoming. It felt as though friendliness was not a priority. The food was okay—not particularly memorable but not bad either. Overall, the location and setting are top-notch, but there's room for improvement in customer service.

We absolutely love, love the Verandah Resort. The staff were pleasant and very accommodating. Manager Tristan was super pleasant and accommodating when we were not satisfied with our restaurant of choice. He walked us to a different restaurant we had no reservations for and decorated the table nicely to make us happy. The food was great. It’s clean and we enjoyed having our own personal cottage. We felt very safe and overall had an amazing time celebrating our one year anniversary.

We loved our stay. However, you're not allowed to bring any food from the restaurants back to your room. This was an issue for not only myself and my husband but for many other guests as well. I am pregnant so I wasn't always up for walking in the heat to go get food and asked if he could bring me just a plate of fries to the room, but he was told it was not allowed. There's a great pizza spot that allowed us to bring pizza back to the room but sometimes you're not in the mood for pizza. The only other food we were able to bring back were pastries from the coffeeshop. We ran into a lot of guests with disabled family members that were also told they weren't allowed to bring food back to their room. If they adjusted this policy, it would be an easy 5/5. Aside from that, this resort is a lot of walking, or waiting for shuttles. The location is beautiful, the room was big, and we were brought bottles of water every day. The Lovers Beach is beautiful and calm, and we were able to visit Pineapple Beach Club for a beach with more waves. The food was great with plenty of options. Staff was super friendly and we especially loved the mini golf. We came on this vacation to celebrate our ten year anniversary as well as making it a baby moon vacation before the birth of our first child. I would definitely recommend the Stingray Island excursion!

We stayed at the Verandah Resort for our Honeymoon. We were there for a week and met some very nice people who were also staying at the resort. The resort was not busy and we were told it was running at only 20% capacity. The food was great, rooms were clean, and the one beach was nice. That’s about where it ended. The service at this resort is seriously lacking - most employees were not friendly or helpful. There were very few smiles from employees and some even seemed to avoid helping guests. They were often checking their phones or just talking to each other while people waited. We saw a maintenance team go around and clean up the grounds, which are absolutely beautiful. A lot of work has gone into making the Verandah look nice. However, everywhere you go, the same towels and cups are lying around all day. It was still a nice vacation but could’ve been better if the environment (staff) was happier.

Loved the many options provided for food and everyone was so nice. Altho most got around via golf carts, I liked that I could walk around to the different areas. Rooms were nicely decorated and clean but my friends rooms AC wasn’t working well enough. Would recommend bringing cash to tip the employees. They work really hard but so fun to interact with all of them. And watermelon martinis are where it’s at!!

Again, what an amazing week spent with u all. I am going to start with Milton who is always smiling when he greets u at the doorsteps…he says, “the least amount of muscle is used when smiling!” To Smiling Dion who was always eager to help us. Shawnley(one of my favorites) checked up on us every time we were passing by and when we would have a question! Marlon at the Bar, thank you for introducing the local Rum. Juma, who would be there to help my Mom with the Golf Cart-thank you so much. Shannoy Roberts, who personally making sure we had the hammock at our suite and a bowl for the feet before entering our rooms, and also being there for my Mom with a golf cart, the whole team at the water sport; my boys had the best time! My boys enjoyed variety of water sports thanks to them. You were the best! Chef Kumar—-always went over and beyond for us. We had dietary restrictions and he really listened to us and took care of us during our stay. Michael from the restaurant was always trying his best to accommodate our party of 8 plus the baby! We didn’t have to wait much and always ended up with a table with a great view. Hilmi—she tries to be there everyday before her 6am shift, and works non stop with a beautiful smile..always greets whenever she sees me! Jody, you’re an event planning star, very genuine and personable.. we wish you all the very best as you close out the season. Looking forward to our next visit there. We truly fell in love with the place and all of you guys. Such genuine staff. Andrew Hedley, you and your staff made our week in Antigua a very memorable one. Thank you for your hospitality and taking care of all our needs.

Rooms were excellent, beautifully situated right next to the beach. Location very good, with beautifully kept gardens. The opportunities to hire a boat or go snorkeling were prohibitively expensive and totally unreasonable in price.The staff are lovely but communication at all levels is very hit and miss. Service we paid for would come one day but not the next. The Italian restaurant by the pool was really poor. I don't think the chef had any idea of what Italian food might look like.When I complained about my meal I was met with complete indifference. I think the management needs to get a grip and turn a potentially lovely resort into a great one.

The staff at the resort were fantastic. Jamol, Georgier were exceptional and really made my kids feel at home. The beach is magical. Everyone is kind. The kids club was engaging for my kids (3,5). There are sand toys available at the beach so need to bring them. Nice mix of adult and kids amenities, but not saturated in kids focused stuff where it’s overwhelming or in your face. I would come back. Love the vibe of the people at the resort and the whole island.

Beautiful Caribbean style cottages with a breathtaking sea view and constant gentle breeze. The host is kind and helpful. Bath toiletries and kitchen items are provided. If you're cooking, you only need to purchase food ingredients, as a variety of seasonings, olive oil, vinegar, tea, coffee, even paper towels are on hand. The host's attention to detail is phenomenal. Be prepared to walk up a steep driveway and several steps, but that's just the added benefit of exercise. A recommended stay!

Back again once again at the Cottages, I believe for our 5th visit to the beautiful island of Antigua. Always a consistent experience; a well-kept and -appointed, somewhat secluded spot. The beauty of the location is it's only minutes from the port area of St. John's, so you're not far from things you need. Car optional if you don't mind a bit of walking and/or using public transit. Galley Bay Beach was red-flagged every day this time, and there are no lounge chairs to use, so hint: bring a hammock! Marco takes great care of us time and time again.

It's literally an easy 5 minute walk to our 2nd favorite beach on Antigua. If you are looking for a five-star resort, then this is not your place. If you are seaking out a secluded place that is 15 minutes from St. Jonh's then tis is not to be missed!

We come to these cottages year after year. The beach is a 5 minute hike but I'd rather sit in my private tropical paradise anyway. Well appointed kitchen so we cook our own breakfasts and some dinners. We have stayed in them all. Spice this year. Propane bbq for grilling. Decent grocery store 10 minutes away so you don't have to drive in the hell of St. John's!

This is really a 4.5. My husband and I went here for our honeymoon. We had an amazing time and overall felt pampered and relaxed. The resort is beautiful, the food was consistently good or exceptional but beach service needs improvement. Our lead ambassador was Randal who was exceptional, and Sheldon and Terran were very good as well. Everyone at the lighthouse was great, and service at Irina was good. We ate every night at the lighthouse and had breakfast and lunch at Irina or room service. We loved room service and on average it took around 30 minutes. We did the calypso cat (the snorkeling was okay) which was fun and also rented a car for a day with the front desk. Now to the beach… We were once waiting an hour and a half for food and left hungry! Other three couples also left tired of waiting. We ended up going to Irina’s (took five minutes to be served) and our ambassador appeared at our room apologetic three hours later with the food we had ordered at the beach. I was surprised the food ever came, but at this point we didn’t want it anymore. The staff at the beach needs training and better organization. They were taking orders and fullfiling them one at a time when there were over 10 couples at the beach, and no one was getting food. We saw that two of the three times we went to the beach during the week. We also made a special request for bourbon and whiskey, but we never got them. That wasn’t a big deal for us but worth mentioning. They should have just told us they couldn’t get what we requested and offer alternatives. Recommendations for the resort: 1. the patios in the villas need a fan; 2. rooms need readily available snacks like potato or plantain chips and cookies. Sometimes you just want an immediate snack.

We stayed here for our honeymoon in November 2023. We selected this resort because of the exceptional reviews and were very underwhelmed. Subpar experience that included low quality/musty rooms, below par customer service, and an overall cheap/non-luxurious experience. It cannot compare to 5 star experiences that come with Ritz Carlton & 4 Seasons. Pros- all rooms have beautiful views and private pools.

I have never done a review but this place made me want to leave one. My wife and I spent our honeymoon here for 7 days and loved every second of it. If you are wanting a quiet, relaxing, and romantic vacation you have to come here. It is obvious that the resort is gorgeous but I want to talk about the staff. The whole entire staff is amazing, in the 7 days here I left feeling like I’ve known them for years. When we first got to the resort we had an issue regarding the villas and the manager of the resort, Mrs Alex made sure that she did everything in her power to give us the honeymoon of our dreams. She genuinely cared if we had a great time. Troy, the manager of the lighthouse restaurant was outstanding. He was so fun but so professional at the same time, truly was fine dining. We would look forward to seeing Troy every night because he’s the man! The food that they make at this restaurant is the best food that my wife and I have ever had. You would never think an all inclusive resort would have true 5 star dining. Leon, our ambassador was the nicest, most respectful, attentive, and fun guy ever. REQUEST HIM. Tevon, the water sports attendant, is awesome. First day he taught me how to use the hobie cat sail boat and after a 20 minute lesson from him I was sailing around the cove all week by myself. He is awesome and truly wants to teach people new things that they might not have access too back home! The other water sports attendant, can’t remember his name but he was amazing too. Jayden, Chelsea, and Zachri who are 3 of the beach/pool servers were amazing and made sure we were always taken care of. They were so good to us and so hard working in the crazy heat. It is obvious that this resort is gorgeous and everything you dream of in a vacation. But I think the staff is what truly makes a place special and they did exactly that for us. We want to go back just to see all of them again! Tell all of them Collin & Bailie from Jacksonville said hi when you go!

My husband and I spent our Honeymoon at Hammock Cove (7 days). It was absolutly amazing! The staff was phenominal and so inviting! Everything about this resort was top tier and definitly worth the price! We can't wait to go back! If you are looking for seclution, comfort, beautiful views, amazing food, and overall a good time... This is the place!
