Probably one of the best all inclusive food variety that we have had. The views from the bungalows were stunning, the beach was beautiful. Everything was incredibly clean. We were so proud to be accepted into the Grecotel family and we look forward to seeing you all again soon. X

The hotel is the absolute best family hotel (having also been here as a child myself in the 90s). For babies, the rooms are set up specially with whatever you need (cot, changing mat etc) and the kitchen staff make fresh pureed baby food to order for every meal. The staff at the hotel are wonderful and went above and beyond what was required (especially housekeeping and the maitre ds) to make our stay comfortable. The main pool was extremely cold for mid October but the covered pool behind this was heated and pleasant (the kids loved it). The villa rooms are quite worn out considering the standard and price point for the hotel in general. I would recommend this hotel to all parents without a doubt.

We stayed for 3 nights after a short cruise which finished nearby. We had a bungalow on the hillside that although a little dated was so spacious and comfortable with amazing views overlooking the ocean and beach. From check in to check out we have to say that the staff we met in the bars, restaurants and front of house were all exceptional and happy to help with anything. The resort itself is set on a hillside with the hotel and main bars, restaurant at top and the bottom of the resort with a quite beach and restaurants, bar beside the ocean. All meant we could experience everything without needing to ever leave the resort, they also include a hourly boat service that enables you to visit the other 2 Greco resort hotels for free to try their facilities which was a lovely touch. The surrounding gardens are lovely with a variety of trees and flowers to really help feel like this is a secluded location. We will certainly be back for a longer stay in the coming year to really enjoy everything we missed during our short stay.

This hotel is in a beautiful bay with a spectacular view of Corfu and Albania. The staff are amazing, very friendly and helpful, they could not help us enough. The hotel is very family friendly, with a lot of children staying here and this made our holiday with our 2 year old easier. There was a main pool, with a part that was shallower, a heated pool, a small children's pool and then lots of loungers down at the beach. The beach is beautiful and it's great that there is a bar, lunch buffet and ice cream/crepe station down here which means you don't need to venture back up to the main hotel all day if you don't want to. This is handy as the hill down to the beach is very steep, whilst manageable with a pushchair if limited mobility this may be difficult. There was however an electric car driving people up and down the hill at peak times of the day. The food was fantastic, plenty of options at breakfast, lunch and dinner and as mentioned was a crepe and ice cream available near the beach. The only slight cons where that there wasn't really any where to walk to around the hotel, but they did offer a shuttle bus to Corfu town three times a day for €10 per person which we did and was so glad we did. The rooms were also perfectly fine but needed a little bit of maintenance, for example there was a large crack in one of the tiles in our bungalow on a step down in the room and it was quite sharp, but we just covered this with one of their rugs to prevent us walking over it. Overall this is a lovely family hotel with great facilities and most off all great staff who are kind and attentive. I would recommend this hotel to any wishing to travel with children to Corfu. hotel definitely below European standards cleanliness in rooms and generally in the recreation area below standards. The hotel needs renovation. Food is average, very monotonous and the choice is quite modest. If someone has purchased all inclusive, they must be prepared for quite high additional costs after 23 everything is payable and the choice of cocktails is quite modest. The number of available sunbeds by the pools is very limited and evenings with animators end around 23 despite the fact that it is a hotel for "adults". The biggest advantage is the location, the views are breathtaking and this would be the only plus of this hotel.

I certainly wouldn't call this a 4-star hotel. The staff are fabulous, and the food is good, for all-inclusive, but the rooms are dated, the bed was horrifically uncomfortable, the bathrooms are a bit grotty, and the booze is low quality. "All-inclusive" cocktails are still charged at half price, are not well made, and do not use decent ingredients. Better cocktails can be found pretty much anywhere else nearby. The sunset is beautiful, though, and the evening entertainment is quite good.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The two pools were perfect for relaxing, and the food was delicious with a great variety of options. The customer service was exceptional—staff were friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

Hotel is adequate at best, some of policy decisions made by hotel are ridiculous, I.e closing the roof pool bar but only leaving the bottom pool bar open, so you needed to go up and down about 50 steps to get anything to drink despite no where near enough sun beds for everyone, then they took away most of the sunbed mattress on the roof top bar. Staff were generally helpful as I need a gluten free diet but despite having contacted them before awareness of cross contamination was very limited, dessert was jelly everyday which was in with all the other desserts so other food dropped onto them regularly. Food quality could be vastly improved by being hot. No water in rooms and you are not allowed to fill your own water bottle from the dining room either. Told by reception you need to buy your own water even when on all inclusive. Evening entertainment was a fiasco as 45 chairs in the main bar for what appeared to be a full hotel..... I would give a higher rating for most of the staff accept surly barmen at the pools who didn't appear to want to there. Do not underestimate the steps !

We booked a suite with private pool and sea view. It was great! Clean. Views from hotel are beautiful. Good location, walking distance from all the beaches, very nice restaurants in the area. We had breakfast included and choice was really good. Besides out private pool there were 2 more swimming pools available. We had issue with our fridge in the room but after talking with member of staff problem was quickly resolved. Highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel on a beautiful place. Everybody can find his own way to enjoy this place. You can find calm places or you can enjoy an evening music. The staff is great, very friendly and helpful. The food is not bad. One can always find something for his liking. It is not the greatest, but we enjoyed it. Thank you!

Staff was great, no doubts. Hotel is located close to the beach. Really nice swimming pools (3 of them). But ...the terrible smell for entire staying is unforgettable (no worries, you will get used to during first days though). Food is almost the same every single day, avarage quality.

This hotel is advertised as a four star and I don't think it warrants this. The bedding and curtains are old, dated and dowdy. The pillows were tiny and lumpy and you couldn't get any extras.The stench from the sewers is overwhelming especially away from the main building. The staff are efficient but mostly not joyous in their work, Joanne at reception was the exception to this. The WiFi was practically non existent. The food was very samey and lukewarm, the saving grace was that there were some good local bars. I would not go back to the hotel again

Very nice hotel, located in a beautiful place 5 minutes from the beach. The rooms are nice and clean, the air conditioning works great. Food could be a little better but it is good and finally, the best person in the hotel - the barman Nicos, very nice and sociable.

We stayed here a week ago for 6 nights and this was what I thought. - When we arrived, we were given a room on the top floor whilst the lift was broken. After being asked to move multiple times, the receptionists told us it would be fixed the next day and they said that for 4 days straight. It was only until our second to last day it was fixed. - Sometimes there was no signs for food on the buffet - The WiFi does not work well anywhere. The receptionist even told me it doesn’t work in any rooms. - There is a horrible sewage smell that can be smelled anywhere in the hotel. - The swimming pools are filthy. Even with goggles on you cannot see the bottom of the pool. - Food was extremely repetitive and bad. Something else to note is there isn’t much that is kid friendly for food. Also was a very small choice in food. - No water bottles are supplied to rooms even though you cannot get water from taps - Our room was not clean on arrival and was cleaned poorly throughout our stay. - Shower was very bad, either warm with terrible pressure or freezing with a lot of pressure. - Good location for the beach however not near much else, there isn’t much to do outside the hotel. - AC in the room is good - Drinks machine broke two nights in the hotel so only water or beer was on offer. A few things to think about… - It is ages from the airport, however this resulted in us getting a private transfer for free both ways (we booked with easyJet) - We seemed to be the only English people in the resort, this is not a complaint but some of the staff did not speak English well. - No English channels on the TV. All together was a good stay due to the fact we only spent 2 days in the hotel. Wouldn’t stay again and would not recommend.

Our experience at this hotel was a bit disappointing. Although we booked a four-star hotel, the standard was at best three stars. Its more of a low budget all inclusive hotel. The bungalov There was mold in the bungalow, the air conditioning was not working for two nights, and then there were more problems in other rooms. The room lacked a kettle. The reception staff was slow to respond to complaints, and we waited a long time for repair and cleaning. The restaurant and staff The only positive aspects of the hotel were the friendly staff and the great variety of food at lunch and dinner. However, breakfast was the same every day. The beach is with small pebbles so you definitely will need shoes. There are free umbrellas available for hotel guests. The pool During our entire stay, the pool was never cleaned even once. The water was green with algae, which is unacceptable, especially since we have small children who are sensitive to rashes.

My experience here was really good. The staff was amazing, kind and very helpful. I loved the hotel and the many opportunities it offered. Having a car rental in the hotel is extremely convenient. The view and the ocean is amazing. I will definitely go back again.

Fortunately, I was able to cancel my stay after the first night. The hotel is situated right next to the sea with a truly breathtaking view. In my opinion, the owner of the hotel should either consider closing it for a complete renovation or selling it to someone willing to invest and transform it into a top-rated hotel. The staff is friendly and eager to assist, although it seems like they may be facing some challenges.

Very good hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the rooms were and the staff was amazing. Everybody at the hotel was extremely nice and helpful. The views are amazing from the hotel, and the beach and sea are clean. The only downsides are that there's a lot's of stairs and elevators given the way the hotel is built. It's an older hotel, and some parts of the building show that, however, they are trying to renovate everything, and they are willing to improve. The food was also amazing, it was high quality, and they kept changing the food options from one day to another, so there's enough variety. I really recommend this hotel, especially for the couples.

Nice hotel at a perfect location by the sea shore. The resort is on a steep slope so there is a system of lifts bringing guests to the beach. Some parts of the complex are repaired, some would need quite some renovation. But everything is functional and comfortable. Food served was tasty with very good choice also for vegetarians. There is an option to rent a car directly in the hotel for acceptable price. There are 2 swimming pools. Rooms: We were accomodated in a bungalow. Clean room, enough of space and furniture, nice view from a balcony to the sea. Just the air condition was a bit too loud if you want to run it in the night. Service: Staff was kind, just solving of some requests (like extre sheets) was not too fast. Position: perfect, right by the sea, very nice view.

We spent a fantastic week here with my family. The resort was clean and well maintained. The room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the buffet on most days but found that there were not many chicken options. The evenings were filled with fun and laughter thanks to the amazing entertainment. The animators went above and beyond. Kids club was fantastic and a great opportunity for little ones to make friends and parents to have a few relaxing hours.

I took my wife for 5 days for her birthday, We stayed in the adult only part of the resort, and it was so peaceful and relaxing. The views were stunning, and there was a nice variety of food to choose from. The whole resort was so clean and tidy. all the staff were friendly and smiling. There were 3 different forms of entertainment each evening at the 3 different bars. We booked a spa treatment, which was very reasonably priced and It was fantastic. We only wish we would have booked longer, so much so we are booking again for next year and taking the whole family. The only negative thing we experienced was the mosquitos, but that is just nature and is no fault of the resorts whatsoever. Overall I cannot recommend this place enough. It was absolutely amazing.. Thank you once again and see you next year.

The hotel is huge and a perfect location with an amazing beach and large pool. Unfortunately that’s the only good parts of the stay. The hotel itself is very tired and run down, we had 4 rooms and every room had maintenance issues, bathrooms stink of sewage and 2 of us had to swap rooms due to broken showers and mouldy mattresses. A la carte restaurants were fully booked for our 5 night stay so only option was the buffet which is awful. Very difficult to get a table, then when you do finally get one, good luck finding a staff member to clean it. The food itself is horrid, only positive is that I lost weight in n an all inclusive holiday because the food is not tempting whatsoever. On terms of the drinks you have a plastic token you have to keep all week to redeem for a plastic glass at the bars. Only local beers and spirits included. You can’t even get a decent coffee anywhere, the coffee machines in the buffet are terrible and the only bars that serve a decent coffee are charged. Would recommend to avoid this hotel in honesty. Such a shame as the location and beach are beautiful.

I had a fantastic stay at Sandy Beach Resort in Corfu. The beachfront location is stunning, and being away from the city added to the charm. It’s a quiet, peaceful place, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The resort staff, especially the reception and guest relations team, were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The food was great, and there were plenty of activities to keep me entertained. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with excellent service, Sandy Beach Resort is the place to be!

There are lots of reviews of this hotel which are low in stars. Sometimes people do not bear in mind the price they would need to pay to get the service they would desire! Place was clean and tidy, room was comfortable with safe, fridge, kettle etc. AC very good. Bait was INSANE good for an all inclusive, yes people have said it's repetitive, there is always salad, bread, chips etc. but the variety is there for the main meals, I loved the food. Would 10/10 come back here, facilities excellent overall.

I'm genuinely baffled how this place has so many negative reviews as it's been paradise for the past 3 days. Maybe we got lucky but I can't really find a fault with anything that we have encountered since arriving. Absolutely BEAUTIFULLY BEAUTIFUL location and that's an understatement. We had a room in main building just above the restaurant with the most stunning view out to the Ionian Sea. The staff have been exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The food has been great (all inclusive buffet has more than enough selection and tastes lovely) and it's just a great hotel in an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING location. I think we'll be returning as it's been so good. Thank you to all the staff.

Absolutely mid/average. For an all-inclusive hotel, there was a lot lacking, pool bars closed at 6pm, but the beach bar attached are open, but you have to pay for drinks but you get a 30% discount, but its all inclusive. We stayed in 208 which was up a huge steep hill, the hill became very slippery if wet, or like when we stayed, oil had leaked from a car. Which made it dangerous. The views are absolutely beautiful though, great if you are fit and enjoy hiking.

Blue princess was one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited. Suites located up a hill (very steep!), but stunning ocean views. Really recommend a suite at the top of the hill (for younger people) as there was a quiet and beautiful pool in this location. Lovely man who worked at the pool bar ‘Kostas’ was extremely welcoming and hard working. Rooms were slightly lacking, our air conditioning dripped all night long, and the room made a few strange noises. The hotel did not change toiletries or towels very often which would’ve been nice. Food was great, so many options and fresh food. A personal annoyance was the use of plastic cups with every meal through the holiday, glasses were not given out at all. However there was a lovely and cheap restaurant below, which gives hotel guests a discount. Lots of fish and seafood on the menu… and you were allowed to drink from a glass! Really recommend a trip to Corfu town via the bus, but maybe less suitable for older people or families due to the steep walk from the bus stop to the hotel. Highlight of the holiday was hiring a boat from the beach for the afternoon (approx. €80 + petrol), no license necessary and get to explore and swim to the stunning beaches.

I don’t even know where do I start as this hotel is the worst place I’ve ever been. First of all, people are incredibly rude and they do not care at all about the guests. Rooms are simple, with stained bedding and towels, tv doesn’t work because is from the 60’s and they don’t care. The food is the same everyday, cheap food, like rice, pasta.. nothing special. Is like prison food. If you want to have a good holiday/vacation stay in other hotels. The location is gorgeous and that’s what saved me from not flying home earlier. Do not come to this hotel is absolutely horrible! Oh and it has so many hidden fees.. like sunbeds, drinks etc. worst place I’ve ever been. Do not believe the good reviews, I can assure you they are fake.

The first night we checked in, we were escorted a good 15 minute up a huge hill to another hotel with no explanation other than “we have no rooms”. You’d think after booking a room for the night you’d receive that. This was just the tip of the iceberg. After that, we were told to check out of this different hotel and come to collect our actual rooms at 8:30am after landing at 2am. We did reluctantly and were told that we couldn’t check in till 1pm, leaving us to sit there all day with our bags. When we finally did check in the room were absolutely not clean. We received one change of towels in 7 days. The room was slightly mouldy and disgusting. There was a giant hole under the door which meant the day it rained, the entire room flooded multiple times to a high level. In terms of food and drink, it was okay but Kostas at the top bar was very lovely and made amazing cocktails! The actual bar and reception, all staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. The breakfast was 100% the worst meal of the day. The hotel was on top of the most ridiculous hill ever. It was extremely inaccessible and dangerous when wet as it was so slippy. There is a guest book in the hotel that sums it all up. Most comparing it to Faulty Towers. This hotel is definitely NOT 4 stars.

Unfortunately I can't rate this place any higher. Don't get wrong the place is nice it's self. But also nothing to do outside the resort. Food was nice but the plates had a bad smell of sulphur. They are not washed properly. Really overwhelming smell of it. The dishwasher water needs changing more regularly. So that really put a downer on the experience of enjoying the food. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Also unfortunately out side our room smelt of feces all day long. The smell came in the room the smell at high heat of the day. Door was also broken so there was a massive gap at the side and the bottom so the geckos used to run in and out 😂🙄. Baby pool had tiles missing on the bottom of the floor so sharp and dangerous. We did like the slides and the apart from the sharp missing tiles the baby pool was very cute. The whole place definitely needs a revamp for sure but we did enjoy it apart from them things pointed out. But we wouldn't return and it's definitely not 5* I would say 3 at the most.

Our family (two adults and a 2-year-old) had an amazing time for a week at the start of October '24. The buffet was surprisingly good. Specifically the whole salmon, lamb joint, and the offer of roasts every night. The grounds are beautiful and it's a very short walk (less than 5 mins) along to the pebble beach with bars and restaurants. My only suggestions are for pizza to be offered more in the buffet (kids love pizza) and for the desserts to be improved (some had a synthetic taste and we couldn't eat them). The staff are all lovely and the pools are great.

The staff are lovely and the rooms are well equipped however the cleaners sometimes didn't clean properly. The pools and facilities are good fun and of a high standard with a nice all round atmosphere. However the food was not up to standard and was very hit and miss. I stayed for a week and ended up getting food poisoning from the seafood night and ended up cancelling trips because of this. Stear clear from eating high risk foods here unfortunately as they have poisoned a few people that same week.

Lovely hotel in Corfu. The reception staff were excellent throughout. It was my wife’s birthday and they looked after us and treat us to a birthday cake / fruit platter and a bottle of wine. The food in the hotel is fantastic and we were pleasantly surprised. Rooms were nice although could be cleaned better as the toilets and sinks didn’t smell great! Hired a car through a recommendation from the hotel. Nice beach, tavernas and shops nearby too.

Good location, Messonghi is very recommended for families with small children, very calm and quiet, hotel super close to a relaxing reserved beach (sunbeds and umbrellas to hire for 6euros all day, very convenient!) And many daily excursions are available. Friendly and great staff, nice facilities, overall an excellent place to relax! All inclusive is a real all inclusive, without excessive costly extras. Highly recommended, your kids will love it! (And you too)

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Amour Holiday Resort, and it was truly an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality that set the tone for my entire stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met, making us feel very welcomed The resort itself was very comfortable. Our room was spacious. The cleanliness of the entire property was impeccable, and it was evident that the management takes great pride in maintaining a high standard. One of the highlights of our stay was the on-site dining options. The restaurant offered a diverse menu, featuring both local and international cuisine, all expertly prepared. Each meal was a delightful experience, and the staff was attentive without being intrusive.

We had an absolutely amazing time. The room we stayed in was beautiful and we arrived late because of our flight and they gave us a packed lunch of a cheese and ham sandwich, apple, cake and an egg which was delicious without us calling ahead and asking. Our room was cleaned daily and so were the pools so there was no issue there. We stayed in the private pool rooms and it was gorgeous. The bartender was good and looked after us well. We found the food really nice. If you're a picky eater and rely on chicken nuggets and chips then maybe this isn't the place for you but they serve really nice traditional Greek food and the most delicious salads. I will say it is not an adults only hotel but there were only a couple of babies there when we stayed so we did not mind. All the staff were lovely and as soon as you had done eating there was someone there picking up the plates immediately. The hotel itself is beautiful, there are huge cacti and succulents, 2 communal pools and water features by the dining room. The location was also great, there are two restaurants opposite and canal d'amour is a ten minute walk away and the strip is a ten minute walk away which was great. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved our stay at the Amour Holiday Resort in Sidari! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely big bathroom. The pool area was a perfect spot to relax, and the nearby beach was just a short walk away. Located perfectly at the start of the town, short walk to nearby shops too. Breakfast, lunch and food options were fab, catered to all tastes. All around the clock drinks! Overall, the combination of excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and great amenities made for an unforgettable holiday. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

The rooms were spacious and clean with crisp sheets every two days and towels. The staff were very attentive and helpful, especially the Head housekeeper, manager, receptionist and bar staff. The hotel had a good friendly comfortable feeling. Only one thing, improvement on the quality of the white and red wine needs a definite update.7

Not very comfortable beds. Child's crib was practically just wood. We were placed in a room up the stairs and when asked for one downstairs because of a stroller, we were offered a room with 2 beds only (for 3 adults and a baby). Room was cleaned properly only once in 7 days. Food was quite good, fair number of options. Our stay was nice, but nothing to write home about.

A great family hotel with friendly staff and lots of activities to do nearby. Traveled with my wife and our 12 year-old twin boys, and we all loved our stay here. We didn't stay around the hotel, as we're not "by the pool" kind of people and we're out around the island most days. It was great to come back to decent accommodation and good food everyday. For what we paid, and for the efforts the hotel staff go to, I really can't fault any of it. We love Corfu and would happily come back to this hotel again and again.

The hotel is very pretty, well looked after, super clean. Staff work really hard. The views are majestic! A couple of 2-10 min walk beaches. Some good bars around. The only down fall is the drinks from the all inclusive bar and restaurant. They’re all cordial watered down with tap water. Which makes them taste odd. Apart from that a wonderful place!

I got back on Monday after a 5 day stay at this lovely resort. The room was lovely, with room service daily-the cleaners were so patient as we were never ready when they came, telling us not to rush and to stop apologising. I did struggle walking up the hills and stairs to our room as I have arthritis in my back, but other than that, I have no complaints.. I'm a fussy eater, so was a bit fussy with what I ate- breakfast was the best meal of the day IMO.. Big shout out to Kosta he went above and beyond to make sure we were okay at all times- such an amazing guy, friendly and always smiling..Thank you for making our stay enjoyable 👌🏾😘 Also the view from our room was beautiful 😍

A Nice hotel with friendly staff. We spend a week here in later October, weather was great all week and we really enjoyed our time away. The hotel is graded 4 star and the building lives up to this however there are some simple things I felt were not provided which was disappointing and would really make customers stays that bit more special On check in we only had 1 staff member at reception so it was a little disorganised and people hanging about for a long time, we also had to pay 10 euros each for a pool towel which is refunded but it's a bit pricey to ask for that on check in when most other places just have a card system in place. Entertainment was not on during the day despite it being noted on the website as frequent and there is no kids clubs or kid friendly activities, there was no music around the pool unless the staff played it on their phones through the speakers, evening entertainment was on 4 times during the week which was ok and the greek night was fantastic. Restaurant experience was pleasant however this is the first hotel I've been in where nobody is at the door to welcome guests and assist them in selecting a table / offering a drink etc. food on offer was repetitive and lacked any real finesse although what was on offer was fresh and plenty of it, poor offering for kids just nuggets and Bolognese pretty much Roof top bar is lovely in the evening however is not included in the all inclusive although relatively low cost 4 euros for a bottle of beer etc, the area is on level 3 and is large with comfy seats however is empty all the time and has no toilet so you need to travel down to ground to use the toilet. Lobby bar staff were great, usual local drinks included in all inclusive and tea / coffee, all inclusive finishes at 11.30 and shortly after the night porter turns the lights off which is annoying and actually quite dangerous, people don't go to bed any quicker so stop doing this is really not ok and should somebody fall the blame would be on the hotel. Pool area is nice and plenty of comfy loungers, during the day the lounge bar staff do a great job collecting empty glasses etc however nobody does and cleaning around the pool during the day so the area can get quite dirty from people walking on and off the grass areas with wet feet creating muddy areas and the surface appears to have areas where the floor dips so water pools which can be slippy. In the evening the lighting externally needs to be improved as it's quite dark. Spa was closed so we can't say if it was good or bad. Special mention to the friendly guy why drives the shuttle bus, he is very helpful and speaks to the guests and always says hello. Overall a decent holiday, just needs a few small touches to make it more customer friendly.

Nice clean hotel but maintenance of the estate is not their strong suit. It doesn’t feel crowded and congested. No air conditioning or fans in common areas. WiFi could be patchy. Pool is ample. Food is absolutely delicious with a good spread although menu is somewhat predictable after a day or two. Domestic staff are very helpful. Live music at night was fantastic. Customer care, particularly the receptionists could certainly be better and more helpful. They are very slow to respond to guests requests (eg extra pillows, reservation of pool towels, maintenance work that should have been attended to, before accommodating guests). Maintenance of appliances including those of the gym is poor. Beach is close by but access could be challenging as the stairs are steep. No walking trails around and nothing much to see in close proximity.

Very nice apartment enjoyed my stay here. Clean and tidy, rooms are very nice, had lovely view from hotel room. Food was delicious, only problem was queing for breakfast and evening time. Entertainment on site was brilliant. Lovely walk along to village from apartment.. Loved swimming pools and lying on sunbeds. Staff were very friendly and polite, had very nice time..

Other People were being sick too. Chinese Restaurant -1 , Some food was not fully cooked. Also when we’ve been booking In the description, been writing about inside pool, Yes, it’s have but +16 So if you’re coming with children’s not have chance coming inside! About this one it’s been nothing writing in descriptions!

Very disappointing to say the least. I experienced rude staff. Everything was an effort. No Cava or Prosecco which I’d have thought was a pretty standard drink. Couldn’t get a decent drink. Dining room was crazy. Waiters weren’t remotely interested in offering any help/service. We ate out every night @ Woodys or Medusa or Frugo’s beautiful and very friendly staff. If it hadn’t been for these finds I’d probably have checked out. The pool area was a shambles beds taken .. beds were either heavy wooden with a faux covering which were slitting. Or cheap 1970’s blue framed which were broken and uncomfortable. Overall a huge disappointment as I wanted it to be special with my daughter before going to university. Rated a 3 star at best. Wouldn’t recommend or waste my money.

We arrived here & were instantly blown away with how beautiful it looks. We checked in very quickly & easy. We had 2 rooms & stayed for 7 nights so had to pay 140 in room tax as apparently now a 5*.(🤷) We didn't get any help looking to our room & no directions. We found a cleaner & they advised. Rooms were standard ( if that) they were clean which is the main thing. But the sink tap is nothing more than a trickle, we had 3 beds in ours and was a bit of a squeeze. Our rooms were with a garden view which was a great location to everything. We arrived around 4pm and the evening buffet opened at 6.30 we headed up & it looked ok. My autistic son immediately was happy about spaghetti pasta, fresh pizza and chips. These are served every night but other things changed. The food was warm ( if that) and I wouldn't trust to eat the meat after myself and my daughter had food poisoning. It was really bad & reception told us unless we go to hospital to get it confirmed then we couldn't make a complaint. Even after showing them the food was raw & I don't like to waste my holiday in hospital when I know how to deal with food poisoning without intervention. There is a man in the main dining area who seats people and causes nothing but carnage, massive queues up the stairs to get a seat. When he's not there people manage to seat themselves easily and no queues. The grounds are lovely, beautiful, and well kept. The pools are great but mostly too deep for kids to actually enjoy, we found a nice pool which was out the way but perfect depth for my 9year old daughter to swim and feel comfortable in. The crepe stand is lovely and the staff are great, very over worked though bless them. Gyros stand really nice and the outdoor bars are nice. The beer is very watered down and as a 5 star the whole small tumbler cup isn't good. Cocktailz are absolutely rubbish and again no effort put in. The restaurants by the beach are lovely and they really do pull out all the stops with the food and service. But you have to book and as we've gone in October it wasn't very busy but had to wait until our last night to go as was fully booked prior. I can imagine it to be hard to get a booking in season. Kids drinks are watered down so we had to keep getting our own drinks from the shop which is unfair especially when you've paid for a 5* The cleaners are great, very thorough and stock ypu with 2 bottles of water daily. I do not understand the criteria to get a 5* because this isn't it at all. I have stayed at 3* that have been better Will I go back? No, not at all. It's really not good value for money especially when you have to love on toast because of food poisoning. I only ate there so cannot have been from anywhere else.

Me and my partner stayed for 8 days and it was lovely. The hotel itself is beautiful, the room was amazing and very modern with gorgeous views from the veranda. It is a very large complex so we did a lot of walking but there are buggies available to take you around site. I really enjoyed the food, a lot of options and it was nice to try new things. The desserts were also delicious. The food courts around site were very nice also, the bar next to the beach did lovely pasta dishes and pizza around lunch time. We dined in both restaurants on site and really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere in both. The staff were also lovely and welcoming. Overall it was a lovely holiday and thank you to all the staff.

Rooms were as expected. Quite basic need a little updating. Beds are really hard. I felt like I got a pressure bruise on my hip. Food was lovely great variety each day. Wine was surprisingly good 3 white 3 rose and 3 red always found one that was suitable. The desserts were fantastic the best I've had at an all-inclusive. The spa is well worth a visit. Great massage head neck back perfect! Lovely Spa and staff are excellent.

The only small thing that we found to be a problem for us is that there is nowhere to go for a walk - the road in front of a resort does not have a pedestrian sidewalk, so for a walk we had to take a buss

This is one of thee best places I have ever stayed a truly beautiful hotel ...AMAZING FOOD especially at the beach restaurant 4⭐️ dinning every day lunch is very good dinner is spectacular but needs booked inadvance. I would highly recommend you go all inclusive. I stayed in a beautiful Bungalow with a Seaview it made the holiday I stayed the last week of the season the weather was beautiful and cool at night. The staff are amazing and can't do enough I felt spoiled and will definitely be back.

This is our second visit this year but would have to admit the first time was by far the better visit. The first two rooms offered were totally unacceptable but eventually an amazing hotel receptionist provided us with a good room similar to the one we stayed in on our first visit. Unfortunately coming at the beginning of the season and now at the end of the season you can certainly tell the difference.

Just arrived. Greeting was superb. Made to feel really welcome and valued. Staff are very well trained and service is of a very high standard. Buffet restaurant is excellent. Food is refreshed and replenished constantly, even after the advertised closing time. Main pool and smaller pool by the Summer Houses are both beautifully clean and like a warm bath. Cocktails around the pool were well made and no scrimping on the alcohol. So far I’m really impressed. This place is amazing!! Highly recommended!!

Fantastic hotel, perfect for our family trip, spending 3 nights all inclusive in one of the summer houses. Excellent dining options, plenty of pools and kids activities (including the aquapark!) Plus an amazing selection of food served all day. But best was the service from the staff - super friendly and attentive, always happy to accommodate requests.

We had our first holiday here in the October half term. We had an absolutely fantastic holiday. The rooms were a bit dated but they were not lacking in anything and were perfectly acceptable, just not particularly modern or luxurious. The hotel is set over expansive grounds and is absolutely stunning. The beach is really clean and the sea is the cleanest I've ever seen. There is literally not a drop of seaweed and the views of the mountains from the beach are breathtaking. I saw some sunrises and sunsets that will stay with me forever. There are plenty of places to relax, plenty of sunbeds around and the village style set up really gives it a lovely atmosphere. Everywhere is clean and well kept. The pools were very cold, but then again it was October. The waterpark was really good fun and we loved the lazy river, even if you did have to brace yourself for the cold when you got in! We visited the Asiana and Italian a la carte restaurants. We particularly loved the Asiana, even though for some of the party it was out of their comfort zone for foods they wouldn't usually eat, but in the end we all enjoyed it very much. The staff at Costa Botanica are absolutely fantastic, everyone is friendly and helpful and really enhanced our stay. The evening entertainment was really good and we all enjoyed it. The DJ plays great music. The crepes were really nice and the ice cream was good quality. In general the food in the main buffet was what you would expect of an all inclusive resort that is cooking for the masses. The only couple of downsides really are the mosquitos and wasps! I was bitten so many times,despite using sprays etc and usually they never bother me. My mother in law usually gets badly bitten abroad but we had read some advice to take antihistamines for a few days before coming, which she did due to the fact that she usually gets so badly bitten and this really seemed to help her, so I would suggest doing this. The wasps are a serious problem too round a lot of the drinks machines and you have to risk getting stung to pour yourself a drink. I'm not blaming the hotel for this, but I do think it is something guests should be aware of. I would overall thoroughly recommend this hotel as we had such a great time here.

We had a wonderful experience at Mareblue Beach Resort in Corfu, and one of the standout aspects of our stay was the exceptional staff. From the reception team to the housekeeping staff, everyone was remarkably polite and friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. However, it was the animation team that truly made our vacation memorable, especially for our little one. Judi, in particular, was fantastic with the children. She went above and beyond to ensure they were happy and engaged, showcasing her creativity through various art and craft activities. Her warm, sunny energy and genuine authenticity made a significant difference in our child's experience. It was heartwarming to see how Judi connected with the kids, making them feel special and loved. Since our return home, our little one has mentioned how much she misses Judi and the fun times spent with her, which speaks volumes about the positive impact Judi had during our stay. We wholeheartedly give 5 stars to Judi and the entire animation team for their dedication and exceptional care. The beach near to the resort was perfect, shallow water and sandy. Thank you for making our vacation unforgettable! We look forward to returning in the future.

This is one of the best locations we as a family of 6 have stayed in Greece. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff would always make up your room if requested. Activities are always encouraged around the pool area from water aerobics, volleyball, football, and water polo all conducted by the staff. Entertainment was on every night with various acts from karaoke to African dancing, and the Greek night was amazing, too. Food was always available and catered for all ages including those who may be a little fussy with food. The staff were always polite, professional, and willing to help. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Good entertainment throughout the day .pizza and pasta down by the big pool if u miss the top restaurant. And then there is the views out if this world..well worth going to mareblue. Amazing place- views from the hotel are straight to Albania. Delicious food on every single meal with plenty of choice, rooms cleaned every day, very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms quite modern with very comfortable beds and balcony. 2 pools with one being quite one for adults only which is smashing idea. Loads of choice of snacks between meals- from toasted sandwiches, ice cream to salads and different foods. If you are not drinking alcohol- mocktails choice is not huge as only 2 to choose from, but staff happy to create non alcoholic alternatives to cocktails. Different entertainment every evening which is really nice as well.Overally we loved our stay in this hotel and it was really hard to come back home.

It was a good stay overall but our first impression wasn’t great at all. When we checked in and went to our room it was dull, toilet seat was broken and the room stunk. The wall had some sort of holes in it too. We immediately went to reception to complain. This was at night time so we were already tired… The 2 people at reception didn’t seem to have any understanding of how to deal with customer complaints. 2 men they didn’t seem to be friendly whatsoever. Eventually they gave us a better room which had good lighting - we were satisfied with this. The lunch & dinner was repetitive, not much variety ; spaghetti , fries , rice & chicken… could have changed up the food every once in a while? The desserts were okay. Drinks were also okay. We loved the sports staff in particular Cam & Mark, they seemed very friendly and talkative. The WiFi near the pool is a bit awful , the service is just not the greatest. Ibo the man who works with sports staff seems very bossy towards the other staff from what we had seen. The night events were entertaining though.

The location is great and everything is well organized. The spa is at a professional level and offers great products. It’s simply lovely. One small point to the management: The main pool needs to be redone as its flooring has started to peel a bit.I'm confident it will get resolved. Thank you! Lovely resort, mostly very comfortable. We stayed for seven nights and noticed near to nothing that would bother us. The highlight for me was how brilliant the staff were, the bar staff in particular at the main pool near buffet restaurant. Very friendly, accommodating, also good to talk too. They are working flat out most of the day and you can see it’s hard work and in an all inclusive arrangement likely aren’t tipped anywhere near enough for their service. The lifeguard who looks after the pools and kids slide takes his role very seriously, is directly spoken which could be taken as impolite but this is clearly cultural. This is the man you want taking care of your children / pool areas so you can relax as a parent. Very friendly when you take the time to talk with him (when he’s not keeping an eye on your kids). The environment is beautiful. Lots of sun beds at the 3 x pool areas, kids were well entertained. The water… wow, ignore some of the seaweed. You can walk out into the ocean for ages and it has varying heights as you walk out from ankle to knees, waist, back to knees subject to how high sand is. 15 euros for a peddle boat with slide, lots of fun for the kids for 1 hour. Good prices for the speed boat hire, plus doughnut you get thrown around in as another option. Lots of space for evenings, pool tables among other bits. I read reviews about poor entertainment but as we found out it changes dependent on the weeks / majority of visitors. The live music was brilliant, great tracks from 80/-90s-2000s etc. Kids supervised entertainment is a small hut, with drawing materials. Probably the least impressive I have seen as 5+ all inclusive resorts we’ve stayed at in the last few years. Really not comparable at all, so this may be a worthwhile consideration. I didn’t once see the lady doing anything with the children aside being in the hut, colouring etc. but equally for this reason we only left our kids there for 1 x 30 minutes, needs improvement. The rooms are very cosy, well maintained (don’t understand the negative reviews myself), all creature comforts… beds are subjective, ours was very firm which didn’t help our joint paints / slept on our backs. Great air con. Functional fridge/safe. Two single beds upstairs and double down for our own space. It was cosy… if you’re at this resort what are you doing spending time in your room to need more? Get out and enjoy the resort, sun, sand, sea, Corfu old town! Cleaning staff are superb. Oh my god, they are a force to be reckoned with. Room service staff work relentlessly. The morning we left around 7am-8am the staff were moving through the resort, pools, with extreme efficiency, these people really care about doing a great job, the place was incredibly clean and well maintained throughout. Buffet Restaurant food was very nice. The staff again put real passion in here, well presented. Food kept hot. Lots of choice. Amazing puddings, food for the kids, hot food, cold food, salads, breads, you name it, they got it. Was very impressive. Now on to two negatives: -Al a Carte restaurant was an absolute shambles, wife waited 1 hour 20 minutes for food (room 1403). Food not that impressive. Service had no structure, one gent seating, one gent sorting drinks, one lady taking food orders… people in long after us got served first… people in before us got served last (because the lady moved from one area around the restaurant??). -Why does the buffet restaurant not allow you to obtain your own drinks? It’s insanity. You sit and wait for someone to come to you for drinks, sometimes not at all. You can’t blame the staff, this is a ridiculous policy. It was also causing some issues with one new staff member who was unfortunately getting worked up and being rude to customers (my wife), he was new apparently. I won’t go into more details but very unimpressed here and if it wasn’t for how incredible the rest of the team are and our overall experience, I would have easily given 1 star for his conduct. Overall a brilliant stay. Well done team.

This resort is perfect 👌 for families. Perfect combo of pool side lovers as well as beach. With waterside, kids club, tennis 🎾 fitness programme with animation, any family would find it hard not to enjoy. The staff are super friendly and truly cannot do enough for all the guests. Well laid out resort , spotlessly clean rooms and gardens. Checking in and out both efficiently done by the reception team. Its a thumbs 👍 up !!
