A Wonderful Stay at Corfu Holiday Palace
We spent several nights at this hotel and were absolutely delighted with our experience. Every single staff member, from the warm and welcoming gentleman at the entrance gate to the receptionists, waiters, bartenders, chefs, housekeeping, and room service, was incredibly friendly, always smiling, and eager to help. Their hospitality truly made our stay exceptional.
Our room had everything we needed. I was surprised by how rarely we had to use the air conditioning – probably thanks to the thick walls – as the temperature inside remained pleasantly cool and quiet. The balcony offered a breathtaking view of the Ionian Sea, making every morning and evening a treat.
The restaurant was my favorite place. Each day, I struggled to taste everything available because there was such a wide variety of delicious, beautifully presented dishes. Breakfasts and dinners were an absolute pleasure, offering something for every palate.
In the evenings, we enjoyed live music with a glass of wine while watching the sunset – a truly magical experience. The hotel also has a private beach, accessible by an elevator, where guests can relax and swim in clean, crystal-clear waters. Just a few steps away lies the famous Holy Monastery of Panagia Vlacherna, adding a touch of history and charm to the surroundings.
We had an amazing time in Corfu, and after exploring the island’s many attractions, returning to this hotel felt just like coming home. A huge thank you to the entire Corfu Holiday Palace team for their hard work and kindness. You are truly wonderful! Ευχαριστώ πολύ!

I recently stayed at this hotel for seven nights in October, in one of their lake-view rooms, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel's location is quite convenient—close to both the airport and Corfu town, with a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making transportation easy.
Positives:
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The view from the main restaurant overlooking the sea was nice.
The hotel has a private beach with direct access via a lift, which was a nice touch.
The property was clean, including the swimming pool, which had clear and well-maintained water.
Additional amenities like the tennis court were a great bonus.
Verity of dinner menu including different dishes and desserts.
Areas for Improvement:
The hotel itself feels a bit dated and would benefit from some renovations, particularly on the -2 floor facilities (indoor pool), the game room, and some in-room features like the wardrobe and drawers. The bathroom had an occasional bad odor, which could be addressed.
For a five-star hotel, the room amenity kits were somewhat lacking, and the variety of hot dishes at breakfast could be expanded.
I was surprised that the dinner menu didn't include any beverages, not even water, which seemed unusual.
The beach facilities could use some updates.
The quality of the food, overall, was inconsistent. While some dishes were enjoyable, others lacked flavor or felt underwhelming for the price point and rating of the hotel.
You will hear airport noise in somehow.
Overall, this hotel has a lot to offer, especially with its location, views, and friendly staff. With a few updates and tweaks, it could provide an even more exceptional experience for guests.

We went to the hotel for a conference. Food was very good. Both vegan and non vegetarian food items were there. The staff are polite. You can go down the private beach using an escalator. The plane spotting area and monastery is walkable from the beach. Boating is also there nearby. There is a gift shop inside the hotel. Service was very good. A swimming pool is also there.

I start with the good things, location is great , staff are helpful and friendly. Food was great, no some bad news , they seem to have a sewage problem and made our room smell unbelievably bad, the beach is messy not ideal for kids or snorkeling, loads of plastic and rubbish near the beach. And sharp metal objects (be careful) in all it's nice hotel with friendly staff , just some neglect on and around the beach. And some sewage issues.

This Hotel is not a 5 star establishment but may have been in the 70’s . Communal areas and rooms are dated with the smell of sewage coming from the corridors. Food is average at best. Gym equipment is falling to bits with no “out of service “ signs on broken equipment. (Poor health and safety standards. ) Rude Spa supervisor. Reception and restaurant staff are hardworking. Good location but would personally not return.

It wasn’t perfect BUT still the best holiday we had so far with kids and all inclusive. Not quite 5 stars, but all in all it was worth every penny, a few small things could be improved. Most of the vibe also comes from the amazing entertainment team (especially for the kids) and some of the people supporting our stay, from waiters to the bar. Cleaning was good, but maybe some days a bit later during the day. Very good food with a variety of dishes, only thing you had to wait for was the gyros. There was always something for everyone and very good quality for all inclusive buffet. Nice and clean beach and sea, with a few other things to do around.

Amazing Hotel: The service was above any expectation.
The dining room offers fresh and delicious food.
The kids loved the activities and the evening shows.
The atmosphere is so calm and lovely.
On top of this, we had an issue with our flight back, and the

Nice place, comfortable rooms but I still have some remarks.
The sun beds are with tax even though they have their private beach.
Wine is served from plastic cups, this is not normal for a 5 stars hotel.
Inside the rooms there were a few ants around the bathroom.
The beach is not clean as should be for a 5 stars hotel.
The Animation team is great and they are doing a great job, the housekeeping and hotel staff are friendly and they are eager to help.

Absolutely great place for a family vacation. The food is very tasty. The sea is wonderful. The beach is right next to the hotel. Christina took care of our room's cleanliness and was very nice. The people here are very kind and accommodating. We can warmly recommend it as a family, whether for a stay with children or without.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, we booked to go in the Suchi and Steak restaurant for our wedding anniversary the food and service was excellent we booked this with the customer service desk and mentioned that it was our wedding anniversary on the Friday, on the day there was a knock on the door the hotel made us a cake 🎂. The views were spectacular from our room we could see the sea and the pool with a mountainous vista as a backdrop. The evening meals are buffet style with lots of choice, the food was excellent and well presented

Not a bad hotel, beautiful ground, the beach bed are so so, they have about 8 sets of good beds them some really old rough ones, for a 5 star you'd think they would just update them all. Everything at the hotel food and drink wise is very expensive. Talking 65 euro for a ribeye steak and chips and 6 euros for a beer. Not too far from corfu town, if you wanted to use the shuttle bus service is gets booked very quickly. The boat rental service is crazy priced compare to others in the area. Better to book a car to get around about 30 mins from hotspots hotel is busy and it can be difficult to get a good beach bed as people place items on them directly after breakfast to reserve them. Most of the bed were taken with no people using them. Overall I think travelling as a brit to Greece is abit naff. Greeks don't really do service. I had a wad of cash for tips but I came home with it cos the service in most place was naff. I think some of the smaller islands of Greece will be a better choice than corfu. The ocean is beautiful though acces to beach was great too at the hotel.

This is by far one of best experiences on the island. Everything was thought of and provided for with respect and hospitality by some of the best hotel staff in the world. The food and wine were delicious, the pool and sea were beautiful, and the view is second to none. I am only leaving 5-stars because that is the maximum or else I would leave more. First of all i think this hotel was incredible, the people and the staff cannot do enough for you. The food was great and a wide variety of choices and was very accommodating for my young family and our 15 month year old.
2 bits of constructive feedback would be that the wifi certainly on the 5th floor where we were staying was fast and and a low signal which i feel could be improved. Couldnt see an access point anywhere near our room.
The second point is the gym could do with some modernisation, the heaviest dumbell was 12.5kg and the machines / look of the gym felt outdated. Compared to the sister hotel the imperial it was a night and day comparison.
Overall an incredible hotel though would highly recommend.

I had a truly amazing experience at Grecotel Eva Palace from the moment I walked into the hotel. The highlights for me were relaxing at the pool and beach bar, where I ate a delicious poke bowl with fresh fish. The stunning view made swimming a pleasure, and the sunbeds were comfortable to relax and tan on. The level of service was top quality from the staff, as I ordered drinks at the beach, and the bar had music to add to the vibe. There was live acoustic music at sunset, which made this 5 star hotel feel like paradise on earth. I would rate this as one of the top hotels in Corfu.

Words can’t describe how amazing this place is! Especially for a family with a toddler. Gorgeous view, amazing beach, great pools and the FOOD!! We got the half board and I didn’t expect to like the dinner buffet as much as we did! Also, the staff were one of the best I’ve seen in a while, so friendly yet professional. Beyond expectations! Perfect hotel for our little family, with 1 and 3 year olds in the lovely big seaview sapphire I think it was called, with 2 bedrooms. Incredible food and so worth going on the dine around half board option with the club access, as club was a beautiful lounge with outdoor area and plenty of food and great spirits and beers free to take. Service impeccable and the Greeks loved the kids!
Loved being so close to such a beautiful safe beach, and the pool and kids pool area was ideal. Also loved the beach bar, such a cool vibe. Plenty of daily activities and events on too.
Only downsides... no kids cutlery or plates at dinner, so bring your own. No free water at dinner. Could really do with some refillable fountains around the resort as we used SO many plastic bottles which was a shame. They have refillable jugs of fresh water at breaky so why not rest of the time? Also being picky, bring something so stick over the ridiculously bright flashing light on the fire alarm above the bed...(if you're a light sleeper like me!)
Overall there's not many hotels we'd return to, this is definitely one. Scenery on this side of the island is stunning, we likened it to Krabi! Definitely glad we had a hire car to explore the little local town and if you're a runner, bring your trainers, the hill runs are phenomenal 👌

All restaurants and bars are closed. Don't book any breakfast. Breakfast is provided on the room, but contains only junk food, in plastic packed muffins and croissants. You have to prepare your coffee inside the room. No service. I do not recommend to stay in this hotel.

This is definitely not 5 star hotel. The staff probably doesn't speak English or they are very unprofessional. I've been in 3 - 4 star hotels that have better service than this one. The big "24/7" pool is extremely dirty and looks unusable. Bathroom is designed by the idiot - there is 0 ventilation and humidity stays after shower. This hotel was a big disappointment and I will never come back here. I bet for the price you can find much better deals here.

Day pass!
We only spend a few hours there by the pool and then at the spa. There is a big variety of high quality cocktails by the pool. The club sandwich was so delicious i can't forget. The pool area is so calm and the pool is very big and modern. The spa is the best, we had a couples massage, the therapist were the sweetest and so professional. Amazing place, would go again!

Currently staying here. Very unclear instructions as to spa usage and timing, prices aren’t great for the time and spa fully booked during stay, only way you could book was after 12 in the hotel room so you’re stuck in all minutes of the day, not very helpful to find a resolution. Would not recommend to stay here as you don’t get a lot for your money.
Double bed in room is made up of 2 single beds and is basic.
Breakfast was great.
But overall, needs improvement, not sure where the 5 star treatment is, look elsewhere.

Excellent service from start to finish from all the staff. Food always good quality with plenty of choice. Tried the Greek restaurant by the beach which was also good and a great place to see the sunset. The Italian restaurant was not as good but made a change. Our swim up room in block 300 didn't get any sunshine which maybe a bonus in August but a shame in Oct.
The only other minor faults were towels are bit thin for 5 star and the TV had a habit of switching on a screensaver picture in the middle of the night! cured by un-plugging it. Otherwise all clean and tidy and a perfect place to relax.

Amazing with great air con , only gripe I would say is the drink choice for the all inclusive, no dark rum or bailleys, only two drinks I like sadly , I prob would have wasted more drinks trying than I would have drinking my choice 🫣 we aren’t big drinkers but with it being so amazing every other area it just lets the 100% slip for me , would I go back? ? No …. Definitely not as it isn’t adult only so definitely wouldn’t go back at those prices , we only paid that price for adults only, I can’t see them getting the same money for families but that’s their issue. I’d imagine it would be £5k for a family

Room with shared private pool was amazing but bed was hard. All staff were really friendly. Food was great. Entertainment was OK but not wow. 5 min walk to the beach through the grounds of another hotel or they can take you down to the beach in golf cart. Reserved section of beach for Sandy Villas Hotel only. Beach Side pool was a nice touch, again for Sandy Villas customers only.

Beautiful and relaxing vacation! Nice and calm environment, always kind and professional personal, delicious food with lots of options, excellent desserts, evening programmes are great, evening with program “Jazz The Two Of Us” was breathtaking. The sea is beautiful, deck chair always available at sea, at swimming pool as well. Pool by the sea is awesome, again nice staff, excellent Prosecco. Everything just perfect, I recommend.

Perfect experience!
We’ve spent a week here and experienced all the facilities.
The staff is friendly and professional.
The spa was the best I have visited.
The food is delicious and varied.
Mini club staff friendly and welcoming.
The dining room staff friendly and welcoming.
Family room big and clean. We had 2 toilets and showers which come very handy with 3 kids.
Visitor information was excellent- helping us plan outdoor activities and rent a car.
The place is beautiful, watching at the bay with mountains in the horizon.
They have thought about every detail.
The gardens are green and megical.
Beautiful private Beach.
Plenty to do, without feeling stressed or crowded.
The allowed late check out with no extra charge
highly recommend.
The only downside is that you don’t have an espresso machine in the room, which I would have expected from such a good place.

Great hotel, amazing staff and incredible pool and beach. Rooms could do with an upgrade but overall still pretty decent. Buffet food for breakfast and dinner is good with a lot of variety. Just returned from a week at this gorgeous hotel. Lovely staff and service, setting was amazing, pool and beach are lovely. We have 2 young children and there were other children so we didn't feel like we we had to be too quiet... it's a very smart place! Breakfast was fab! We ate out at local restaurants every evening. Lovely hotel. This place boasts a lot of services available with the spa, the gym, and yoga every morning. Nightly entertainment. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room servicing is great. Fresh towels every day. Bottle of water and drink making facilities topped up too. Rooms fully air conditioned and comfortable beds. Beach area is a breathtaking view of the Ionian and coastline. The marina is great though run by separate company. Great having them there to enhance the experience. Extra activities can be booked through the hotel. Durrels filming location just a minute or two walk along the beach. Several small beaches with grainy sand but plenty of comfortable sun loungers and free beach towel service. 4 restaurants. Two of which are a la carte. Free shuttle bus to Corfu town once daily. Pre book that. Overall, I really did like this hotel and would consider coming back on a different board basis.

What an incredible place! The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The grounds are very well kept, and the room was lovely. The smaller relaxation pools still had the heating on so very warm for October. I can't fault anything. The food was excellent. Only thing I'd say is that if you are a fan of snorkeling, you'll need to hire a boat to get out of the alcove as it's very silty and visibility underwater is poor. That's not a fault of the hotel, that's just geography. Really keen to return another year. Thank you for such a lovely time!

The wife and I have been to numerous resorts with UVC(we are preferred members) and this was one of the best. As always the people were great. They are very helpful and accommodating. The location was amazing. Beautiful views from the resort or taking a walk along the shore. You can walk outside the gate and experience the what the Island has to offer or take a taxi to Old Corfu. The food was very good and authentic to the area unlike some resorts we have been to. I told the wife while there I want to go back as does she. Had a lovely 5 day stay here recently. Lovely hotel and location. Really well set out, staff were friendly, food was yummy in all restaurants and it had a very laid back chilled vibe. Rooms were clean, loved the aqua aerobics daily and beach area was lovely - not long for walks but very calm to cool off. The only negative was the mosquitoes but guess this is out of their control! Other than that, great place for a chilled break with delicious food

From the moment you arrive and unfortunately finally have to leave you couldn't have a better facility to stay. All the staff are wonderful so would be wrong to pick anyone in particular. We stayed in 560 and the view from there was amazing. Food and drinks couldn't be better. All the cats are well looked after and we loved the gang of ducks. There are no negatives apart from we had to go home.

Last stayed 15 years ago when villa was relatively new and our kids were young. Just visited again and with them now being in their late 20's and having partners - Angsana worked brilliantly. 4 double rooms, all ensuite. Open plan living/dining with a terrace having views to die for. Great BBQ area by the pool, along with cosy sofa's and chairs to relax in. Booked through Owners Direct, and everything was handled so well - including a great document giving local places to eat/taxi's/car hire etc., Fabulous holiday and would thoroughly recommend.

We had our first holiday here in the October half term. We had an absolutely fantastic holiday. The rooms were a bit dated but they were not lacking in anything and were perfectly acceptable, just not particularly modern or luxurious.
The hotel is set over expansive grounds and is absolutely stunning. The beach is really clean and the sea is the cleanest I've ever seen. There is literally not a drop of seaweed and the views of the mountains from the beach are breathtaking. I saw some sunrises and sunsets that will stay with me forever. There are plenty of places to relax, plenty of sunbeds around and the village style set up really gives it a lovely atmosphere. Everywhere is clean and well kept.
The pools were very cold, but then again it was October. The waterpark was really good fun and we loved the lazy river, even if you did have to brace yourself for the cold when you got in!
We visited the Asiana and Italian a la carte restaurants. We particularly loved the Asiana, even though for some of the party it was out of their comfort zone for foods they wouldn't usually eat, but in the end we all enjoyed it very much.
The staff at Costa Botanica are absolutely fantastic, everyone is friendly and helpful and really enhanced our stay.
The evening entertainment was really good and we all enjoyed it. The DJ plays great music.
The crepes were really nice and the ice cream was good quality. In general the food in the main buffet was what you would expect of an all inclusive resort that is cooking for the masses.
The only couple of downsides really are the mosquitos and wasps! I was bitten so many times,despite using sprays etc and usually they never bother me. My mother in law usually gets badly bitten abroad but we had read some advice to take antihistamines for a few days before coming, which she did due to the fact that she usually gets so badly bitten and this really seemed to help her, so I would suggest doing this. The wasps are a serious problem too round a lot of the drinks machines and you have to risk getting stung to pour yourself a drink. I'm not blaming the hotel for this, but I do think it is something guests should be aware of.
I would overall thoroughly recommend this hotel as we had such a great time here.

We recently stayed at the Costa Botanica and this was absolutely fantastic. Staff were so warm and welcoming! Great facilities, great atmosphere and the food was great. Would definitely recommend. We brought our 3 children and they thoroughly enjoyed their holiday!

We've had an absolutely fantastic stay, which exceeded our expectations. This was our first all-inclusive resort stay, and compared to experiences shared by friends, we were very positively surprised by:
- The quality of the food, and the fact that after almost a week at the resort we didn't feel bored by the wide selection and changing dishes.
- The training and friendliness of the staff.
- The quality and diversity of pool and beach installations, and the range of nice spaces where to spend time and relax.
- The quality of the music and entertainment.
It was a delightful experience overall, and we look forward to visiting again! Great job!

Just arrived. Greeting was superb. Made to feel really welcome and valued. Staff are very well trained and service is of a very high standard. Buffet restaurant is excellent. Food is refreshed and replenished constantly, even after the advertised closing time. Main pool and smaller pool by the Summer Houses are both beautifully clean and like a warm bath. Cocktails around the pool were well made and no scrimping on the alcohol. So far I’m really impressed. This place is amazing!! Highly recommended!!

A beautiful hotel locate on a pretty peninsula with fantastic views in all directions. There are multiple hideaway spots for relaxing during the day around the pool or or on the sand at one of the beaches. Service was good and everyone was very friendly. Would be happy to return one day. 5 stars

This hotel looked amazing, me and my brother booked 2 rooms at the main building with our wives and kids.
We had so many expectations but left disappointed.
Overly crowded, no place to sit at breakfast, no place at the beach...they have a whole peninsula to themselves and no places for the people they host. I had 3 kids of my own and 2 of my brother, we went to a different beach in Ipsos, outside the resort. Imagine paying +700 per room and not having where to relax and swim.
Additionally, booking restaurants in the resort? Nightmare, concierge tried to help but couldn't book the ones we liked. We had to go to the far city center 30min away to find something to our liking.
A plus side that I have to mention are the water sports they had, it was a nice thing to have them in the resort and the gym was great as well as the coach.
Rooms need renovation, it's not as it looks in the pictures. Beware not to have a room with a view of the first floor roof which is not very pleasant since we expected a nice sea view and not a roof and parking.
I heard Grecotel is the top of the top in Greece, utilizing the name of the country in the company and the place to experience Greek hospitality. But do they respect the fellow Greek workers? Spoke to some waiters in the Mon Repos breakfast...young kids, unexperienced, overworked, having even difficulty with English. They told me they came here for internships and so on and they are used as slaves. Underplayed and living in mediocre conditions in a small shared room.
Met some manager of the front office, she tried to fix our issues but didn't settle for her proposal of free Dine Club dinner and boat trips. She seemed very pretentious and I can recognize a fake smile when I see one. Can't fool me.
I will not come back to your hotel chain and hope people read this comment which I kept for this period so its relevant in the reviews.
I don't know who manages this hotel and who is the owner but major changes are needed.

Very comfortable rooms with excellent service. The food was really good but expensive if not included in your booking. The hotel is situated in private grounds with its own sandy beaches and a small island which you can walk to over a boardwalk. Very peaceful. In October it was 24C every day with no rain. If you don;t have a car, be aware that taxis are expensive and the hotel is quite isolated. There is a courtesy bus to Corfu Old Town though. We really enjoyed our stay.

I gave this hotel a 5 star review on everything because they deserve it. My husband and I enjoyed every moment in this hotel (we stayed for 11 nights), the beach is amazing the staff on the beach are very welcoming shout out to nick for making our stay comfortable. The restaurants are good if you have something in mind and they don’t have it on the menu just ask them and they will cook it up for you. The rooms are comfortable the AC is amazing. All of the staff there are respectful, and welcoming, a special thank you to the hotel manager she is absolutely wonderful and has made our stay very memorable. I would definitely come back here and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Domes Miramare has amazing rooms as they are quite big, modern and have a beautiful view on the sea; The service does not meet the luxury requirements / price per night as when we arrived, all restaurants were fully booked, we could not get any dinner and the same happened two nights later; The Poolbar was also closed with the service comment "it's the end of the season". One would expect the hotel offering food at any time to their own guests. Location is nice, close to sea but buildings are separated by big road which can be quite noisy

I'm baffled by the ratings and reviews of this hotel. I looked up what is purported to be the most luxurious hotel on the island, and the most expensive, but what this hotel offers is far from what I expected.
Service was so slow, most of my time was spent waiting (and I had nowhere to be, so imagine how slow it is), there are bugs and spiders all over the property. I had to call the front desk to take care of pests in my room multiple times, and was scared to enter my room or sleep because of this issue. The busy road that divides the rooms on one side of the property from the other is a hazard.
The staff is trying hard. They were friendly and great overall, but just too slow and not well-trained in hospitality. Management has so much room to improve the product and attract even more business. The location in Corfu is perhaps to their benefit, and if other hotels on the island are worse, maybe in the management's view there's no need to improve the product.
Very confused. I guess I would recommend caution if staying here, especially for special occasions.

Visited as a couple in September / October 2024.
This hotel is beautiful - the location is incredible, with its own beach with plenty of comfortable loungers. The food in the restaurant (we went half board) was great with a menu of the day each evening, as well as the regular restaurant menu. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of options.
The room was large, spacious and very comfortable with a massive bed. My only negative was housekeeping - it was done regularly, but attention to detail was not there. The mini fridge in the room was quite unclean, occasionally glasses and dishes were not cleared away properly, flowers in the room wilted and died but were not taken away. A minor point for improvement.
The main thing to highlight at this hotel is the wonderful staff. Everyone from reception, to hosts at both restaurants, waiting staff, beach bar staff - all of them were incredible. We felt very looked after, very cared for - nothing was too much effort for them to sort out or help with. I cannot stress this enough - the staff are just wonderful.
I would happily return to this fabulous hotel.
I'd also recommend renting a boat from Privilege boats next door - amazing experience driving a boat around the island!

Interesting pictures. Nothing like the real place. This hotel is split across the road. Away from the beach the hotel is on a hill and has fabulous views and a beautiful pool. The other side of the road are the rooms and the restaurant. The rooms are nicer than standard but nothing like the pics. You're not getting luxury, and items were missing from my room which took 4 days and 3 phone calls to have replaced like my bedroom carpet! Sea view doesn't mean a sea view - just that you can glimpse it through the trees (which block the view) if you're lucky.
There is an air of elegance here. The food was superb with three different choices of restaurant. The breakfast was a delight with multiple options of everything inc smoothies and juices, and different local honeys. The beach was small and stoney but there was sand in the sea which was crystal clear. The waiter service on the beach was fun - with a bell at each parasol we barely had to move at all except into the water. I'm not sure you're really getting value for money - the pics really do not match what you get, and we had no idea how to get what the pics showed (and money wasn't a problem).

This hotel is luxurious and refined. The second you walk in, you’re greeted my friendly staff and a breathtaking view. The private beach is peaceful and uncrowded, while the rooms are modern and comfortable. The hotel restaurants are tasty and not overly expensive. The hotel breakfast is decadent like no other, you have to experience it for yourself. The location is a bit remote, so you will need to book a taxi or rental car if you plan to go to old town corfu. Although, there are some complimentary excursions into town that are offered, they just may not fit into your personal itinerary for the week. Surprisingly, there were some mosquitos at night time, so if you come in the late summer or early fall, plan on bringing bug spray.

We went with our just turned 2 year old, the staff were lovely and the hotel is aesthetically pleasing. However our room was tucked away in the shade facing another wall, which meant nap time with our child was pretty bleak. The main pools were too deep for me (5’2 height) to use with our toddler, so we could only really use the water park, which was lovely but quite boring after 7 days. There is no other outdoor or indoor play area for children, the beach area is decking with an edge dropping into the sea (adults would dive and bomb in to the water meaning we couldn’t relax in this area at all. There was 1 nice restaurant but you had to pay extra to use it more than once. The buffet was beige and no variety for kids each night.
Maybe it’s better for older children.
Would not stay here again however.

Great experience with the Premium all inclusive stay. We spent 3 nights here. The food is amazing. The staffs from the gate to reception and throughout, are so pleasant and very helpful.
They even helped me jump Starr my rental car after we checked out. Beautiful views, boat trip flowers, multiple swimming pools. Also very family and children friendly.

We have to say that the staff are exceptional, all staff are so friendly and helpful from the ladies who look after your rooms, to the check in staff and all the staff in the restaurants and especially Jim at the pool bar and Mo at the beach amongst many others. The food is fantastic especially if you are with kids, you won't go hungry here. It would have been nice to have been able to get some cake around 5pm as there are so many out at breakfast, to just have a snack between lunch and dinner. Also for the amount of kids it would be great if the hotel invested in a playground or play area with slides and swings etc. Also even though the weather is hot during the day it would be good to have at least 1 heated swimming pool as the pools are so cold and the Waterpark that is amazing even for us adults with kids, the kids come off with blue lips as the water going upto the slides is freezing cold and everyone we met said the same thing, it's too cold for more than 1 or 2 go's. Even for me at 6ft3 tall I was freezing!
As said, having never done an all inclusive we absolutely loved it and the kids had the best time which for us is what it's all about. Other than some little bits here and there where you can make improvements for the kids and adults we would definitely return as we loved the room, the staff and the experience. I was apprehensive at first but I've been converted. Just a quick mention that when the hotel is busy it would be great in the main buffet to step the amount of people as otherwise it can be at full capacity or even more and the queues are so long when you have 3 young children who are hungry and you have to push in rather than wait for 20 mins in a queue to get some pasta etc.
Again we will definitely return!!

Great food and plenty of eating spots to choose from. The service is really good as well, everyone is super friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Would happily eat at any one of the on-site restaurants multiple times, favourite dish was probably slow cooked lamb but there so many nice dishes to enjoy. I always like to be honest and fair with reviews.
This was my second trip to an Ikos resort as I stated in Ikos Oceania in May and had an incredible experience.
While Dassia is more modern and looks amazing has amazing scenery and amenities there are some issues I had.
I went with my partner and we're not huge drinkers and like with Oceania we asked if there was any possibility of having Pepsi Max which they were both more than happy to accommodate which I thought was fantastic.
However, it became effort to ever get it to the room, this may seem minor but there's only so much citrus I can drink.
I also don't feel as "looked after" by the concierge as we did with the concierge at Oceania they were incredible so attentive and accommodating and extremely appreciated but also quite responsive.
I found the Dassia concierge to be quite robotic which I appreciate it's all done via templates etc but I think they could learn a lot from the Oceania team.
We waited over an hour on an occasion where we'd asked the concierge to put through room service, we ended up calling ourselves as we didn't know whether they'd done it. (They hadn't)
We had knocks on our door twice by staff when we had the "do not disturb" sign on.
There were several occasions where we had to wait quite some time for drinks orders to be taken in the lobby bar, the service around the pool and in the restaurants was great, mostly.
In the restaurants if you got a soft drink and not alcohol you'd hardly ever be offered a refill.

I also had a bit of a strange issue with funky smelling pillows I spoke with someone and they said that it was down to the down feathers and that was the smell, which is true to a point it's a smell that's created when the pillows aren't dried properly and was quite unpleasant.
The housekeeping staff do a great job but they're also extremely loud and at one point either were arguing with one another or just being jovial but it was shouting nevertheless.
I feel that there is less food choice at Dassia than Oceania especially at flavors, it's also tough when you have a shellfish allergy and a general dislike of fish to always find food alternatives, something I didn't really find at Oceania.
That being said I certainly enjoyed my experience at Dassia but I do think it could have been better.

Before I start I would just like to say I have extremely high standards and a OCD freak! so this may help if you are reading all the reviews like I did.
On arrival we were blown away by the views and the decor of the hotel. Lovely welcome with refreshments.
Room -
We had a panoramic sea view junior suit . It was plenty big enough for myself, partner and 4 year old. The rooms are a little basic in terms of style and don’t completely fit the rest of the hotel interior although modern enough but most importantly to me immaculately clean!! The cleaners were amazing and went above and beyond everyday. The bed was comfy although pillows need upgrading. I have to add. Hairdryers need upgrading desperately. If you have a Dyson take it with you!
Staff-
The level of service here I found made our stay that little bit more special. Every single employee were so lovely and attentive. They made so much effort with my child and couldn’t do enough always with a smile on there face.
Special mention to Diana that looked after us most days by the pool and was amazing!!
Iliana was an absolute dream for anything I needed and made sure we were looked after so well.
Kira also was so lovely and so helpful.
When ringing for room service everything was bought up so quickly and everything you asked for you got!
Staff were also amazing in restaurants and in the lobby bars. I can’t remember the names of the bar staff in sky building but they were brilliant in the evenings.
Cleaninliness- 10/10 can’t fault!
Food -
I am an extremely fussy eater but was overly impressed. breakfast and lunch had a good variety to offer. We ate at the grill house, in our opinion by far the best restaurant. Provence was really good and fresco- amazing tomato soup! We ate at Ergon deli and Anaya these didn’t live up to expectations for me. Absolute shame as Thai is my favourite food. We ate at ozou for lunch one day and I was a little disappointed. I was worried about reviews regarding food poisoning but we had no issues at all and we ate everything so don’t let that put you off at all. I could of and I would have missed out on this hotel.
We went out to the old town and borrowed the ikos Tesla. We had a great time the Greek people are truly so kind and welcoming compared to us English 🤣
Entertainment- Good entertainment, not tacky and we absolutely loved the cello player and singer she was incredible. The band and blues brothers were so good and they really put the effort in. Unfortunately we missed the white party on the beach and listened on the balcony and regretted it big time!
Overall I didn’t want to come home and had the most perfect family holiday. I would 100% book here again just because you know you will not be disappointed and it was worth every penny.
Thanks to all the staff at ikos dassia for going that extra mile. We will be back.

Ikos Dassia is not a perfect resort - but we had a wonderful time regardless.
In terms of positives, the resort stands on two tentpoles: the location, and the service. Almost everywhere you look in the resort, you are met with the breathtaking beauty of Corfu and the Ionian Sea. The resort takes full advantage of this by featuring open air spaces in many of the restaurants and common areas. The service was second to none. Not only were the staff attentive, but our requests were handled with astonishing speed. Our concierge was also in constant contact with us, making sure every part of our stay was to our liking, and arranging for customizations and special surprises in line with how we wanted to spend our vacation.
In terms of areas for improvement, the one that was most noticeable to us was that this resort seems almost exclusively geared towards families. My husband and I visited at the end of our honeymoon and we did not find the facilities very suitable for couples visiting without children. While there were adult-only areas, these often felt like an afterthought and not very secluded. Thankfully, we booked a suite with a private pool - something that is imperative if you are a couple staying here as it was hard to find seclusion from families in the main pools and beach areas. There was also very little in terms of entertainment and activities geared towards adults.
The food also didn't wow us as we expected it to. While there are quite a few restaurants to choose from, in our experience, they all seemed to play riffs on the same dishes, just with slight alterations (e.g., almost every menu featured some sort of braised beef and sea bass). While the dishes were presented beautifully and you could tell that the ingredients were fresh, they often lacked flavor and seasoning and were not executed as well as they should have been.
The Tesla drive was also one of the low points of our stay. A Tesla Model Y is not at all the ideal car for driving the narrow streets of Corfu - especially if you are not accustomed to rural European roads. An option to have a smaller car would have made this experience a lot less stressful and more safe.
Lastly, while we felt the value proposition of the resort matches the prices they charge, the resort lacked a sense of luxury. While the surroundings are gorgeous, the interiors of the resort felt very standard. The staff and the landscape do most of the heavy lifting in bringing the "wow" factor as the furnishings and general layout of the resort don't bring that sense of grandeur one would expect from a 5 star property. There were few top shelf liquor offerings, and the bars were relegated to the main lobby and pool bars without any unique concepts. We definitely felt the lack of a grab-and-go coffee shop or bakery that comparable resorts usually feature. And while we booked a "Deluxe" room, there weren't special lounges or restaurants reserved for Deluxe guests at this property aside from a strip of beach and a pool area.
All that being said, we still had a wonderful stay at Ikos Dassia. We cannot say enough great things about the staff as they really went above and beyond to make our stay special.
We would be delighted to return to Ikos Dassia, or visit any other Ikos property, and hopefully see them only improve while maintaining their strengths.

Our stay at the resort was nothing short of exceptional, easily setting a gold standard for all-inclusive experiences globally. Both the food and drink were always extraordinary, presenting a variety of choices that far surpassed any we've encountered worldwide. The entire resort was spotlessly clean, maintaining a pristine environment that welcomed us from the moment we arrived through to when we checked out. A special mention goes to Anastasia in Guest Relations, whose attentiveness and dedication to going above and beyond made our stay feel particularly special. Additionally, the resort was wonderfully child-friendly, with excellent facilities that our toddler thoroughly enjoyed, making it a perfect family getaway.

We stayed for 10 days. Odisia is beautiful, and offers an amazing variety of pool area’s, bars and restaurants all the way to the beach. Staff was amazing and we had no issues. However, the room was very underwhelming. With a baby, we were placed extremely close to the reception, and every evening and night we suffered extreme noise complaints. Sooo much noise comes into this room, its ridiculous. We complained multiple times, but there was no better room available. Although is very nice concering what they could do, it made it so that we were happy to go back home. If you get a room at garden village, be prepared for all the irritating noise.

A beautiful boutique beachfront resort with amazing 5* restaurants and facilities. We travelled with our two year old and there were endless options to keep her happy and entertained. We have no complaints about service. If anything they went over and above. I would definitely recommend Odisia for a family holiday if you're looking for fun for the whole family. We're already planning our next visit.

We visited in October, this was our fourth Ikos resort and it was our favourite.
The resort is large but easy to get around, the gardens are very well kept pool / pool areas are extremely well maintained.
I feel Ikos could improve their menus in some of the restaurants and have more choice but the food is very nice in general. Compared to sandals I think sandals have the upper hand with a couple of their restaurants and food quality being better.
The rooms are very well maintained and a very high quality.
My only issue with Ikos is the headache of organising restaurant bookings before travelling as slots fill up quick even though the restaurants are never full and always have space even when they say their full, although I contacted Ikos about this problem before arrival and they went out of their way to get the reservations organised for us which shouldn’t of been necessary but it is appreciated that their resolved the problem.
There’s a similar issue with the Tesla hire, we always take one out for the day and it’s a good incentive for us to keep returning to Ikos, although booking one always seems to be problematic they manage to get us a booking, there always seems to be a lot of Tesla’s in the car park even when their bookings are ‘full’
My only big issue is the incentive to return to Ikos resorts hasn’t been clear or easy, I have only just found out that there is a small discount for returning guests, we have always booked with Jet2 as the deals have always been better, but surely booking with Ikos direct should be cheaper and returning guests should be well looked after, I have 63 nights with Sandals and after 70 I get a free week, they also have other tiers of rewards the more you stay. We usually book 3 rooms with my parents and sisters family joint us so I feel the incentives and rewards for returning guests really needs improving as the prices are continuing to rise with no great improvements for your money.
This isn’t to say that I don’t love Ikos, but I feel it needs reviewing and improving.

We had a wonderful time as a family of 4. To quote my 7 and 5 year olds, Ikos Odisia has "the best chicken nuggets they've ever had".
Rooms are not particularly plush but are functional. Everything is still very new since the resort was only built last year.
Service is excellent and everyone we interacted with did their best. Maybe they could use a few more staff in the bars to reduce waiting times but it's a very minor complaint.
The food was mostly excellent. I especially appreciated that all venues had a kids menu for fussy eaters.
The free Tesla hire is stress free and a great perk, we used it to explore the island.
The beaches are lovely, plenty of sand and lots of shallow water for the children to explore. Lounger service everywhere.
Very few complaints, I would definitely return.

Wonderful hotel if you want to be near the heavenly town centre but also have a pool, sun lounger relaxation time.
Obviously expensive but worth it if it suits your needs.
The staff are charming and always helpful.
We would have liked a kettle in the room, so we bought a cheap one for the times we wanted just to sit on the balcony, read and watch the beautiful, unsmelly Garitsa bay with a cuppa.
The restaurant isn't to our taste but the bar food is really good and there's a huge selection of restaurants within a 10 minute walk.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The pool was amazing. The food was delicious and everyone was so nice and friendly. The rooms were very comfortable. You can walk right into the town. We stayed at the Corfu Palace for one week and we had a lovely time. Everyone was so polite and were always willing to help with anything we needed.
The room we stayed in was spacious and very clean, with a great view. The food was very nice and despite there not being many vegetarian options on the half board menu, I was provided with plenty of alternative options which I really appreciate!
The hotel is in a great location, only a five minute walk from the old town. We'll definitely be returning the next time we visit Corfu!

We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights (couple plus one year’s old daughter) and it was really great.
Let’s begin with the service, all of the stuff are really kind and trying to make your vacation comfortable as much as they can.
The one who was extremely kind was Thomas from the breakfast staff who was always care about us and tried to help us.
The breakfast is continental but there’s enough choices (eggs, at least 4 or more kinds of bread), in my opinion, there is a place to add more kinds of vegetables and cream cheeses.
In addition to the service, the hotel is not new designed but saved and the facilities are working well (I will say that the hotel is even designed in a vintage way so it’s really nice).
I will say that some of the extras that we ordered from the bar and from the room service is quite expensive (for example 19€ for simple pasta or 3€ for a small bottle of water) but I think that it’s related to the fact that it’s hotel prices for your convenience.
The pool is great, there are comfortable sun beds around the pool, and the water is very similar to the sea water (salty).
The rooms are very large, and there is space to all of your staff.
The location of the hotel keeps you close enough to restaurants in the old town that you can go by 10 minutes of walk.
About the price per night, I think it’s a bit expensive but still worth it, don’t expect to have luxury stay but a very good one.

We loved our stay at Pelekas Monastery as a family of four.
Our family room which had a sea view balcony was actually bigger than we thought from the photos and had a partition door to divide the kids on their twin single sofa beds and us.
The rooms are old and tired but it didn't bother us as we were out most of the day. Despite this, the cleaning service was great and the house-keeper was so lovely - our little boys loved her cuddles and kisses every morning as we left for breakfast. When we arrived at the restaurant, they also delighted in all the lovely waiting staff too. We couldn't have been made more welcome!
The buffet food was fantastic and felt authentically home-cooked, including a lot of Greek cuisine, which we were very happy about.
The pool definitely needed a good clean and was and was surrounded by the most beautiful setting. Which brings me to the beach which is amazing and clean. Perfect for families woith young kids.

Hotel staff extremely helpful and do their best to keep guests happy.
Rooms and hotel overall in need of an upgrade, gym equipment outdated, half of them not working properly.
We had issues of ants in our beds, housekeeping had to come multiple times to sort it out for us. Our complaint about this, I feel was completely ignored, which leaves me with a bitter feeling about the whole experience.
In my view this hotel is not of 5* standard, so perhaps a bit overpriced for what it actually offers to tourists.

This hotel does not meet the standard of a 5-star rating. The rooms are in very poor condition, especially bathrooms, where plaster is peeling off. While ther is a wide variety of food available, the hotel location by the see is difficult to access do to narrov and steep roads. Additionally, the water in the see is very dirty in the affternoons.
