Lovely place for a family holiday. Great water park, food is good, hotel is clean and staff are very friendly. It is rates as 5 star hotel but i would say it needs a bit of TLC to hit tat 5 star, it looks a bit tires in places. If you are looking for luxury it is not the place but if you are looking for a place to go with family that has good selection of food, clean toilets and lots of them around, 8-9 slides, 2 big pools and a private beach than this is what you are looking for. Would definitely recommend, good value for money. Staff is their biggest asset, they are always polite, very helpful and accommodating.

We chose this hotel due to its reasonable price and convenient location. The food was at an average level, but the staff was always accommodating and tried their best to meet our requests. Throughout the day, there are various activities and bars offering drinks and snacks to satisfy your needs. The water park is also great, and we really enjoyed the sandy beach. Since we didn't come with high expectations, we were very satisfied with our holiday. We would like to thank the friendly staff for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

Great service, staff friendly all around and helpful. The rooms could use some improvement. In our room A/C wasn't cooling and would stop working within 30 minutes, fridge was pointless since electricity wouldn't work if you left the room with your card in hand and if it was on - it was warm inside, shower in the bathroom needs refreshing. The food was great, especially the grilled section in the evening. Fantastic place to come to with children, but there is a separate section with a beach fir adults.

Here is my review of this hotel. I have been here for 1 week with family 2 Adults + 3 kids last week. First of all about the hotel: Hotel is more less divided into 2 zones - there is main hotel and bungalow area that is around 200-300 meters away from hotel itself (as visible on website and photos). If you are going with bigger family, you will probably end up in bungalow area as this is more family oriented - rooms have 2 bedrooms with bigger amount of beds etc., but you can still have sea view if needed. Now the tricky part, restaurant is in main hotel, main bar is in main hotel, pools, aqua park, beach and beach bars are located near the main hotel, so you will need to walk like ~5min (or use melex, but sometimes you need to wait like 5 min for it) to get there. It is far easier and more enjoyable if you are located in main hotel. Especially if you want to enjoy the view from you balcony by night and you need to bring glasses / plastic cups from bars to your bungalow. This is like 5min walk there and 5 min back (with glasses) and of course you cannot do this with melex as you will spil all drinks ;) Hopefully in the future they could add a bungalow bar or something that would make the situation better... Please note that there are also bungalows that are on the hill and even further from the main hotel (my was on the closer distance to main hotel). Quality of the rooms was acceptable, you could see some potential improvements, but there was nothing that would make us not wanting to live in that room for 1 week. Only issue was that walls between the bungalow rooms are a bit on the thin side, so if you would have a loud neighbor then they could wake you up (like I had one day when Guys from other room returned at 3AM). I recommend taking second card right away at the desk. This will allow you to leave the A/C working while you eat / go for a quick swim. Food was somewhere in the upper-middle scale to be honest. Very good stews from chicken, beef (fresh vegetables etc.). Very good salad plates with olives, cheeses. But For example: quality of scrambled eggs was on the lower end. There was excellent pizza in the beach bar everyday from 12-16. We have enjoyed it a lot (sometimes even skipping lunch for it). Beer was good, white wine was good, whisky, gin etc were also kind of good as for all-inclusive hotel. I must say that the service Team and animation Team was excellent and the people that work there are the brightest light in this hotel. Always willing to help, polite, active. I can't say anything bad about them! There was always something to do with kids there, water park is enough to keep them busy for couple of hours. Swimming pools were clean and not overloaded. Even the youngest kids have a 40cm swimming pool with pirate ship that was very nice. Beach by the sea had enough space for all people that wanted to use it. Similar with pools space - when we were there there were no "towel races" and even at 11.30 we were able to find at least some spaces over the pool area. Overall for both me and my wife the hotel is 3.5 - 4 out of 5. There are couple of improvements to be made, but we had a great time there. My Kids commented: "last year (Bulgaria) the food was better, but we had far better vacations this time". 1/5 – A ruined holiday at a hotel that does not deserve 5 stars We stayed at Aria Claros Beach Resort in July 2025, as a family with two young children (ages 2 and 8), expecting a proper 5-star experience based on how the hotel is advertised. Unfortunately, it was a major disappointment from the start. 🧹 Cleanliness – unacceptable: The room was dirty, with cobwebs and actual spiders The air inside smelled bad and musty The bathroom had mold, stains, and obvious signs of neglect Towels were stained and the bed linens didn’t feel clean We even saw mice near the pool, in the water overflow area – clearly unsanitary 🛏️ Room comfort – well below expectations: Beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, with makeshift supports under the mattress Pillows were flat and of very cheap quality The child’s bed was just a poor-quality armchair I had to use blankets from the closet to make a more bearable sleeping surface 🍽️ Food – poor, repetitive, and chaotic: Long queues at every meal Small portions, poor quality, and very disorganized service There was absolutely no food suitable for young children Plates and cutlery were often dirty Flies were everywhere around the buffet – hygiene is clearly not a priority 🥤 Drinks – very low quality: The minibar only included still water Drinks from the bars were of extremely low quality, often undrinkable The included coffee (from a machine) was terrible; a decent coffee costs €6–€8 despite this being an all-inclusive resort 📞 Customer service – unhelpful: After several complaints, a cleaning team did come and do a so-called “deep clean” – spiders were removed, but conditions remained poor The reception simply apologized without offering any real solutions 🧒 For a family with small children, this hotel is completely unsuitable. It was a stressful experience when it should have been a relaxing holiday. --- ❌ Conclusion: Aria Claros Beach is not a 5-star hotel. Generously, it could be rated 3 stars. There are serious issues with hygiene, comfort, and service. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone – especially not families. Avoid it if you're looking for a clean, safe, and restful vacation.
