Our room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and always impeccably clean, thanks to the outstanding housekeeping service. One of the highlights is undoubtedly the infinity pool on the top floor, a true paradise with an incredible view of the city and the sea. It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the sunset in a unique atmosphere. The dining experience was also excellent, with delicious dishes, fresh ingredients, and service that was always attentive and discreet. Every meal was a real treat. A special thank you to the entire staff, whose professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made our stay truly enjoyable. From the valet parking team, always efficient and welcoming, to the housekeeping staff, who took care of our room with delicate touches, and the reception and restaurant teams—everyone contributed to making this experience absolutely wonderful. If you’re looking for a memorable stay in Dubai, with great service, a fantastic location, and top comfort, the Address Beach Resort Dubai is definitely a great choice. We can’t wait to return!

The rooms are really beautiful and everyone I met was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they at first did not have the room I had paid for, which though was solved after about an hour by moving me to a different (better and beautiful!) room. Still, not something you need at 5 am. The drain in the shower of my new bathroom unfortunately was blocked, which flooded my bathroom pretty quickly, which then of course needed maintenance and housekeeping to come by. Not ideal on the first morning. The buffet dinner I had one evening unfortunately was forgettable. Not bad, really not good, pretty boring altogether. Surprising especially during Ramadan. I could also add that due to a strike at my home airport I could only use 2 (and maybe 1/2) nights of the 4 nights I had booked and paid for - the hotel showed zero flexibility. That's ok of course, but definitely gives a bad aftertaste. The hotel is great, the rooms are beautiful and views are stunning. But have dinner outside.

A Wonderful Experience at Address Beach Resort! My visit to Address Beach Resort was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Rachel at the lobby restaurant was absolutely amazing—so helpful, polite, and always smiling, making the experience even more enjoyable. The food was outstanding, especially the salmon avocado, which was the most delicious salmon I’ve ever had. Every bite was perfection! To top it all off, the harpist performing at the Lobby Terrace outside created such a magical ambiance with beautiful music that added a wonderful vibe to the evening. It was truly an unforgettable experience, and I can’t wait to return!

We had such a relaxing and cozy afternoon with a view that couldn’t be more perfect—looking out at Ain Dubai while enjoying the calm atmosphere. The setup was beautiful, and the presentation of the drinks and snacks was just as impressive. The selection of bites was on point, with a good mix of savory and sweet options. Everything was fresh, and you could tell the flavors were carefully chosen to complement the teas. The staff were super friendly and attentive without being over the top, which made the whole experience even better. During my stay (room 1406) at Address Beach Resort, I was consistently impressed by the exceptional service provided by the entire staff. From the warm welcome by Ms. Vera, Mr. George, Mr. Ahmad Ali, Mr. Shady, and many other staff members whose names I unfortunately cannot recall, every interaction was marked by genuine warmth and hospitality. The pool staff were always attentive, providing towels, refreshments, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience. The restaurant staff were incredibly efficient and friendly, making dining a delightful affair. In conclusion, the Address Beach Resort is a hotel that truly excels in providing exceptional service. The dedication, professionalism, and warm hospitality of its staff, including the aforementioned individuals, make it a truly memorable experience.
