Spending the afternoon at Adres Beach Resort felt like a dream. The lounge had an incredibly peaceful and elegant atmosphere. The tea service was top-notch in both presentation and taste. The sweet and savory treats served alongside were fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Sitting by the stunning view made the experience truly unforgettable. The staff’s attentiveness and kindness added even more value to everything. Truly a five-star service! I will definitely come back and highly recommend it to everyone.

During my stay (room 1406) at Address Beach Resort, I was consistently impressed by the exceptional service provided by the entire staff. From the warm welcome by Ms. Vera, Mr. George, Mr. Ahmad Ali, Mr. Shady, and many other staff members whose names I unfortunately cannot recall, every interaction was marked by genuine warmth and hospitality. The pool staff were always attentive, providing towels, refreshments, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience. The restaurant staff were incredibly efficient and friendly, making dining a delightful affair. In conclusion, the Address Beach Resort is a hotel that truly excels in providing exceptional service. The dedication, professionalism, and warm hospitality of its staff, including the aforementioned individuals, make it a truly memorable experience. If you're looking for a luxurious stay in Dubai with impeccable service, I highly recommend the Address Beach Resort.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Address Beach Resort. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with water and towels, and our luggage was promptly taken care of, making our stay feel comfortable right from the start. However, I was disappointed with the room. I was under the impression that I had booked a room with a balcony, but it turned out not to have one. While I was offered the option to switch to a room with a balcony for an additional fee, the cost was higher than when I initially made the booking. Furthermore, the alternative room was on a lower floor, appeared smaller, and had an unpleasant smell of fried food coming from the restaurants below. I decided not to switch, as it didn’t feel like an upgrade worth paying for. Unfortunately, this left a negative impression on the first day of our stay. Regarding the room itself, while the furniture is new and well-maintained, the design felt less modern than it appeared in photos. Nonetheless, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The rooms are well-equipped with modern technology, and all the necessary amenities, toiletries, and more were provided. I was also pleasantly surprised by the minibar, as well as the drawers stocked with dishes, snacks, coffee, and tea. The breakfast experience was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The pools are absolutely stunning, and the restaurants are great as well. We only visited Zeta 77, so I can’t comment on the others, but it was a delightful experience. Despite the minor room issue, the service provided by the staff was truly exceptional, and the overall experience was fantastic. I’d still rate my stay 10/10.

I had a lovely afternoon tea at The Lounge in Address Beach Resort. The atmosphere was calm and elegant, with beautiful views that made the experience even better. The food was a perfect mix of savory and sweet, from smoked salmon sandwiches to warm scones with clotted cream and jam. The service was excellent, and everything was beautifully presented. It was such a relaxing and enjoyable way to spend the afternoon. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Dubai!

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Address Beach Hotel. I visited to enjoy a few drinks, and while the ambiance and setting were beautiful, the service left much to be desired. When I requested food after some time, I was informed that the kitchen was closed. While I understand operational limitations, I found it surprising that even a basic item, such as bread or a simple food platter, was not available. What was most disheartening, however, was the attitude displayed by the staff, particularly the manager. Their approach lacked the professionalism and hospitality one would expect from a luxury brand of this caliber. It’s truly a shame that such a stunning property with an excellent reputation is overshadowed by such poor service. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their service standards moving forward and by the way I was here at 10:45.
