“Unfortunately, my experience with the valet service at Address Hotel was not up to the standard I expected. The valet manager was not as accommodating or professional as I would have hoped, which made the process less smooth than it should be for a hotel of this caliber they should be perfect and more help for a (super sport car ). I hope management takes this into account to improve the overall guest experience.( G….ge) —— “I was disappointed with the valet service at Address Hotel. Instead of bringing my car to the designated area, the valet manager simply handed me the key while my car was still parked far away. To make matters worse, there were barriers in the way, and I had to move them myself to access my vehicle. This is not the level of service expected from a hotel of this caliber. I hope management takes this into account to improve the professionalism and convenience of their valet service.”

I recently visited the Address Dubai Mall Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location, directly connected to Dubai Mall, is incredibly convenient. The service was exceptional, with the staff being attentive and professional. The rooms were luxurious and well-maintained, offering stunning views of the city. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai for both leisure and business purposes
