I had such a wonderful experience at this restaurant for breakfast! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented—everything you want to start the day off right. What made the visit truly special, though, was the service. Anne and Harris went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were attentive without being overbearing, warm, and genuinely welcoming. From the moment we walked in until the time we left, we felt taken care of. Their friendliness and professionalism made the whole experience even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a place with delicious breakfast options and outstanding service, I highly recommend stopping by. A big thank you to Anne and Harris for making our morning so memorable!

Truly 5-Star Experience! Our stay at Address Dubai Mall was nothing short of amazing, and one of the key reasons was the exceptional service we received. I would like to give a special shoutout to Ranjit, our room attendant. He was incredibly kind, efficient, energetic, and always had a warm, friendly smile. Every time we returned to our room, it was spotless, perfectly arranged, and filled with thoughtful touches. It genuinely felt like he anticipated our needs before we even asked. Ranjith, your dedication and positive attitude made our stay so much more enjoyable and memorable. Thank you for your outstanding service! And a big thank you to the hotel management for having such amazing staff members.

I am writing to share my recent experience at The Address Dubai Mall Hotel’s breakfast buffet, which unfortunately was very disappointing. The service fell below expectations: food arrived late and was served cold, and the buffet area was messy and not properly maintained. The selection of dishes was also quite limited. On 7 August, the experience was particularly poor. Tea was served very late, and I noticed that some of the teapots were worn out. The waiters kept passing by without giving us any attention, and overall, I felt unwelcome. As a returning guest who has enjoyed your hotel in the past, I was surprised by this decline in service and presentation. I truly hope that management takes this feedback seriously to ensure that the high standards associated with The Address brand are maintained. That being said, I would like to acknowledge the positive aspects of my stay. The front desk was very welcoming, room service was excellent, and housekeeping thoughtfully checked in to ensure nothing was missing. The Address Dubai Mall is an excellent hotel. The location is perfect, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff are kind especially “Amria” is truly exceptional. She is always smiling, welcoming, and makes guests feel at home. She handles requests quickly and with care, showing true professionalism and kindness. Her positive attitude and attention to detail made my stay comfortable and memorable. She is a great asset to the hotel, and I am very grateful for her outstanding service. Dear GM, Unfortunately, the overall experience fell far below the standards we have previously enjoyed at other Address properties. At the time of check-in, we were encouraged to upgrade to a suite, presented to us as one of the hotel’s best. However, since our arrival, we have consistently faced extremely poor service. Despite specifically mentioning my father’s dietary requirements at check-in, there was no proper follow-up or attention to this matter throughout our stay. Additionally, the overall service has been unsatisfactory: • Basic requests such as water took multiple calls (five in one instance) before being delivered. • Room service was consistently slow. • Even after repeated complaints, no manager came to address our concerns in person. We have stayed at several Address properties in the past and always valued the service and hospitality. Unfortunately, this particular stay has been the worst so far, and had it not been prepaid, we would have considered checking out earlier. We hope you take this feedback seriously, as we truly value the Address brand and expect a level of service that reflects it.
