The best thing about the hotel is the location. The hotel is ok but not amazing. The lobby is moderate nothing special. The breakfast is very limited not a 5 star level but with good quality. The first room I was in had a damaged TV which is unbelievable. They upgraded me to a suite. I think 3 stars is be fair as what you pay is a lot comparing to what you get. Address changed a lot 😔

Disappointing Experience at Dubai Mall Address hotel. I had high expectations when booking Address Dubai Mall but unfortunately, my stay was a disaster from the very first day I arrived. There was a fire in the building, which understandably caused chaos. However, the way the situation was handled by the staff was appalling. We were hastily moved to one of their other branches with minimal communication, no clear instructions, and absolutely no concern for the inconvenience caused. To make matters worse, our luggage didn’t arrive at the new location until 10 PM—after countless phone calls and hours of frustration. This delay caused major issues, including taking my medication hours later than I was supposed to. Additionally, when the luggage finally arrived, all my clothes reeked of smoke from the fire. For a hotel that charges premium prices, I expected top-notch service, especially in a crisis. Instead, I felt neglected and dismissed. What could have been a manageable situation was turned into an exhausting and stressful ordeal. Managers kept telling me they will reach out back and disappear, the new location charging us all kinds of fees, I mean, it was a disaster!!! I cannot recommend Address Dubai mall and I won’t be returning.

I had an unforgettable experience at Address Dubai Mall, thanks to the incredible team of Mounaim, Tilak, and Aromas. During my stay, the fire alarm went off, which could have been a stressful situation. However, these three went above and beyond to ensure my safety and comfort. What truly amazed me was their dedication, they climbed 65 floors by stairs just to assist me! Their professionalism, calm demeanor, and commitment to guest satisfaction were extraordinary. They reassured me throughout the situation and made me feel completely safe. Their efforts demonstrated not only their incredible work ethic but also their genuine care for the guests they serve. I can’t thank them enough for their support during such an unexpected moment.

It was really good for us. The room was cold they even brought heater for us. Location is top and staff are good. They upgraded our room we had a pleasant stay. Thanks to to Mr Mohanned at reception also for great service Mr Tilak belboy thanks to his assistance almost we forgot our pullover he got it fast from the room back.
