Loved our holiday here. Our suite was really big. We had a small balcony off the living area and a huge side one off the bedroom. Nice little walk in wardrobe and big bathroom with bath and walk in shower. We enjoyed the food always found something to eat. Bar staff were quick so not long to wait in any queue. The whole place was kept clean. All of the staff work hard. Would definitely return.

Lovely all-inclusive hotel. Good choice of food throughout the day & good quality drinks. Friendly staff & good at entertaining children & adults around the family pool. Quiet pools/areas were available. Evening entertainment but a separate bar if this isn't your thing. Would recommend & would like to return.

We booked an adult suite which was spacious and had a large bed. Nice size shower room with hairdryer. All clean and tidy with good room service.
This also gives you access to adult only areas throughout, which for us was absolutely worth it. You can have your meals with virtually no queues and in a much calmer environment. The pool area here is so quiet and relaxing, with plenty of comfortable sunbeds . There was really no need to reserve them .
If you see some bad reviews on here don't worry about them . It's a 4 star facility after all , and in our opinion a very good one.
The thing that remains with us after our return was the staff, everyone and I mean everyone, was so polite and helpful .
The location is a little bit out of the way but genuinely not too far.
A beach a few minutes walk and an excellent shopping strip about 17 minutes walk away.
We would absolutely recommend Alua Suites and may return again someday , which for us is a real compliment because we rarely go back to the same place .
Thank you to all the staff , particularly Michael in the restaurant, who always made us feel like we were somewhere special and not just in an all inclusive.

A beautiful resort. We had a lovely week relaxing in Alua Suites. As a party of 8 including a 3 yr old, 15 month twins and a 90 year old, I can honestly say all of us enjoyed our stay. Everything was provided, food was great, staff were happy and nice. The two child friendly pools we used were ideal. We hardly left the resort as there was no need.
