Experience was appropriate to price paid. The staff was great and immediately solved a few issues we had when we got there, including asking for an additional bedside lamp. Jill, professionally and efficiently, helped us book a few fun tours. She was great! The resort appears to be uncompleted (?) which is the reason I [initially] docked it a star. Updated: On further consideration, the fact that the resort was not completely constructed did NOT affect our experience nor should it affect my rated review.

We came for one week in March. Although it was very windy with high temp of only 21 the week we came, we still got to enjoy all the summer activities. Swimming pools are fantastic! We spend all days there, lots to do for adults and kids. Very safe so you could let the kids play free and enjoy some aqua dance or mojito making class. There is also a separate pool area just for adults. All the accommodation is in villas away from main building but only a short walk away. We had a villa for 5 people, 3 rooms 2 bathrooms over 2 floors, kitchen and a big balcony, there was also another swimming pool just outside our house with lifeguard there but it was way to cold. All the eating and partying happens at the hotel area and you can go back to your villa for some rest. Entertainment is great, mix of young animators from all over Europe brings fun energy to adults and the kids. Food wasn't great but there was plenty of it, with all inclusive you get beer, wine or cocktails but again not great. There is a free bus that bring you to Corralejo twice a day if you fancy and lots of day trip options for extra charge. But if you decide to stay, there is everything you need on site. Brilliant holiday destination 👏

This resort is average at best. We booked it expecting a child-friendly environment, but that’s not really the case. Yes, there are kids' pools, but they are very small, leaving parents with little option other than standing ankle-deep while supervising. The “lifeguard” frequently leaves his post to get drinks, meaning children are often left unattended. Despite having around six pools, half are completely empty with no water. The three closest to our villa were closed, including one just 20 seconds away, with no explanation as to why. The ones that are open have tiles coming loose underfoot, which is probably why so many pools are out of service. Another major issue is the state of the resort itself. The pavements are broken, forcing people to walk on the road to avoid injury. The bathrooms have a persistent sewage smell, which is extremely unpleasant. To make matters worse, the general attitude toward tourists doesn’t feel welcoming at all. Overall, this place feels poorly maintained and inconvenient. If you’re considering booking, be prepared for the reality to be quite different from expectations. A car is essential, and so is a great imagination to make the most of it.

In the middle of know where which is actually great for me, but may not be for others, best to have a hire car, like I had. Footpaths are dangerous, villas are a little dated and room cleaning does NOT include the kitchen which carries a €50 surcharge of left dirty, I left it cleaner then when I arrived! Pools are great, service is great, evening entertainment hit and miss. All in all enjoyed my stay, would go back, but manage your expectations!

I've seen quite a few negative reviews but was actually pleasantly surprised. Yes it's a budget hotel but its absolutely fine. You get your own little house with all the amenities you need. The staff are super helpful and kind. There is an adults pool which is very tranquil. We went in January and I will say one thing. It is packed with children I have never seen so many children in school time on holiday. Bare this in mind while booking. The food is good but sadly it gets cold by the time you have reached the table. The location is a bit far out but we had hired travel so this wasn't so much of a problem. I think if I return to Fueterventura I'll stay on the south side of the island instead as there are more beautiful beaches than way.
