We are here now, and go home tomorrow. At the moment I hope no-one is due here imminently as there is building work going on in 2 places, a mini golf place and some work going on in the hotel grounds, and it really is very noisy and impossible to relax. The hotel complex itself is OK, but if you've looked at photos on their website I think you may be a little disappointed. The place is in need of a bit of tlc and a lick of paint here and there. Don't be fooled by "All inclusive" either... It isn't unless you want to go sleep at 22:59 as drinks have to be purchased after this time. Also the food menu is not all inclusive either. The choice of food in the restaurant is extensive, but I'm a fussy eater so can't really comment on the quality. The food at the pool bar which you can actually have is really bad.. Just my personal observation with the very limited choice on offer. The staff are all pretty good and friendly, especially the young Jose, and Hector and George. The evening "entertainment" for 5 nights was quite frankly laughable, but the other 2 nights were pretty good with decent live bands. They can't wait to close at around 11pm. The rooms are pretty basic, but adequate. Would I recommend this place? No not really as it has too many shortcomings, but with a little more effort from the owners of the complex, it could be a really great place to stay.

The food quality was poor and lacked variety. For the first time in my life, I had to pay for drinking tap water at dinner. Not only is this questionable in terms of legality, but it is undoubtedly unprofessional and unfriendly. This experience speaks volumes about the hotel’s hospitality culture. I will not return there

Great Hotel and friendly staff. The selection and quality of food at every meal time was amazing. The hotel is about a 1 hour transfer from the airport. We had a family room which was clean, had air con and honestly massive for the 4 of us (2 separate rooms). The swimming pools were plenty big enough considering how many guests the hotel can hold and really well kept as well as the gardens. I would definitely stay here again

Wow what l brilliant hotel in everyway! Please don't listen to any bads reviews. We stayed for 2 weeks & our stay was amazing. The food was amazing, so much choose & food was different all the time. The staff where so helpful & super friendly 😀. The hotel was so beautiful & the gardens where amazing also the pools out of this world. With amazing beach 5-10 minutes beautiful walk.Plenty of free parking ♥️ good WiFi. Good entertainment 👌 had great fun dancing in the evenings. The room was beautiful with a great sea view 😍. We hired a car & went around the island but plenty to do in hotel & you don't really need to leave hotel area as beautiful beach & loads to do & so beautiful.

We just came back from a stay here. We had emailed in advance and followed up before our arrival to ask for a ground floor room as our 4 year old climbs. They didn't give us a ground floor room. There was no apology. The man was pretty rude actually. When we asked for one they showed us a small double room with no room for an extra child bed and said they 1st room was a gift! We know that was a lie as we had booked the room style offered but we specificied we needed ground floor. Both rooms had a balcony and the doors didn't lock properly. They did fix the one door, the air con leaked so they then had to come and fix that and they also had to fit a lock on the bathroom door. There was a cockroach in our child's room which took an hour to get rid of. We found two on the balcony and one dead one in dining area. The room balcony light was broken But they did fix this quickly. Staff were very rude, however cleaning staff were very nice. The man on reception showing us the room on check in was rude on the phone and though our child was pretty tired and wears hearing aids we were told he hoped there would be no complaints about noise when we explained issue with safety and climbing as our son wakes quite early. No concern and me feel like a bad parent as my child has lots of energy which he happily burns off at the park.
Their park needs work - bits of broken bouncy flooring hanging in the trees, the sea saw was broken.
There was a photo of their little beach on the website we book on and this isn't open. The spa is adults only.
Food
They were very good about food allergies. My only complaint about the food is I was offered meat which was still a bit raw and unedible. I think the chef was rushing as they were quite busy. Some meals were delicious though.
One female waitress was really rude and we had asked for ice to keep antibiotics cold so we could go out and she said no, when we explained she offered said use some of the ice from the wine cooler area (full of spilled cava)
We asked if there was any free seating one waiter said I don't know and walked off.
We mainly avoided staying in hotel during the day but I can't understand the rudeness? Everything broken got fixed but the staff attitude pretty much ruined our holiday. We were trying to work out if the staff were treated badly at work?
The view is nice, the local beach is walkable and lovely but prepare for the hill back.
Water is not free, buy bottles if you stay here.
They reserve all the sunbeds early
The christmas decorations were really nice, sleigh was pretty and they gave us a stocking on leaving day
We wouldn't come back unfortunately. Bit gutted as it was our only holiday in 18 months and we missed two days flying out late as our kid was ill but the island was Interesting
