We spent some time in this hotel recently and it was great! We felt very welcome from the very beginning. The room, as well as all the common areas, were always very clean.
The staff at the hotel was super friendly. Especially Kasia! This girl is always smiling and ready to help whenever guests might need it! We overheard someone saying they came back because of her and we’re not surprised.
Really nice to have a child free zone by the pool, not that there were too many children about. Two bars to choose from at night were a nice touch. Can’t complain about the food either :)

Great hotel with an excellent waterfall inside.
Good selection if food available each meal time and sufficient gluten free options- plus s9me of the staff were extra helpful once we'd told them we're celiac.
Pools are great, with one heated and one (larger) not heated.
Only shame (for us) is the mini golf area has been converted into an adult only sunbathing area. Loads of excellent planting throughout the gardens and great location to beaches with tidal lagoons for snorkelling and swimming.
Would highly recommend.

Great holiday destination. Lovely hotel nice & clean. Very helpful staff. Food is very good & loved the breakfast. Only downside it's a 20-25 min walk into the resort centre as this hotel is the last on walk way. Highly recommend

Just returned home from a fabulous 10 days at this hotel. Reception we received from ALL the staff was wonderful. Beautiful hotel in a great location, near enough to all the amenities but also far enough away to take or leave. We had a deluxe sea view room, spotlessly clean plenty of space with a big bathroom and a walk in shower. Dressing gowns, slippers, restocked daily mini bar and coffee machine. Great choice of food, if you can’t find something to eat then you need to go self catering. Drinks are very generous. Great pool area and we never had trouble finding sunbeds. The animation team work really hard, not our cup of tea but go down to the town if you fancy something different. I don’t pick my holiday destination based on the entertainment. The staff went over and above to accommodate our needs. Kasia, the customer relations manager was a real ray of sunshine. All in all would a go again, definitely YES.

We had a lovely holiday here. The hotel was lovely in a nice area with lots of things to see and do. The food was so nice and fresh with so much to choose from to suit everyone with a different theme each night. Hotel staff were all so polite and helpful. The animation team were fantastic and my daughter really enjoyed the kids club and we all enjoyed the evening entertainment. This team interacted with every child who came near them from the first activity in the morning until the last one at night, they really did put everything into making sure the children enjoyed their holiday as much as the adults. This is definitely a hotel I would love to come back too. They genuinely make you feel like part of the family.
