Wonderful hotel, we had a priority double room on 5th floor, great views of the sea. We were all inclusive, Food was excellent and a great choices every meal time. Drinks were good too. The cocktails were ready made were not so good unless you paid for them. The staff were excellent and very busy, they could have done with a few more. Animation team worked very hard to entertain everyone. This was probably one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. The only thing can can suggest is that they should tell you the patio doors have sensors in them so if not shut properly the air-conditioning will not work. We found this out from other guest. I will look forward to returning again. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing holiday. 😊

Exceptional hotel, except for our first room. Our baby who is six month old woke up with bugs all over him. However, food fantastic, and a huge shout out to Reuben and Guilia with the dark hair. They are astonishing, and first class. They made our whole holiday. These two are out standing, fantastic!!! They were fun in the day but in the shows, it was like west end. They are incredible.

Just returned from the Elba Sara after a week’s stay fishing everyday. I don’t think I’ve ever given a review of any hotel in the past but felt compelled to do so this time, because of the fantastic week I’ve just had at this amazing hotel. The reception staff were outstanding with every aspect of my stay. The restaurant staff were always smiling and courteous. The food was amazing and with so much choice. The room with my sea-view was first class. Bedding and towels etc, changed everyday. I cannot recommend highly enough this wonderful hotel. Five stars!

Our stay was amazing! We will definitely come again, the staff is wonderful, rooms are nice and clean, location is perfect if you want both pools and sea we enjoyed so much, we extended our stay for 3 more days. And I wanted to share a message for Cristina at the reception who was adorable, and made us feel so welcome from day 1and for the animation team who went above and beyond! We went off season, in September for 10 days with our 8yo daughter and we expected less animation, but it was amazing 🤩 we went to the pool activities pretty much every day, our daughter went to the mini club a few times and we went to all evening shows. We had so much fun and obviously the song of Pepe and Chichiwa will be in my head for a very long time 😂 I absolutely loved the Latino night even if I got there a bit late, big shout out to Ivan, Reuben, Alessandro! I hope when we come back you’ll still be here ❤️ (I have lots of photos/videos but my daughter is on it so I prefer not to share)

The Animation Team is amazing! Specially the LionKing - Show was fantastic! The kids had a lot of fun. Maybe the Sound-Level could be a little lower for the kids. The Food is very good. Room cleaning and the cleaning around the Pool are not very good. For all inclusive guests it is not clear, what is included or not. The printed menue and the menue on the app have some differences.
