Our stay at the Pimalai was nothing short of perfect. Everything—from the amenities, rooms, and resort facilities to the outstanding service—was truly exceptional. A special call-out goes to the incredible staff. The level of attention to detail across the board is remarkable and leaves a lasting impression. For example: after a lounge chair is used, the staff immediately clean it, replace the cover, and set out a fresh towel. When you settle into a chair, they bring cold glasses of water without being asked. If you’re walking back from the beach with equipment, someone is already on the way to meet you halfway so you don’t have to carry it all the way back. On my first day, I asked if some of my pump parts could be sterilized, and not only did the staff handle it immediately—they also installed a sterilizer in my room for the rest of the stay. These thoughtful touches made all the difference. We stayed in a beachfront room (room 404), and it was absolutely perfect. The views were stunning, and it was just a short walk to the pool, restaurants, beach, and buggy pick-up point. The resort has two pools: while the beachfront one is beautiful, the hillside pool offers even more breathtaking views. The beach itself is quiet, clean, and uncrowded—calm enough for swims and perfect for relaxing. Overall, Pimalai is a gem. The combination of its natural beauty, luxurious accommodations, and flawless service makes it a place I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking for a truly special getaway.

Beautiful resort with amazing staff and facilities. Our villa was serviced twice a day, great buffet breakfast with a la carte options, many activities included (fitness classes, kayaking, massage classes etc.), multiple restaurants to choose from, beautiful infinity pool, free buggy service within the property - couldn’t fault anything with our stay. Great value considering the quality of the resort and service provided. Our stay also included airport transfers to / from the resort (about 1.5-2.5hrs each way). Highly recommend spending at least 4 nights here to make the most of the resort and the surrounding island(s). Everything can be requested / ordered within the Pimalai app (booking buggies, booking fitness classes, asking for extra toiletries etc.) and the staff were always responding immediately. Really hope to be able to make it back again one day.

The best staff out of any place I have stayed. So attentive and thoughtful. When I’d walked up the stairs and was v hot one breakfast - one of the staff, Nancy, noticed and came up to our table with a lovely cold towel. Then when I’d said I loved a certain Thia curry the waiter made sure that I could have it the following night. This attention to detail is unlike anywhere I have stayed. The rooms are wonderful and the infinity pool was gorgeous. We went off season which was perfect as the hotel and local village were not too crowded. A seamlessly fantastic stay from start to finish. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff service is top-notch. The room is spacious, clean, and very cozy—perfect for a peaceful getaway. This hotel is ideal for those looking to relax and escape the hustle and bustle. It’s beautifully designed, with attentive staff and a quiet atmosphere. There are no nightlife spots nearby, so it’s not crowded or chaotic like in Samui—making it ideal for a serene retreat.

My partner and I got married at Pimalai on the beach and cannot rate the experience highly enough. From start to finish, the staff made everything so easy and perfect for us. It was completely stress-free, with so many wonderful, thoughtful details included. They went above and beyond with their coordination, stunning decorations, and ensured we did not have to worry about a thing. A special mention to Nilobon and Apple, who were both so incredible and lovely to communicate with. The hotel is simply beautiful, with each villa designed and created to make you feel like you are in your own personal paradise. We had a hillside villa with a private pool, which was amazing. The resort also has two other gorgeous eternity pools, a variety of restaurants, a spa where we had the best massages in the whole of Thailand (we have had many), and a plentiful buffet breakfast with everything you could wish for. The app is also such a great touch, meaning you can order golf buggies, room service and everything you need at any point. We could not have asked for a more perfect, beautiful wedding and stay at this resort. We cannot wait to return one day!! Thank you :)
