Stayed over Xmas & New Years and had an excellent time. The staff made everyday special.
The hotel is nice and chilled & the food and drink really good. Different acts in the bar every night, some really good.
Corralejo itself is a really cool town, surfer vibes.

The most relaxing and fun week that was very much needed! This hotel is incredible, along with all of the lovely staff who do their best to make sure you’re having a good time.
We absolutely loved the entertainment crew too, Ruben being the one who stood out to us and really made sure we were having fun! From doing aqua aerobics to darts, he was brilliant! The nights he did entertainment too were class with bingo, karaoke and a quiz! Would come back to the hotel just to redo all of that!
Thank you Hotel Arena Suite for such an amazing week, we will be back again soon!

The hotel itself is very good and all the staff are very helpful and friendly.
The food was good and on new years eve, it was exceptional.
Perhaps we were just unlucky the week we were there, but the guests seemed to be a bit of a problem. Sunbed wars, people watching football on phones around the pool with the volume up or playing their own music around the pool.
Possibly if you visit when it's not at full occupancy, this may be less of an issue.
The one bar at night is a bit limiting, as if you just want a chat and aren’t interested in the entertainment, you either have to go out of the hotel or return to your room.
Location is OK. It's a 20 to 25 minute walk to the main centre and a cab cost between 7 to 8 euro for the same journey.
I think if I return to the area, we might seek a larger hotel, with more sunbeds and a choice of bars for the evening. However there were obviously lots of guests and I suspect some are returning, so clearly it suits lots of people, just not my family.

Had a fantastic six nights at the hotel. Clean rooms, good staff, well looked after for the whole stay. A real bonus with gluten free beer and great range of food for gluten free with chef even prepared to make some meals separately. Also a good location...not far from the centre and also walkable to some lovely beaches.

Rooms, cocktails, beer, and balcony's are the only great things about this place, all I must say is the food was absolutely dreadful, I did actually gag at certain monstrosities that were presented in front of me, especially their 'themed food nights', the theme was most definitely 'tasteless'. Most food seemed as if it could only be frozen, nothing freshly cooked or even remotely tasteful, the chefs can't be called chefs, as this was meant to be a 4 star hotel when the food was a 1 at push. I've never had a potato that made me gag, a hash brown half forzen and fish that could be smelt from the other side of the table. What else can i say? Fill up on the bread and fruit, and drinks many cocktails that's the only way through the food as this place...
