Had a fantastic six nights at the hotel. Clean rooms, good staff, well looked after for the whole stay. A real bonus with gluten free beer and great range of food for gluten free with chef even prepared to make some meals separately. Also a good location...not far from the centre and also walkable to some lovely beaches.

Had an amazing 2 weeks all inclusive at the Arena Suites. The champagne breakfast was next level! The hotel, facilities and our room were spotless. The staff were so friendly and professional a few in particular stand out. Firstly Adrienne and Blanca. Wow! So amazing at their job, the dining room could be at times be so very busy but these guys managed to keep everything running so smoothly, and with a smile for everyone. Jonella, Judith and Janet were also amazing. Shout out to Joel as well. All on all we had an awesome experience here and would definitely recommend as the perfect place to stay on Corralejo.

Rooms were clean, modern and spacious. Pool area very nice. Breakfast and lunch average but there was a different dinner theme every night which was nice.
On arrival we asked to swap rooms as we booked one with balcony, the receptionist was giving an impression she wasn't impressed and we got a room close to the loud in the evening entertainment area.
Other staff was very friendly, specially waitresses.
Small issue we had was that we got plastic cups in the bar, after paying deposit, and we had to carry it anytime we wanted a drink

Good location and very clean, also the food is very good at this hotel.
A short walk to flag beach, and a shirt walk to old town make it a good base.
Unfortunately it has salt water pools, and allows idiots to reserve sunbeds from 6am every morning. Otherwise I would of rated higher.
"EDIT"
since I wrote this review Arena suite has stopped all sunbed reservations, you can now leave your room at 830am and there are loads of beds available. Credit to the staff for this 👏 rating changed accordingly.

Took my Mother, who is an above the knee amputee, in a manual wheelchair as she also has Epilepsy.
Checked with hotel before booking that they were accessible, they said yes (I was clear of her requirements)
Rooms were lovely, although mum's wheelchair couldn't fit down the side of the bed!
There was only one toilet in the complex she could fit in and close the door behind her, which was in the restaurant, which was only accessible via a very steep ramp, which I struggled to push her up and down (didn't need to push her down, but needed strength to prevent her from creaming in at the bottom)
No pool access for disabled people, only pool she could cool off in was the kids 40cm shallow pool.
Nowhere accessible for her to shower and change prior to check out like the other able bodied guests, so we were charged €60 for a later check out so she could still use a toilet during the day!
Positive, rooms are really nice and modern, food was ok, staff were friendly, and mostly helpful- especially the entertainment guy.
Gym is tired and Kit is old/rusty/unstable.
Location beautiful and a short walk to the beach ⛱️ and main town area.
