Lovely pleasant short stay. Friendly welcoming staff. Room was clean and quite spacious. Comfy bed. Pools where nice clean well maintained. Entertainment was fairly basic could do with a modern update. Decoration/design looks like something from the 80's. Food and drink was nice with a wide variety to choose from. A different theme each night for dinner. Pool bar was nice for drinks and snacks. Overall I'll give it an 8 out of 10

The most relaxing and fun week that was very much needed! This hotel is incredible, along with all of the lovely staff who do their best to make sure you’re having a good time. We absolutely loved the entertainment crew too, Ruben being the one who stood out to us and really made sure we were having fun! From doing aqua aerobics to darts, he was brilliant! The nights he did entertainment too were class with bingo, karaoke and a quiz! Would come back to the hotel just to redo all of that! Thank you Hotel Arena Suite for such an amazing week, we will be back again soon!

Stayed here half term with granchildren We had 2 room lovely spot few rooms apart and by poolside . Pity about nothing there for children our 14year old grandson 11yearold grandaughter and 6 year old grandaughter .they was not once included in any activities. The entertainment man Ruben only asked adults .don't know why .maybe so adults give good reviews or tips I'm not sure .I approach him and he told me no children included in activities only adults which is appalling ad this is a family hotel after all .this is going to adults only in November 2025 we arrived February 2024 and booked this holiday in 2023.my grandson would of loved to be included in a game of pool or table tennis .I found Ruben a very rude man who totally walked past every time .maybe it is a good thing to go adults only as it stands out that children are not welcome here . This have been reported to Claire jet 2 rep and Head office don't take children as they are not welcome by entertainment team . Rooms good but not a family based hotel at all

Stayed over Xmas & New Years and had an excellent time. The staff made everyday special. The hotel is nice and chilled & the food and drink really good. Different acts in the bar every night, some really good. Corralejo itself is a really cool town, surfer vibes.

The hotel itself is very good and all the staff are very helpful and friendly. The food was good and on new years eve, it was exceptional. Perhaps we were just unlucky the week we were there, but the guests seemed to be a bit of a problem. Sunbed wars, people watching football on phones around the pool with the volume up or playing their own music around the pool. Possibly if you visit when it's not at full occupancy, this may be less of an issue. The one bar at night is a bit limiting, as if you just want a chat and aren’t interested in the entertainment, you either have to go out of the hotel or return to your room. Location is OK. It's a 20 to 25 minute walk to the main centre and a cab cost between 7 to 8 euro for the same journey. I think if I return to the area, we might seek a larger hotel, with more sunbeds and a choice of bars for the evening. However there were obviously lots of guests and I suspect some are returning, so clearly it suits lots of people, just not my family.
