I recently stayed at AVANI Deira Dubai Hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While the staff were kind and welcoming, the overall quality of the hotel did not meet my expectations, especially for a property marketed as a 5-star establishment.
The rooms and bathrooms were outdated, poorly maintained, and showed signs of wear and damage. The furnishings felt old, and the overall cleanliness was subpar. The services provided were very basic and lacked the sophistication and attention to detail one would expect from a luxury hotel.
For the price paid, I expected a much higher standard of comfort and quality. Unfortunately, my stay was not enjoyable, and I cannot recommend this hotel to others seeking a true 5-star experience in Dubai.
While the staff deserves praise for their kindness and efforts, the hotel itself needs significant improvements in terms of maintenance, room quality, and service offerings to justify its rating and pricing.

I loved staying in this hotel. They allowed us to check-in early and checkout late without making it a big deal. The rooms were cleaned perfectly everyday. The buffet breakfast is tasty and has a good variety of continental and Indian. This hotel is located in a good area surrounded by a lot of super markets and Indian hotels. Had no issues staying in this hotel.

It was a wonderful experience and very comfortable stay.
Everything was properly done, staff were very friendly and helpful starting from reception staff, housekeeping and restaurant staff.
In the restaurant during the breakfast I met that cheerful young man with his continuous smile Mohammed Maamoun who warmly served us.
Yes, I will come again and again to this place.
Thanks to everyone.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The property is conveniently located just a 3-4 minute walk from the Abu Baker Siddique Street metro station, making it an excellent choice for travelers relying on public transport.
The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the restaurant stood out with its Indian breakfast offerings, which I appreciated. However, one suggestion would be to include Masala tea in the breakfast menu, as it’s a staple for many Indian guests. Given the noticeable number of Indian travelers staying here, this small addition would be well-received.
The hotel itself is comfortable and well-maintained. To further enhance the guest experience, it would be great if they could offer a complimentary shuttle service to key spots like Union or Burjuman in the mornings.
There is a hypermarket just next door and also on opposite side.
Annapoorna Indian Restaurant is also in opposite lane for quick bites.
Overall, it was a nice and comfortable stay, and I would recommend this hotel for its convenience, hospitality, and value.

I stayed there for our corporate training session and found out this hotel is conveniently located around 24 hours shopping area. Over all experience was good. This hotel has nice rooms and cooperative and welcoming staff. I am glad to recommend this. Stay in Dubai is always wonderful, however weather is the only challenging factor.
