Rooms were basic but comfy beds fr a good night's sleep. Hotel was gorgeous and spotless, food was good and plenty of choice and drinks good too. Staff were great and could not do enough for us, hubby had a accident 4 days before we arrived but changed our room when we got there so no steps to climb and took us from reception to room on a golf buggy and brought us back to reception on buggy on departure day, hotel is little bit out of centre but lots to do there so no need to leave. Pools gorgeous and plenty of sunbeds so no getting up early to fight for one. Would definitely recommend.

Incredible hotel and lovely location! It was our first time travelling with a toddler but the hotel is very family orientated and had everything we needed. Varied and delicious food, lots of pools and a splash park, which our toddler loved and the entertainment team do a great job with so many activities there’s literally something for everyone. The cleaners were super friendly and the photographers Adriana, Alessio & Elena were amazing! They took such wonderful photos of the three of us together which was so great and didn’t rush taking time capturing the most perfect photos of our son at the splash park. Sad to leave, we’ll definitely return here !

This place is fantastic! The food was absolutely delightful, and the room exceeded my expectations for comfort. The entire property was spotless and meticulously cleaned every day. The only downside was the air conditioning in our suite—it didn’t cool the room as well as we’d hoped but I’d still recommend it as there are plenty of things to keep you occupied.

Just returned from our family holiday and stayed here for the second time in Royal Level on a half board basis. We love the hotel.. plenty to do, lovely rooms, food is nice. Heated pool in royal level with lovely sea views. No problem getting a sunbed. We have been to Costa teguise many times and love the resort. It’s nice to walk to the beaches but taxis are plentiful and cheap. Booked again for next year.

Thought the hotel was really good, clean and well maintained all throughout not just the rooms, only problem we had was that the air con didn’t work in the room however we was given a fan to help reduce the heat. After eating we went down to the bar to listen to the entertainment and a few drinks. Most of the entertainment was really good for out of season however there were a few acts on the night that were not for us. We found that the pina coladas were our favourite drink however they were pre-made, Alexis who served us made them from scratch and definitely much better!
