We just returned from an unforgettable vacation at this spectacular hotel! The standout feature for us was undoubtedly the service; every single person we encountered radiated warmth and kindness, consistently going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We truly felt like cherished guests in every aspect. For families, this place is a dream come true, brimming with a multitude of activities that kept our children engaged and smiling throughout our stay. They had an absolute blast! The accommodations were not only comfortable but also beautifully designed, providing a cozy retreat after our fun-filled days. As for the dining experience, it was a feast for the senses! The buffet offered an impressive array of delectable options that catered to every palate, ensuring that no one left the table without satisfied taste buds. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a joyful and memorable getaway with loved ones.

Booked as part of a package holiday, however we were not told that we couldn’t check in till 3pm (this is the fault of the holiday operator not the hotel). Hotel itself is beautiful, some parts unused, the lower floors (unsure whether this is seasonal) Food was of good standard and quality, however did not appear that was much options for children within the upgrade. Wide range for adults, and snack bar pretty much served the same food daily, burgers, hot dogs, pancakes, small selection of sandwiches, chips and salad, some sweet cakes. We paid for upgrade and were meant to have a turn down service nightly, we did not get this, out of the 7 days we only had this twice. Which was a little disappointing. Views from the room were lovely, beds comfortable.

Absolutely loved it here. We stayed royal elite. We had a jet bath, two rooms, a bar, two balcony's, royal elite terrace and bars. It was 24 hour all inclusive, great food options. Staff were polite and friendly. Got a chocolate on our beds at night. Great location if you rent a car and like things peaceful, which I do. I love Lanzarote and it's people. Pool areas cleaned daily. Beautiful reception and places to chill. Great shops in the hotel. Sea view. Just wonderful.

Really amazing holiday, the best one we have had so far! We are a young couple and enjoyed a both relaxing and busy holiday. The animation team are amazing and hardworking, they make everyone feel so included and honestly made our holiday. Solid entertainment a good variety. Great food selection especially the fusion restaurants they were incredible. Great bars and selection (we were not royal elite, maybe would next time if we came in school holidays.) 3 lovely pools which did get busier as half term started but still managed to get sun beds. The biggest thing was our flight wasn’t till 7pm and we weren’t able to get a late checkout. But instead were able to book a free room for half an hour to shower and refresh which made sure we had a full last day and didn’t cost us anything! The bar and restaurant staff were all so lovely even when it was busy, staff on reception were mainly nice a couple people could have been retrained on customer service but nothing major. Overall this holiday was amazing, we loved it from start to end and miss it already!

We have just returned from this place after a 7 night break and the location is stunning with a grand entrance to the hotel and over looking papagayo beach. On first impressions the hotel seemed very grand and we were very impressed 😀 Check in was easy and the reception staff were friendly, our room was ground floor, overlooking the beach and was stunning, however the room is spacious and we were grateful for the complimentary bottle of water on arrival. Although the bed was comfy we would have preferred 1 bed rather than 2 singles pushed together and 1 large double cover as we like to sleep close but the mattresses were comfy and our son slept on the sofa bed when was okay and had a memory foam mattress. After the first night we went to reception and asked for more pillows as my son had a bad night sleep and a fan for the noise (what we are use to) nothing was too much trouble and the items were in our room within the hour of requesting and that helped us sleep better. We had a pool day and it was easy to get a sun bed, no such ‘wars’ there were plenty to go around. The entertainment for the kids were great, especially the workers who really put the hard work into the easy flow with so many children and adults. You can bring your own pool toys and the atmosphere is great! The pool bar is very nice but not all alcohol served is all inclusive which we were fine with and stuck to spiced rum and Coke of an evening, the snack bar adjacent to the bar is nice if you are one of the first in but after being open a while like a few hours, the food isnt of quality anymore, I think more staff is needed in there to avoid people picking things with their hands like cucumber I witnessed often, so we never ate from there and in the evening after the entertainment, again needs more staff to avoid people picking things up with their hands. The evening entertainment, especially the white party was great! But you guys need more seating around so more can join, I want to specifically say I enjoyed the 2 girls who sung ABBA songs!! Fantastic!! The best of my stay, they had personality and had the crowd laughing and engaged all evening!! Well done girls! 👏🏼 The games area we tried out in the last day of our stay we were disappointed as only 1 out of 5 pool tables were working and was occupied, the disk game wasn’t working either, needs an upgrade. The food hall was very good food, there were such traditional Spanish gems like an almond tart, the rice dishes, fresh meat and no one could go hungry, the soft drinks were very sweet and maybe the syrup was too much depending on the tap, I would probably buy the royal elite package for food and drinks as the food was not covered and the options for soft drinks and water and wine wasn’t to my taste although I tried the rose with 7up and it was nice to have at lunch with fresh prawns. So overall it was lovely and a high selection of fresh fruit, fresh juice, fresh breads, very nice. We enjoyed the location and hotel, it was perfect to be able to walk to the beach within 5 mins, ideal! We have never done all inclusive before and we are glad we picked here, we will come back but probably as royal elite, the only cons are the 2 single beds and snack bar but overall really enjoyable, thank you
