Special mentioned to Assistant Manager Hafi. He is very patient and client centric. He listened attentively and understood customer needs. The resort must be very proud to have a staff member like him. The room is clean and staff are very smiley, well mannered and helpful. Large varieties of breakfast spread. The Thai restaurant ambiance is great. the food portion is small, though, but very tasty. Wifi reception and TV signal quality can be improved. It's not a place to see full sunrise as it is blocked by hills, but still, a place able to catch an awesome sunset. Overall, it is great because of the human touch and services. Kudos to Mr. Hafi again. I will be back here again!

What a great experience. Peaceful part of the island with nature and activities. Staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful . Food is exquisite and authentic. Although we were 4 Adults travelling, we could see how child friendly the resort was . So we will be planning a family trip with grandchildren in the not to distant future. Michael Burnside

This is a big resort with a pool but not a beach place. The beach is rather tiny and not very suitable for swimming. The resort is huge and depending where you stay you’ll e lucky or not. We were lucky with a partial sea view bungalow on stilts with a terrace (perfect for an evening drink before dinner). Of course you can walk from your room to the pool or the restaurant but in general you will have to call a buggy to pick you up. As a guest, you’re rather a number and the staff is not interested. The food is not good, not up to the expected standards of such a place. The upsides are the spacious bright room, the huge comfortable bed, the little terrace, the big bathroom, the room and cleaning service. There’s a little fridge so you can stock your drinks because it’s expensive on site.

A unique setting amongst the rainforest with an abundance of wildlife all around. We were initially disappointed by our limited sea view which was obscured by trees however it did give a lot of privacy and we were visited by monkeys on our balcony. The room was of a high standard as expected in a 5 ☆ resort, quiet and peaceful at night. The beach and pool area are clean ,well maintained and also have good quality sun loungers . There is a free nature walk with their resident naturalist which I would highly recommend taking up , a very knowledgeable chap who obviously knows where to spot the wildlife which otherwise we would have walked straight past . Our only disappointment with the resort is the quality of the food , definitely not 5☆.

The forest chalet was scenic and very comfortable. Our room was clean, however the TV did not have great signal. The staff were exceptionally accommodating. Breakfast was overwhelmingly busy and while there were many options the quality was inconsistent. We loved the beach and pool area.
