Spent a week here, when I first arrived I was surprised at how nice and Boho the main area looked but also surprised how close to airport. However when I went on to the room, I was disappointed with a faint smell of sewage and some construction waste. Also right on slight path so at first felt very loud then room was next to Broken tennis courts. However I spoke to reception and they advised they would move us the next day. BUT after they treated the room, it turned out that I didn't need to move, and I went on to have a great week. The room was huge and beds are large and comfortable. I would struggle with the cieling fan in summer as its super loud. but as it's January I didn't have use it. . Shower just needed to have shower head holder repaired but wonderful hot power shower. Great size fridge and lovely size balcony. Great extra having a clothes house on each balcony to dry swim wear. The rooms were cleaned 5 times in our 7 night stay which was great. Beds were made, floors mopped and fresh towels. The food at first I felt it was laking but as the week went on it got better and better. By the end of the week I look back pleasantly on lovely meals I had. Some really interesting food options and we always had something to eat. Really enjoy the duck and lamb dishes. Smoothies and omelettes. The pool area was great, both pools were a nice size and was a lovely area. Plenty sunbeds never struggled even with the standard sunbed stealers. Great music around the pool and the heated pool made such a difference to my son, great as u could spend ages in there. Kids water area was lovely. Great entertainment staff. The main bar was lovely. Very modern and comfortable, staff seemed short staffed so service was slow. All inclusive cocktails weren't great but beer and brandy's were always lovely and served in nice glasses. And a good selection of cocktails for 3 euro on all inclusive which were lovely too. So all in all great selection. I only had one real issue with the hotel and that was the games room, my son wanted to hang there but it wasn't cleaned and full of spilt ice cream, dirt, rubbish and everything was broken, all the machine, the cues, the tv, everything was bad. It was disappointing. As the rest of hotel is so clean. All in all great stay, authentic hotel entertainment. Clean modern hotel with clean comfortable rooms. Nice food and great location to access shops and beach. We had a great time.

Great location, 2 minutes walk from the shops, restaurants etc. Add another 3 minutes to get to the beach. Hotel itself is very clean. It is a family friendly place, so don't book it if You don't like children running around😉 two pools plus kids water play area. Plenty of space for everyone, it is packed but You can't really tell as there is a lot of space for everyone. Great animation team, really going the extra mile to keep kids and adults entertained. Shows every night. Staff is super friendly and helpful, in every department. We had issue with room lock on arrival, within minutes of reporting had maintenance trying to fix it, unfortunately, it wasn't a five minute job, so we was offered another room and moved very quickly. Great variety of food and drinks, although all inclusive has to pay 3 euros for cocktails, which still isn't too bad, but be aware. Could do with tea and coffee in the rooms, you have to buy or get some from the buffet in advance. Overall, I'm really pleased so far - still have 3 days to go, so might edit the review later.

This hotel is absolutely not a 4* or any 4* I've ever stayed at before. Upon arrival the staff were welcoming & the reception inviting. We were in room 315 so whoever is in there after us you're welcome. Its been scrubbed, please don't think this is the standard to expect. When we walked in the room smelt musty so we opened the windows & doors however it became apparent really quickly how grubby the place was. I refused to unpack & felt there was no point complaining because if this is the standard then we'd only get more of the same (talking to others, this was the standard) The patio furniture - filthy The kitchen counters, cupboards, utensils, crockery, cutlery, glasses, and fridge - filthy The fridge still had items in from the previous occupants The bathroom - filthy including the grout which was filled with gunk. The towels - smelt funny & were just nasty. We wouldn't even use as a hand towel as your hands smelt sour after using. The wardrobes, bedside tables, and headboard - filthy. The doors, door handles, light switches - filthy The sofa - absolutely disgusting After a trip to the shop for supplies I set to & cleaned through. I tackled the sofa 3 times with hot soapy water, each time the cloth & water were black but nothing was bringing it up so we didn't sit on it once during our stay We also had some cockroaches visit us during the night, nearly had a heart attack (I hate them) & the odd beetles too. The cleaners bay was right under our room so we saw what they were working with & it wasn't good & certainly wasn't changed frequently. The same scabby brushes and filthy mops, the same scabby cloths that were washed and thrown in a big pile to dry in the sun & smelt sour as they dried - just gross really. I will say the bed was comfortable but we like a hard bed. If you don't then you won't like it. The bedding was changed once in 7 night but as it wasn't hot at night we didn't mind. The bedding was clean. To top matter off this morning as I was showering the water was cut off with no warning so soaped up I waited for 40 minutes until it switched back in again to finish my shower. Maintenance were working on a pipe & no one informed us that the water was going off. The pool area is pleasant but again needs a good scrub. I never saw a lounger side table wiped down once, the spillages were just dried on & built up so if you get a clean one, you're welcome. I watched maintenance line up the loungers one night then just go down the middle with a ride on cleaner so anything spilt or left under or around the loungers stayed where it was. The animation team & staff were really lovely. The kids were well catered for & did lots of games & activities. As said before the staff were welcoming. I cannot comment on the food as we didn't eat at the hotel. We did have some drinks & the staff were generous with their spirit pours & the cocktails were very nice. Theres a convenient & well priced shop on site which was handy for water, milk etc. & the cigarette prices were better than in the town. If you're not to worried about cleanliness then I'd say I highly recommend otherwise avoid like the plague. We won't be back.

A large hotel complex within a short walk of the beach and shops. Pros - Food is good and fresh. Breakfasts particularly good and varied choice. - Staff are helpful if you have any questions or issues. Cons - Cleaning leaves a lot to be desired. For a 4 night stay our room was cleaned once due to a strange policy that you don’t get cleaning the day after arrival or the day before departure. Also the day it was cleaned it was not done well. - All inclusive for drinks means most drinks are with an additional 3€ supplement. A couple of local beers and two alcoholic cocktails are included.

It's a basic 3 star, not a 4 star establishment. Breakfast has decent options. Rooms are basic but spacious, with terrible slow and intermittent WiFi. No pool towels and bath towels are threadbare, hard and various shades of brown well overdue replacement. The room safe costs €3 a day, and I only discovered this when I could not set the code rather than being told when checking in. Don't expect any luxury. Room service is 5 days per week. The cleaner took used towels but didn't replace them one day so I had to go for replacements.
