We had an amazing time at Centara Grand Beach Resort Phuket! The room was stunning with breathtaking views, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The food was excellent, with plenty of delicious options — especially appreciated by one of us who requires gluten-free meals. The resort catered to this need with ease and care.
A special shoutout to ‘O’ at Ripples Pool Bar, who served us every day with a smile and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. His friendly service truly stood out.
Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful, and well-catered getaway!

INCREDIBLE! I have visited this hotel a few times and every time is better than the last! I absolutely love the staff and the service and I always feel well taken care of and attended to. Nannie, the club lounge extraordinare, is a phenomenal employee, cocktail maker, and all around great person to spend time with. I feel lucky that I have had a chance to work with her and the other staff during my stay. The food is great, the location feels private and exclusive, and the Spa services are world class! I will keep coming back here for years to come 🤗.

We arrived at 3:30pm with a young baby and toddler and our room still wasn’t ready.
The pool situation is a joke. It remains half full at best for most of the day but all the sun lounges are gone from before 7am. It’s such an easy policy to enforce. If someone isn’t using it, remove the towel. To rub salt in the wound, you ran out of towels and we were told it would be another 2 hours to get one. Lucky for us, there were plenty of brand new towels laying on vacant sun lounges to take…
We had a lot of black mould in the shower.
Food and drinks were more than double anywhere.
Location is great, plenty of potential.

Wonderful Stay at Centara Beach Phuket Resort
We had a delightful stay at Centara Beach Phuket Resort and would highly recommend it to families looking for a serene and luxurious getaway.
Highlights:
• Exceptional Dining Experiences: The Italian restaurant at the resort truly stood out. The staff, especially the girls working there, were incredibly accommodating, polite, and well-spoken. Their exceptional service made our dining experience memorable. On the other hand, communication with the staff at the Thai and Indian restaurants could be improved, but it did not overshadow the overall dining experience.
• Breakfast Buffet: The breakfast spread was incredible, offering a wide variety of options to cater to all tastes. Enjoying it with the breathtaking views made it even more special.
• Location and Beach: The location of the resort is unbeatable. The pristine beach is just a few steps away, making it extremely convenient and enjoyable. The beach was stunning—neat, clean, and perfect for relaxation.
• Family-Friendly: The resort is highly kid- and baby-friendly, which is a big plus for families traveling with little ones.
Room Service:
The only minor disappointment was the in-room service. Requests for toiletries or other amenities took longer than expected to be delivered, possibly due to the high occupancy during our stay right before Christmas. While this was a slight inconvenience, it didn’t detract significantly from the overall experience.
Overall:
Centara Beach Phuket Resort is a stunning property with exceptional amenities, great dining options, and a beautiful beachside location. Despite minor delays in service, the staff’s warm hospitality and the resort’s luxurious atmosphere made our stay unforgettable. We look forward to visiting again!
