Had a fantastic holiday at charmillion, the staff were fab and very friendly. The food was great most of the time with a decent selection. The Italian restaurant was 100% the food was the best I’ve ever had, I highly recommend the seafood option, the shrimp was mouth watering and the soup just wow. You do need to book the Italian and Indian restaurant though. The pools were heated apart from one at the back of the slides that was freezing. The staff made amazing cocktails and even decorated them with fruit and little love hearts using orange peel. The cash machine runs out of money fast but is refilled each day. I would highly recommend staying here then only down fall was the entertainment was a little repetitive although the team were very friendly and always happy and worked very hard. Well done to all staff for making our stay an enjoyable stay

Well maintained hotel and grounds. Staff amazing. Animation team superb. Staff at restaurant and Bar very polite and helpful. Lots of activities for kids, great shows in the evening. Had an amazing time with my 4 year old and 70+year dad. Would definitely return again. Keep up the great work!!

Beautiful resort with everything you need for a family holiday, very clean and spacious. The food is delicious with alot of variety and they have a theme every night. The animation team go above and beyond to make sure you and the family are entertained. Great excursions for the family and a great hub to experience Egypt! Would recommend to my friends and family!

The hotel and staff is great! And so helpful with anything. You feel like everyone have time for you and happily working here! The animators people are so amazing, and full of passion :) I loved it. Sadly is our last hour in here... But we will back :) And a perfect place for children too! And they feel here safe and cared for. No one treats kids here like an enemy, they talk with them, engage with them, joking Is great! And Mohamed Salah from reception always kinda and super helpful :) took very good care of us!

Animation team was the best !! Great for the kids and very interactive, would recommend for couples and families. Andrew at the front desk is also really helpful. The animation team (all of them) were helpful and much better than their sister hotels, we stayed at the aqua park and decided to visit their sister hotel by the beach, Long story short, they weren’t very helpful and wouldn’t recommend families with kids to stay at that particular hotel. another note I would add is that the water was a little cold even after telling the management numerous times.
