I visited with my family for a week at the end of February. This hotel is absolutely amazing, from the moment you walk in to the moment you check out. The service is impeccable and they go the extra mile to make your stay memorable. The room cleaners made an elephant out of towels for my son's bed!! The food is really good with loads of choice, you will never go hungry at charmillion. The taxi man at the front of reception was so lovely, sorry I never got his name, he made sure we had a safe and friendly experience with a return taxi ready and waiting when needed. The pools and slides kept the younger child entertained throughout the holiday and the entertainment team always had something going on, even a foam pool party on the Sunday afternoon. I would definitely visit charmillion again, thank you for a unforgettable experience

Absolutely amazing experience & such a beautiful place. This was our first time visiting Egypt & also our first time where we wasn’t treated as tourists, but family :) We will definitely be coming back! (We only came home yesterday). The hotel is pristine at all times. The staff are so friendly, it has a beautiful community feel. Our housekeeper always went above & beyond, especially on our wedding anniversary (Room 824) Never experienced a holiday like it, thank you so much for having us & we will see you all soon.

Had a fantastic holiday at charmillion, the staff were fab and very friendly. The food was great most of the time with a decent selection. The Italian restaurant was 100% the food was the best I’ve ever had, I highly recommend the seafood option, the shrimp was mouth watering and the soup just wow. You do need to book the Italian and Indian restaurant though. The pools were heated apart from one at the back of the slides that was freezing. The staff made amazing cocktails and even decorated them with fruit and little love hearts using orange peel. The cash machine runs out of money fast but is refilled each day. I would highly recommend staying here then only down fall was the entertainment was a little repetitive although the team were very friendly and always happy and worked very hard. Well done to all staff for making our stay an enjoyable stay

There are finally vegan options for food, which makes me very happy. We have been staying at this hotel for several years and testing the standard. Things have really turned out for the better. Keep it up! But one thing I don't understand, why is there no delicious coffee? Makes good coffee that tastes good and isn't so sour. That's the most important thing of all!

Well maintained hotel and grounds. Staff amazing. Animation team superb. Staff at restaurant and Bar very polite and helpful. Lots of activities for kids, great shows in the evening. Had an amazing time with my 4 year old and 70+year dad. Would definitely return again. Keep up the great work!!
