The resort is beautiful and the pools amazing. People are generally very nice and available. Animation not sufficient. A couple of animators approached us only one time in 10 days just to ask a good review (and saying us what to write in...). Services for the room (cleaning, etc.) were very good. As for the food it wasn't the one that you can expect by a 5 stars resort.

We had an amazing stay here. The food is always good. Breakfast not so much. Entertainment team is amazing and always have activities going on. Very big hotel, always cleaned, the rooms are cleaned always. All staff are very nice and are very helpful. Entertainment at night time is very good. All together, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend.

the best thing about this resort is the cleaning staff! Such nice people and really responsive! The people at the reception: not so much! The food is passable! The aqua park is really good for kids Over all is good but you can have much better options in Sharm

The food was amazing and we had a lot of choices. The staff was extremely helpful and the kids had an amazing time. They’re making sure the mosquitoes are leaving you alone in this hotel, which is really helpful. The entertainment team is really friendly and really entertaining. Special shout out to Aly and Alina from the amination team - great girls!! Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

I recently stayed at Charmillion Club Aqua Park and had a truly disappointing experience. The hotel itself was old and rundown, with peeling paint and worn carpets. The room I was assigned was cramped and stuffy, and the bathroom was barely functional. The bed was uncomfortable, and I barely slept a wink. The service was equally terrible. The staff was rude and unaccommodating, and they seemed disinterested in helping me with anything. I had to wait hours for my room to be cleaned, and when I finally complained, the staff member just shrugged and said that they were too busy. The food was also subpar. The restaurant was dirty and unappealing, and the food was tasteless and overcooked. I ended up eating out most of the time, which added to the cost of my stay. Overall, I would not recommend [Hotel Name] to anyone. It was a terrible experience from start to finish, and I would never stay there again.
