We had an amazing stay here. The food is always good. Breakfast not so much. Entertainment team is amazing and always have activities going on. Very big hotel, always cleaned, the rooms are cleaned always. All staff are very nice and are very helpful. Entertainment at night time is very good. All together, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend.

the best thing about this resort is the cleaning staff! Such nice people and really responsive! The people at the reception: not so much! The food is passable! The aqua park is really good for kids Over all is good but you can have much better options in Sharm

Hotel was amazing staff all friendly the grounds are beautiful. My children were loved by all the staff. The only thing that was disappointing was the food. We ate out most nights as the food was not great at all. Aqua park was amazing for the kids.

Arrived at this resort 2 days ago and impatiently waiting to leave! In NO way this is a 5 star resort. It hardly qualifies to be a 3- star. Horrible quality of food with hardly any space for people to move in and sit down in the restaurant - It’s a small space that has been stuffed with tables and chairs. We went there once and simply couldn’t have the courage to step into the main restaurant again. The property is spacious and nicely built but they simply do not have the staff to support the guests. Staff and people shouting at each other, food on the floor. There is no level of cleanliness maintained in public toilets and other spaces. For an all inclusive resort, they hardly any snacks available (literally fries and a fish sandwich with stale breads). Staff providing mis-information and dragging things until one stops asking. To be fair to the staff, they are doing their best and it just seems bad management with far from sufficient staff members that are required. Reception staff is handling multiple customers at a time, acting as operators, answering house keeping calls. It’s too much for them to handle. It’s just pure chaos here. Would not recommend this resort at all.

Advantages: - You feel yourself free as home. - Food is great and specially the BBQ, sweets also nice. - Water park is nice but closes early. Disadvantages: - I booked a room 40m and they gave me another one, a smaller room 32m!! Also many clients had rooms issues. - Too many people at lunch and dinner, you must wait your turn in line that lasts 15 minutes or more. - Service is bad on restaurant's tables. - Beverage's from the machines tastes bad. - Resort was fully booked and traffic inside.
