Loved everything about this hotel. Travelled as a family, with a 7 month old and a 3 year old. Both aquaparks are brilliant - our oldest was able to go on some of the bigger slides alongside us in the double rings and he absolutely loved the kid’s aqua park - playing for literally hours! Food was typical of all inclusive. My husband loved the meat on the bbq each night. Staff are exceptional and nothing is too much trouble - including accommodating our weaning baby! Make sure to take insect repellent and apply when outside in evenings. There were building works while we were there but mainly they happened in the evenings away from where people were so this didn’t impact our holiday at all. One thing I found difficult was being ‘sold’ things - from day 1 we were approached around the pool asking if we’d like tours, experiences, beauty or spa treatments - we did end up going to the spa and my husband had a hair cut. These were both good quality and similar to English prices. Once we had purchased then the asking seemed to ease off but it was quite intense at times. The foam party and water jet show (see video) were highlights from the entertainment. We visited the beach side hotel once using the shuttle - it was a bit windy that day but definitely worth going as the beach is beautiful. Queue for the shuttle early as it was very busy both there and back. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

An all inclusive which not all is inclusive, you even have to pay for popcorn and cotton candy for kids if you want some. Cocktails are very unwell made and if you want something better you have to pay. Food is horrible, the same thing mostly every day, again not well prepared and very, very cheap. We paid for a private dinner and they gave us the same food served at the restaurant, but in a separated space, but all cold. Pools shuts at 4:30pm... why?!!!!!! People in general are rude, please and thank you rarely heard around here, unfortunately. The Italian restaurant is really poor and the menu is a surprise, you get to know what the food you'll have once it arrives and the Indian one is a buffet. Rooms are decent, but in a need of good deep cleaning, especially in the bathroom. The hotel looks really fancy, the staying is expensive but does not serve what it was charged..

Absolutely amazing experience & such a beautiful place. This was our first time visiting Egypt & also our first time where we wasn’t treated as tourists, but family :) We will definitely be coming back! (We only came home yesterday). The hotel is pristine at all times. The staff are so friendly, it has a beautiful community feel. Our housekeeper always went above & beyond, especially on our wedding anniversary (Room 824) Never experienced a holiday like it, thank you so much for having us & we will see you all soon.

Well maintained hotel and grounds. Staff amazing. Animation team superb. Staff at restaurant and Bar very polite and helpful. Lots of activities for kids, great shows in the evening. Had an amazing time with my 4 year old and 70+year dad. Would definitely return again. Keep up the great work!!

The hotel and staff is great! And so helpful with anything. You feel like everyone have time for you and happily working here! The animators people are so amazing, and full of passion :) I loved it. Sadly is our last hour in here... But we will back :) And a perfect place for children too! And they feel here safe and cared for. No one treats kids here like an enemy, they talk with them, engage with them, joking Is great! And Mohamed Salah from reception always kinda and super helpful :) took very good care of us!
