The hotel and staff is great! And so helpful with anything. You feel like everyone have time for you and happily working here! The animators people are so amazing, and full of passion :) I loved it. Sadly is our last hour in here... But we will back :) And a perfect place for children too! And they feel here safe and cared for. No one treats kids here like an enemy, they talk with them, engage with them, joking Is great! And Mohamed Salah from reception always kinda and super helpful :) took very good care of us!

The rooms were clean and the room service is lovely. Housekeeping is very friendly. Regarding food there is something for everybody and it tastes lovely. The staff are the most friendliest people and they are brilliant with the children. Always smiling and cheerful. The animation team is marvellous!! We’re gonna come back!

Strange one. Good large rooms, the cleanliness sometimes lacks. Towels were either reused or weren’t washed properly. The amount of dust under our beds, the rooms aren’t cleaned or sanitised properly after each use. Staff were friendly enough. The bartender seemed moody at times. Food was decent enough with a different cuisine each night. Really close to the Airport, with not much around the resort. The lifeguards were really friendly and helpful.

Moataz from the pool bar made the holiday exceptional. He couldn’t do enough to be helpful and attentive throughout our 14 night stay. He mixed the best drinks in the hotel and was friendly and accommodating to all the kids.

Lovely hotel... Family friendly and great staff... Food is a bit repetitive but we all found something to eat at each meal... Very clean and plenty of sunbeds... Entertain staff were amazing with the kids too...
