The room was absolutely spotless — everything was shining, from the freshly ironed bed linen to the perfectly sanitized bathroom. It's clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the fresh, pleasant scent throughout the room. We had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at People's Restaurant, and it was truly a lovely experience. The atmosphere was welcoming and cozy, making it the perfect spot to start the day. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. A special shoutout to Ahmed, who went above and beyond to make our breakfast comfortable and friendly. His attentive service and kind demeanor added a personal touch that made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great breakfast with excellent service!

We have had a fantastic 10day vacation at the Rixos Seagate. The hotel is very luxurious and the staff cannot do enough for us. We stayed on the aqua side of the resort and the poolside staff & lifeguards we're so friendly and attentive that we felt our daughter was very safe in the pool. Ali at the poolside bar and Abdu the lifeguard helped make our vacation so much better with their assistance and service. We ate mostly in Turquoise where the food is excellent and we we're mostly served by Walid & Mohammed who both went above and beyond. Mohammed was a great help when i took ill for a few days. We don't normally return to the same hotel/resort twice but would definitely come back here.

I recently stayed at Rixos Premium Seagate and had an incredible experience from start to finish. The resort is absolutely beautiful, modern, spotless, and full of energy. The facilities are excellent, with stunning pools, a private beach perfect for relaxing or snorkeling, and so many fantastic restaurants to choose from. Every meal felt like dining out at a different high-end restaurant, and the food quality was consistently excellent. The entertainment and atmosphere were another highlight, there’s always something going on, whether you want to enjoy a quiet drink by the beach or watch one of the lively evening shows. The resort really offers the best of both worlds: peaceful spots to unwind and vibrant areas full of life. A special mention goes to the reception staff, who were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free, from check-in to organizing restaurant bookings and excursions. Their professionalism and warmth truly made a difference. Overall, Rixos Premium Seagate exceeded all expectations, luxurious, welcoming, and full of things to do. I can’t wait to come back!

Great stay and hotel. We stayed an aquapark which is quieter but a quick buggy ride away to the other hotel where the main restaurants are! Had a few issues with insects, but the hotel provided plug in repellent plugs for the room. The food is amazing! The service is amazing at reception with M Harim, Reda in cleaning, Mohamed at breakfast and so many others!
