We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It’s an excellent choice for a family getaway. The kids’ club was fantastic, offering a fun and safe environment for children, and the staff there were incredibly friendly and welcoming—especially Anna, who went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Asian restaurant was perfect. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it perfect for any occasion. The service is top-notch—friendly, attentive, and quick without feeling rushed. And the food? Absolutely tasty! Every dish is full of flavor and clearly made with fresh ingredients. It’s the kind of place you’ll want to come back to again and again. Highly recommended!

People's restaurant was beautiful! The decor was stylish and relaxing! Waiting staff very helpful and friendly! Definitely reccomend! We loved it And animation amazing! Kids love Sam and also playing football with him! He's so great with kids! Wish we could take him back to England!

Resort is fabulous. Had some problems booking the restaurants (There are 8 restaurants but only one is open alongside the main one and it books up very fast). We chose the place based on the culinary variability so this was a big factor for us. We were having to check the app every few minutes to check for cancellations and the first member of staff we spoke to offered no help. Thankfully Sandy stepped in and very helpfully secured us a place in the restaurants we wanted to eat in. She also arranged a special birthday treats for my husband. She certainly made an enormous difference to our stay. We both now feel very relaxed and enjoying our holiday.
