I have visited all continents in east and west , it’s very rare to find a facility similar to Royal Savoy The closest is at Cancun in Mexico But wait in here is more generous , more welcoming and the staff smile never leave their polite faces Due to my life and work experience as engineer I was investigating and checking everything around me Those people are very smart and very practical, they managed to utilize every square inch It’s more than a resort, much more Once you arrive, you will forget the whole world,you will never need to go out Everything is in the facility, a lot of warm swimming pools, scuba diving center With trainers The seafood restaurant at waterfront has a wonderful fish Attached to the two resorts Savoy and Royal Savoy a huge place called SoHo It’s like city downtown style suitable to spend evening and night tell midnight and more There is a theater with live show , a lot of restaurants with live bands and singers A lot of stores to buy fine quality local and imported goods I found a lot of people coming from Sharm hotels to spend the evening in SoHo Definitely I’m impressed and addicted to Royal Savoy Just left it yesterday and I’m eager to go back ASAP

Second time we've been to this hotel having loved it last time. It was also good this time - the rooms are huge, the service was excellent - especially around the pool where Montasser and Ahmed looked after us really well! You can also see the amount of time and effort that the hotel invests in maintaining the look and feel of the resort. It's also within walking distance of Soho Square which gives you both places to go out and shop/eat in the evenings as well as a range of entertainment options. A couple of things we were less impressed by this time around (hence the 4 rather than 5 stars) were: (1) the standard of dining within the resort. While the dishes themselves were generally tasty, every dish came with chips which for us, cheapened the offer. Additionally, the fish restaurant was really disappointing - a surprise given the hotel is right on the coast. We were surprised by this because generally, the reviews of the food are very positive. However, this was our impression. (2) the rooms - in particular the bathrooms are a little bit on the tired side in places. We have great empathy that post Covid, the hospitality industry continues to have a tough time of it, but guests will only return if the experience is great. Generally, I think we would return (if the price was right) as the sun, facilities and service are great. But if you're a "foodie", there may well be better options elsewhere.

We cannot rate this hotel and it's amazing staff highly enough. Our recent stay was extended as my 86yr old father had an accident on our last day and we had to remain a further 11days. The professionalism, respect and help we were given by everyone was incredible. When my father returned to the hotel after 5 days, he was treated amazingly. The hotel reception manager Hisham did everything he could possibly do to assist us. Dina the Guest relations again was incredible. There are too many to mention, but I will be thanking them all in an email to the Hotel. Thank you all, you are all very special people. 🙏
