My husband and I stayed for 4 nights and it was our second time that we choosed this hotel and will come back again, it was amazing experience. Staff were very friendly and caring all of tgem special thanks to the most nice ladies Miss Rasha and Mervet they made our stay more comfortable.
The room including the blankets and covers changed on daily basis.
The atmosphere was suitable for families.
The free access for tge activities in Soho square was amazing and what made our stay more lovely.
The food was delicious and with a great variety I would only recommend to use italian and basmati rice.

Amazing hotel, very clean, many pools, excellent service, very pleasant people, food was great. To go to the beach you need to take a 5 minutes bus from the hotel. The only thing is that the beach is full of corail and can't swim in the sand. You have to take the stairs. We did also snorkeling, it was amazing.

Well what to say… From the one and half year experience living in Sierra can say that it’s not definitely a place for people who looking for peaceful place. A lot of kids running around because no specific playgrounds. Compound maintenance is below average. Frequent power and water cuts. Irrigation system is really disappointing with unfiltered sewage water which leaving unpleasant smell in all surroundings. Advantage is good location close to supermarkets, main road and local market ArabSet. Pools clean and maintained well however sum beds rubbish. For those who not concerned about noise and crowds will be fine.

I've stayed at Sierra Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh three times, and it's truly incredible - I can't wait to go back!
First, the food is absolutely amazing! As someone with specific dietary requirements, I was impressed by their variety. They have everything from steamed dishes to seafood, meat, and a wonderful selection of appetizers. The breakfast is simply heavenly - their waffles, fresh figs, and abundant fruits are outstanding. The dining halls are filled with delicious options for everyone, including athletes who stay here regularly.
The hotel grounds are beautiful - I still remember evening walks hearing the gentle splash of pool water and smelling lovely flowers. They take excellent care of the territory, with colorful blooms everywhere. The rooms are perfect with large comfortable beds and blackout curtains - ideal for getting that peaceful vacation sleep!
What makes Sierra special is their staff - they're completely dedicated to their work and provide exceptional service. Every single employee gives 100% to make your stay perfect. You can really feel how much they care about every detail.
The pools are fantastic and numerous, and while there's often music playing, it doesn't disturb your relaxation. You can walk to the beach or take a regular shuttle. I personally loved walking - it was my way of staying active after those amazing meals! They even offer yoga classes by the sea or on hotel grounds - such a wonderful bonus for relaxation.
Every time I've stayed here, it's gotten even better. When life gets stressful, I think back to my time at Sierra and it cheers me up. They truly deserve the highest ratings possible. I'll definitely be back again and again!
