It is difficult to describe all the pleasant impressions after visiting Sierra.
The hotel is very clean. The staff is neat, polite and pleasant.
Heated pools, jacuzzi works, clean towels are always available. Everything is tidy on the beach, the staff is happy to help.
But the top of pleasant experiences is the kitchen. Well, it's just a delight. Thank you very much boss(chef) Mossad! Also, many thanks to Abdallah, who is always happy to help in the restaurant - polite, well-mannered and with a good mood.
Every single dish is delicious and order, discipline, cleanliness prevail in the restaurant. It is impossible not to taste the food, because everything is appetizing. Variety of dishes pleasantly surprises every day. Various meat, fish, seafood, vegetables, fruits and desserts are served. So, the most demanding gourmet will have a delicious meal here.
My conclusion: Sierra is like a good wine - it gets even better with age!

I thought I would rate this hotel highly, as everything has been great so far. However, the check-out process has ruined our experience. After the hotel wristbands were removed, we were denied access to almost all services, except for soft drinks. Now we are waiting 5 hours for the airport transfer, and no food is provided during this time. Since everything outside the hotel only opens in the evening, there is no place to buy anything either. I have never encountered such an issue at any other hotel before.

Every single staff member at the Sierra hotel are absolutely incredible in ensuring every part of your stay is perfect and suited for you offering a huge variety of activities and entertainment, aswell as ensuring comfort and happiness in all areas throughout wether food, drinks, service and games are concerned. I promise you they will all look after EVERY need you have during your stay and ensuring the children are safely cared for and always having fun. We could not be happier and literally could not ask for more as they have provided and serviced every need and request no matter how big or small, you will appreciate the incredible service every staff member strives to achieve. You will not regret your stay and you will want to come back as soon as you can! Huge thanks to every staff member!

The Sierra hotel has shown me and my family incredible respect and hospitality, I literally could not ask for more and if there were I'm sure the staff would go above and beyond to satisfy any requests. This is the number 1 place I will recommend to all friends and family to stay at as everything here is absolutely amazing.
The Omega Spa resort on site is incredibly amazing and perfect to help you relax, Ibrahim at the front desk was hugely respective of requests and provided perfectly ensuring we had an incredibly spa treatment. The masseuse they have are out of this world and will understand your need without even telling them and will ensure you feel better afterwards, The Omega Spa is a must if you stay at the Sierra hotel, absolutely necessary as well as Ehap the barber ensuring a fresh haircut to keep you looking brilliant throughout the stay, the beauty salons are brilliant in providing every request to the best of their abilities.
I will definitely be back here and I recommend anyone reading this to book your stay now!!! 5 stars!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sierra Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality and exceptional service made our vacation truly memorable.
The hotel itself is a beautiful oasis, with lush gardens and stunning views that instantly put you in a relaxed state of mind. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed with all the modern amenities one could need. The attention to detail in the room decor and the daily housekeeping service ensured that we always returned to a pristine and comfortable environment.
One of the highlights of our stay was the fantastic dining experience. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, with numerous options to suit every palate. Whether it was the delicious buffet breakfast, the mouth-watering seafood at the restaurant, or the refreshing cocktails by the pool bar, every meal was a delight.
