We cannot rate this hotel and it's amazing staff highly enough.
Our recent stay was extended as my 86yr old father had an accident on our last day and we had to remain a further 11days.
The professionalism, respect and help we were given by everyone was incredible.
When my father returned to the hotel after 5 days, he was treated amazingly. The hotel reception manager Hisham did everything he could possibly do to assist us. Dina the Guest relations again was incredible.
There are too many to mention, but I will be thanking them all in an email to the Hotel.

Royal Savoy was great. Amazing service and very friendly staff with a great beach. A small problem we faced was a continuous beeping noise coming from ana electricity room and stayed for almost 48 hours and for two nights we couldn’t sleep (its more annoying at night)
Staff were very understanding and offered us different rooms however the noise was still reachable, eventually after 2 days it was fixed. Other than that it was a great stay overall.

We feel like Royalty here , absolutely nothing is any trouble for any staff, we feel it's a little unfair to name any in particular as all Savoy staff have your best experience and enjoyment as the entry level and all go the extra hundreds of miles.
The Room's cleanliness, decor, comfort, and special touches ( welcome gift) is exemplary truly wonderful.
Again I need to highlight the staff's friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to help.
Mohammed, Abdulla etc but literally EVERY staff is AMAZING 🤩

Dining Options... Spoilt for choice...
SO many restaurants there is something for everyone and the food is absolutely terrific with choices and delicious too !
It's a winner, the food, restaurants and service you cannot better - cast iron guaranteed.
To summarise , "I can't wait to return to Savoy Group and couldn't recommend it any higher to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway!"

Our stay in royal savoy was great location was great fantastic it’s near to SOHO square has different food options open buffet. Employees were very friendly and cooperative I would like to give my special thanks to Mr. Apanob and Mr. Boshoi for their care and kindness.Unfortunatelythe bad experience with the driver from air ports was very rude and badly dealing with us also on beach peter was very rude and late orders. Shisha on beach available but taste very bad for 500 EGP.every thing in the room was neat and clean. Welcoming dessert was on table .

Royal Savoy is an extension of Savoy and is run by the same management .
Last time I stayed in Royal Savoy was in March, this time round Royal was fully booked with wedding guests , so me and my wife and I stayed at Savoy instead.
We went for drinks at Royal Savoy bar, for which we were gonna pay as any customers. Regrettably, some of the staff let themselves down massively.
Mahmoud, who calls himself front he mean "front of the house," Emad and Islam the waiters, were rude and unprofessional, and bad attitude.
They should be re-trained in the hospitality all over again.
I believe they have been promoted, but they clearly lack the skills for the job.
In fact, they've refused to serve us drinks even though we said that we'll pay there and there or they can charge it on the room.
These waiters were happy to accept thousands of Egyptian pounds in tips and still refused to serve us drinks. Incredible experience.
I have reported this conduct to the staff to the owner representatives, but they didn't seem to care .
However, this will not stop us from coming to Savoy in the future , we just hope not to experience this poor attitude and unprofessional behaviour from those members of staff again
