We had a lovely week away in this hotel. The staff are brilliant and can't do enough for you. Very efficient and pleasant.
The food it fabulous. A nice variety to cater for everyone. The soup is great and the puddings are lush! (Only thing I would say is they use peanuts a lot in the desserts).
The drinks are good and cocktails are lovely. The main swimming pool is far too cold, but plenty of sunbeds. We preferred the warmer and smaller pool.
The massages are way too expensive. €100 for 55 mins per person. That's ridiculous. We refused a massage on this basis. As a massage therapist myself, that's extortionate.
Lots of games and activities, nice entertainment.
The rooms are quite out dated, the hand rail in the bathroom was broken and the shower although hot was not very powerful.
The rooms were clean though and attended too when needed. (Room 1221)
Coffee is good, though the ice coffees could do with blending.
Overall we would definitely come back. The beach bar is nice and we enjoyed our stay.
Great for all.

One of my best luxurious and welcoming experience I ever had, with seamless check-in, attentive service, and elegant, spacious rooms equipped with premium amenities. The hotel’s spa and pool are well-maintained and add to the relaxation.
The various restaurants offer remarkable dining experience with beautifully presented dishes with creative blend of flavors. Attentive staff and knowledgeable service elevate the meal, making both the hotel and restaurant highly recommended.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel.
Everything was nice and clean.
The location is perfect, we loved everything.
The diving center was trustful and nice.
All the staff were super hard working, helpful and nice.
After being in other parts of Egypt this place gave us a much better impression if the country.
Just the food could be a bit better.

We had a good week here, rooms are clean and spacious (we upgraded to a deluxe) although our bathroom was looking a bit shabby, the staff are very helpful and friendly (and even more so if you tip) and are a credit to the hotel, grounds are kept immaculate. We ate breakfast and lunch in the main restaurant lots of choice but repetitive, evening meals in the Italian from the A La Carte menu which was very good and very very reasonable when they take the discount off. Flames is also good.
The beach is small and gets very busy very early so we tended to stay around the pool area, although you will get constantly hassled by the spa staff for the first few days. A firm ‘no thank you’ and they will leave you alone. (We had a spa experience at Lotus Spa, very good value and they pick you up and drop you back) hotel spa is expensive. (Even after haggling)
The hotel taxi service is very expensive and although prompt when leaving the hotel very poor when you want to get back. Best to walk outside of hotel and haggle price or download ‘InDrive’.
if you drink spirits it’s best to bring your own from duty free, being a dry country the local spirits are awful. The wine is drinkable though.
I don’t know about the rest of Sharm but this hotel is very popular with the Russian population and cultural differences make them seem arrogant and rude, one of the reasons I wouldn’t return to this hotel. The others being it’s location although in walking distance to SoHo Square everything else is cab ride away.

Lovely pretty resort. Stayed January 2024. Had a garden ground floor room with a pool/sea view. Saw the most beautiful sunrises. Had 3 rooms as travelled in a group and only 2 rooms were next to each other (ground floor), which was a shame but the others were not too far from us.
One of the beds had bedbugs in it and staff were unwilling to accept this claiming it was just an insect. my sister was heavily pregnant and sharing a room with my other sister, both were covered in bites after 2 nights this did not go down well. But after a firm talking to and complaints coupled with a refusal to stay in there any longer, they were moved to the next room across from us. The rest of our rooms were fine thankfully and we were changing hotels anyway to maximise our trip.
Main Pool was way too cold barely anyone used it but we did enjoy the indoor pool which was much warmer and the sauna, steam room all included in our cost.
We liked the smaller pools which seemed warmer And because it was quiet we got the area to ourselves. The bar and toilets were a short walk
Away. The bar drinks weren't very strong but it was so quiet we didn't mind too much.
The highlight has to be the reef. Oh my goodness it was just amazing, we all snorkelled and had a great time. My mum in her 50s arrived not knowing how to swim, and learnt to swim because she was in awe of the fish!
You can see fish from the
Deck so great for children or those not wanting to get in the sea.
See was cold at first but felt refreshing over time, just being your towel with you. And leave it on the side.
The steps down to the water are slippery so be careful, my mum had an accident on them slipping and getting her leg stuck sadly but staff were attentive and she was able to be seen by a Dr in a reasonable time.
Core memories for sure. Loved the different areas to chill and relax, meant you could have a quieter area or get involved with music and the activities. We played a bowls game which was fun for the first time.
Drinks and food were good, enjoyed the restaurant down at the beach for lunch and dinner. The dinner staff and menu were amazing, was a set menu but more than enough food, we thoroughly enjoyed and were pleasantly surprised. Cocktails were nice too. The walk was a bit much in the heat to and from the beach but my pregnant sister was able; to get lifts in the hotel buggy up and down whenever she needed. My mum did too as the ground staff were happy to oblige. Loved that the toilets were cleverly disguised around the resort but they did close early which was annoying. Could be because it was low season.
The pool bar food wasn't great, the burgers and chips were cooked in advance and left in a tray but it was cold so we had to ask for it to be reheated.
Main buffet restaurant food was good. Enjoyed the breakfast, we usually ate our for lunch.
Drinks were good wherever you were including lobby bar. The games room was good fun too and enjoyed the shows when we caught them.
Would stay again but would check the bed before getting cosy.
Hotel is great location for Soho square and not too far from airport.
