One of my best luxurious and welcoming experience I ever had, with seamless check-in, attentive service, and elegant, spacious rooms equipped with premium amenities. The hotel’s spa and pool are well-maintained and add to the relaxation. The various restaurants offer remarkable dining experience with beautifully presented dishes with creative blend of flavors. Attentive staff and knowledgeable service elevate the meal, making both the hotel and restaurant highly recommended.

An excellent hotel 11 out of 10. The food variety is impressive, and they use high-quality ingredients. They offer WiFi service, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and hospitable. There are numerous pools to enjoy. The only area for improvement would be to change the anti-slip mats in the aqua area

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. Everything was nice and clean. The location is perfect, we loved everything. The diving center was trustful and nice. All the staff were super hard working, helpful and nice. After being in other parts of Egypt this place gave us a much better impression if the country. Just the food could be a bit better.

From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by its elegant architecture, lush gardens, and pristine beaches. The hotel's impeccable service and luxurious amenities made for an unforgettable stay. The staff at the Concord El Salam were absolutely exceptional. Their warm smiles, genuine hospitality, and attentive service made me feel truly valued and cared for. They were always eager to assist with any request, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The hotel's spa was a haven of tranquillity, offering a wide range of rejuvenating treatments. The skilled therapists provided a relaxing and blissful experience that left me feeling refreshed and revitalized. Unfortunately, there was a significant downside to my stay: the presence of a large number of Russian guests. Their behaviour was often rude and inconsiderate, disrupting the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. From their loud and boisterous behaviour to their disregard for other guests, their presence was a major detractor from my experience. Based on the reviews and my own observations, it's clear that the hotel has a recurring issue with Russian guests. The staff, despite their best efforts, seem to struggle to manage their behaviour. Perhaps the hotel could consider limiting the number of Russian guests or implementing stricter guidelines to ensure a more pleasant experience for all visitors. Additionally, the influx of Russian guests from the sister hotel has made the Concord El Salam feel overcrowded and less exclusive. While the hotel offers excellent value for money, it's worth considering if the current situation aligns with your expectations for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Overall, the Concord El Salam is a beautiful and well-managed hotel with exceptional staff and amenities. However, the presence of a large number of Russian guests with disruptive behaviour is a significant drawback. If the hotel can address this issue, it has the potential to be an even more outstanding destination for travellers seeking a luxurious and relaxing vacation.

Amazing Stay with Some Highlights and a Few Minor Issues We had a wonderful stay at the Concorde El Salam Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh. The staff really made a difference, especially the pool bar team—huge shoutout to Ahmed, Mahmood, Adham, and Hussain, who were all fantastic! Our cleaner, Amr, was also brilliant and kept our room spotless. The food across all the restaurants was delicious, especially the buffet, Flame Grill, and the Italian restaurant. However, the drinks were hit and miss, and we had a bit of a bad tummy for a few days—if you need, head over to the pharmacy in Soho Square, they’ll sort you out. The room itself (4303) had an incredible view but could use a bit of updating. The beach was beautiful with amazing marine life, perfect for snorkeling right off the shore! One tip: get your towels down the pool or beach by 6-6:30 AM to grab the best spot. The grounds were well-maintained, and the shisha outside the buffet restaurant was a great experience—super affordable too! Be sure to check out the shop on the beach and meet Alibaba, and book your excursions through Ali at the Marine Divers by the beach for the best deals. Unfortunately, there were some downsides. The Russian guests were quite rude and inconsiderate at times, and it did affect the overall atmosphere. The hotel should consider managing this better to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone. Also, the swarms of Russian guests from the sister hotel made some areas, like the pool bar and beach area, very busy at times. Entertainment in the evening was okay, nothing too spectacular but enjoyable. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I would recommend it, especially for the staff, food, and amazing location by the sea. The weather was also absolutely amazing the whole time we were there. :) We shall certainly return :)
