5 stars out of 5 stars....well deserved kudos for an excellent stay at the Chatrium Hotel .
From the front desk greeting to ease of check-in , the initial service was superb. The room on the 34th floor with club access was spacious with a Chao Phraya river that was breathtaking.
The Club lounge on the 36th floor was relaxing with on of the best views in Bangkok..
Food was decent, and the service was off-the- charts attentive and welcoming!!!!
The hotel location could not have been more perfect. The hotel boat plying the Chao Phraya river dropped me off either at Sathorn (BTS connection) or IconSiam.
The kitchen in the room had all the basics necessary.
TV, AC, and shower all worked well. A rainshower head would have been great.
Bed was comfortable.
Elevators were fast .
The breakfast buffet was definitely a highlight . The selections included both Western and Asian and Indian selections. Great choices.
Coffee stations got very busy at peak hours and could have used a few more coffee machines.
Breakfast on the River Barge patio, early in the morning, was perfect and an awesome way to start a Bangkok day 😀 😋
Service at breakfast was impeccable and extremely helpful.
Handicap ♿️ doable and recommended.
Final take.....HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR ALL OF THE ABOVE REASONS. I will stay here again in the future.

We had such a delightful stay here.
We stayed at this hotel for our 20th anniversary for five nights.
They upgraded us to a master suite which was huge with a balcony with awesome view.
On the 3rd night it was my husband’s bday, they send a cake and candles which was very sweet.
Swimming pool was nice with great view.

The hotel was beautiful and modern . Being along the river was scenic. We had one disappointing fact. We booked 2 rooms with 2 guests in each room . Unfortunately they registered it as 2 rooms with one person in each room. They were worried because of the free breakfast. You would think they could spring for another two breakfasts. The price of the room is the same (2 or4) people.
I know it's a small thing but it just hit that nerve. My impression was they just didn't care in the end. So we send the wife's for the free breakfast...It's one of those little poor memories that could of been avoided.
UPDATE. A manager from the front desk approached us this morning. Prior to breakfast . SHE WAS VERY GRACIOUS and recognized the situation. She informed us that our breakfasts would be covered. I thanked her for the quickness in which she took care of this . The reviews are very important. I would increase my review to 5 star.

Hotel located on the river bank with a nice view. I offer the possibility of transport by your own boat to another marina. The most important thing is very good breakfasts. Everyone will definitely choose something for themselves. The hotel is very large and during breakfast there are a lot of people. The staff copes very well with tourists. The rooms are large and clean. The hotel charges a deposit. We'll see when it will be returned. If it takes a long time, I will update the review. So far, great. The swimming pool is large, a big plus.

Modern, luxurious and beautiful!! They were highly hospitable with great attention to detail. Loved the hotel and the service!
The staff were really friendly and helpful.
The breakfast buffet could be improved in terms of taste and quality of the pastries and some of the food but it had a lot variety. The club lounge is really fun for afternoon tea.
Overall I would highly recommend the Chatrium for business, couples or family stay.
