Hotel located on the river bank with a nice view. I offer the possibility of transport by your own boat to another marina. The most important thing is very good breakfasts. Everyone will definitely choose something for themselves. The hotel is very large and during breakfast there are a lot of people. The staff copes very well with tourists. The rooms are large and clean. The hotel charges a deposit. We'll see when it will be returned. If it takes a long time, I will update the review. So far, great. The swimming pool is large, a big plus.

Modern, luxurious and beautiful!! They were highly hospitable with great attention to detail. Loved the hotel and the service!
The staff were really friendly and helpful.
The breakfast buffet could be improved in terms of taste and quality of the pastries and some of the food but it had a lot variety. The club lounge is really fun for afternoon tea.
Overall I would highly recommend the Chatrium for business, couples or family stay.

Rooms were excellent. Extremely clean and well maintained. Staff at the hotel are very friendly welcoming and are helping for every thing required. Cruise shuttle was excellent. Brake fast was very good with so many varieties. Indian specific food items were limited but overall it was excellent and big list of items to select. Check in and check out was very quick and easy.

Excellent experience from the very start! We arrived at the hotel at around 8am and despite check in usually being from 2pm, they had us in our room by 10am. They even upgraded us to a suite as it was our honeymoon!
Hotel is well maintained, rooms are clean and bright, pool is excellent with great views of the river and city.
Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Food is good quality, although very expensive compared to surrounding options.
Hotel is close to Asiatique which is worth a visit, or a visit to the city centre is very simple with the complimentary boat service.
Would highly recommend this hotel for a trip to Bangkok.

A lovely hotel with beautiful, comfortable rooms and the most sumptious breakfast. My room has a massive ensuite bathroom with bath and shower, plus its own kitchenette. The only drawback so far has been that, having just flown in from the UK, and by 9am there was no hot water left. But the view over the river is stupendous- I couldn't ask for better!
