Came on holiday with my partner and had the best time!
The rooms and the pool could do with an upgrade as we kept catching our feet on the missing tiles and compared to other princess hotels that have been renovated these do feel a bit tired.
The food was great and staff were really friendly.
The animations team were incredible!! always coming to chat with us and to see how our day is, getting us involved with all the activities! Alma & Bara we’re incredible and so welcoming! And from the O club Camille & Lola were great and really lovely!

We spent our holiday in this resort and were generally satisfied by the offer. The rooms weren't the most trendy or well furnished (neither did the airco nor the fridge worked well); but the bedding and the overall space was good. The resort offers a wide swimming pool area with a lot of animations and activities. The food was varied and tasty. The waiters and personal went above and beyond to serve us at best. The Luna park and the side offering was also good. If you're just a couple or a family with children; you'll anyhow find what you're looking for (many 'adult only' places and activities within the club. The beach area is nice as well, although a bar beneath would be appreciated.

Stains on bedroom walls, aircon didnt work, overused bathrooms, broken icecream machine, broken arcade games that take money but don’t play, broke tiles, broken bathroom locks & handles & toilet roll holders & seats, dirty restaurant chairs, dirty & unsafe pull out beds, cockroaches, phones in bedroom wasn’t working to phone reception when we had no hot water or the key cards were working, small glasses at dinner made getting a beer near enough impossible, back doors to hotel room didn’t shut completely leaving a gap. Couldn’t book on to the a la carte restaurant due to time in queue, we gave up after 20 minutes as still 4 people infront.
The beach was nice, the chefs were friendly, nice views, family friendly.

We spent a week at this "club": 2 adults and 3 young adults with a total of 3 rooms.
ROOMS: terrible!
All three were shoddy. One room had a non-functioning toilet, one room had no chairs in the "garden" and the other room had a broken toilet, making strange noises every time you sat down, as if the toilet was about to give way. All 3 rooms had tiles on the floor that moved and made noises every time you stepped on them, the bathtubs and mirrors were ruined, with cracks, holes, discolored parts and damaged parts. "Garden" view of dirt. Most of the other rooms had a view of beautiful gardens with green grass or sea view. We had dirty and dry dirt.
Doors were faulty, difficult to open and the magnetic door cards stopped working a couple of times, we had to go to reception to have them fixed.
STAFF: rude!
At the bar and the restaurant they treated us with condescension and rudeness, often snorting or answering rudely. At the reception they are cold, never smiling. In most 4 or 5 star villages they change your towel daily for free. Here you have 2 free changes, you have to pay for the others . After we've arrived at the reception we were left to our fate, no Italian or international reference figure was in this hotel (Alpitour's fault).
Entertainment was non-existent, unlike Princess Esencia, an adjacent hotel to this one, where there are many Italian but also international and friendly entertainers/staff for activities like beach volley, yoga, ecc. ...
FOOD: disgusting!
The restaurant is very chaotic, chairs were always DIRTY with crumbs on them and stains. Very little variety at the food buffet and the little that is there is TERRIBLE, seasoned with so much garlic and spices that you will digest it after three days.
Unreasonable lunch and dinner times, probably designed for customers used to eating early but surprise: it's an international village, maybe they should take this into account since they start removing food from the buffet around 9:00 pm.
It's true, we are Italian and we have high expectations regarding food, obviously we weren't expecting a luxury restaurant but not this mess either. Very difficult to find well-cooked and digestible food. There is a wider choice at breakfast.
Very few options at meals for those like me who are vegan.
BEACH: pay to use!
Yes, the structure does not have sunbeds and umbrellas included and if you want to go to the beach you will have to pay 15 euros a day for an umbrella and two sunbeds, managed by external staff, otherwise you're free to sit on the sand.
The sea is clear and clean, few waves here and there but it's an island surrounded by the ocean so it's normal.
Keep in mind that this positive note does not depend on Club Jandia Princess but on mother nature ;)
ONLY positive note: WI-FI works well and also works on the beach.
I recommend this structure only to those who want peace and quiet, who doesn't mind eating badly and who do not care about being treated rudely by the staff.

I stayed for a week. In the room the a/c wasn’t amazing but after speaking to others it depended on what room you had. The food was okay there was lots of variety and for dinner they offered different style of foods such as seafood, Mexican etc. Even though it was off peak the entertainment was still very good. During the day they done multiple activities and ensured everyone was welcome and got involved. Alma and Bara were extremely friendly, enthusiastic and brought amazing energy.
