The second time I have been here, and you wouldn’t want for anything, the food is good, plenty for breakfast lunch and dinner, more drinks both soft drinks, beer, spirits, and wine all flow freely, there is Prosecco for breakfast. The rooms are fabulous clean, the view is probably the best on the South Coast with amazing walks up and down, water sports if you want it, I certainly wouldn’t hesitate booking this again or going for a third time. If you’re considering the suite, save your money and grab a Balinese bed every day @ €25 comes with a bottle of fizz and it’s literally 50 feet from the bar. Very private and literally overlooking the sea.

Came on holiday with my partner and had the best time!
The rooms and the pool could do with an upgrade as we kept catching our feet on the missing tiles and compared to other princess hotels that have been renovated these do feel a bit tired.
The food was great and staff were really friendly.
The animations team were incredible!! always coming to chat with us and to see how our day is, getting us involved with all the activities! Alma & Bara we’re incredible and so welcoming! And from the O club Camille & Lola were great and really lovely!

We spent our holiday in this resort and were generally satisfied by the offer. The rooms weren't the most trendy or well furnished (neither did the airco nor the fridge worked well); but the bedding and the overall space was good. The resort offers a wide swimming pool area with a lot of animations and activities. The food was varied and tasty. The waiters and personal went above and beyond to serve us at best. The Luna park and the side offering was also good. If you're just a couple or a family with children; you'll anyhow find what you're looking for (many 'adult only' places and activities within the club. The beach area is nice as well, although a bar beneath would be appreciated.

Family rooms in the hotel are terrible! Fungus in the bathroom everywheere. I was afraid to take the flip flops off and bath my kids. Fungus on the tiles in the room. Cockroaches running! Children sleeping on torn beds, worse than cheap bunks. Water in the pools freezing cold! Children after 5 minutes in the pools had purple lips. They were crying because they couldn't enjoy the pool. Never come here with family! NEVER! Terrible. They call themselves 4 stars, I would not give them 2! Warm those pools for kids! Food constantly the same. My worst and most expensive vacation ever! My husband could not come to the dinner because he had a tank top. Torn beds, musty stench in the rooms, arctic cold swimming pools, cockroaches near bread area in the restaurant and you have to wear nice shirts. Insane. The rooms in this hotel can be compared to a cheap motel. I will never come here and I will never recommend anyone to come here. It is a waste of money.

Stains on bedroom walls, aircon didnt work, overused bathrooms, broken icecream machine, broken arcade games that take money but don’t play, broke tiles, broken bathroom locks & handles & toilet roll holders & seats, dirty restaurant chairs, dirty & unsafe pull out beds, cockroaches, phones in bedroom wasn’t working to phone reception when we had no hot water or the key cards were working, small glasses at dinner made getting a beer near enough impossible, back doors to hotel room didn’t shut completely leaving a gap. Couldn’t book on to the a la carte restaurant due to time in queue, we gave up after 20 minutes as still 4 people infront.
The beach was nice, the chefs were friendly, nice views, family friendly.
