This enchanting family-run hotel rests on the beautiful south coast of Barbados, nestled right in the middle of Christ Church and Bridgetown. The Blades family set up Coconut Court Beach Hotel over four decades ago and it’s no wonder they chose this stunning seaside spot, where the palm trees sway and turtles play in the turquoise sea. Chilled-out beach life is the focus here, with a seafront swimming pool, dining by the sands and movie nights all on offer. I just left the hotel. The hotel is in great condition, room clean, friendly staff, relaxing calm atmosphere, overlooking the sea from the balcony a fantastic view, helpful happy staff all around. Front desk allowed me to book Blank Canvas The spa whilst there. Indeed my go to and loved the massage as usual.

Upon arrival, the host ,Margot, was very welcoming and polite. The hotel is in a great location with three restaurants, two within the hotel, one across the street. We had an issue with our room and informed Margot while we dined. Jeff, the Gm, approached our table to inform us that our room had been upgraded. Everyone was so welcoming and pleasant the entire time we were there. We were even allowed an extra hour for checkout due to our late flight schedule. We will certainly choose Coconut Court Beach again, almost forgot to mention the food and service was excellent as well.

A bit late. My wife and I stayed here in February for two weeks. In my opinion the Coconut Court was a great place to locate ourselves. The hotel itself gives you the feel of nostalgia when hotels had that ‘less corporate’ feel. The staff were extremely accommodating -nothing was too difficult for them to go out of their way to assist. On this I must pick out Terrence and on this I’m sorry Terrence I haven’t written this review earlier as you deserve it and so much more. We are likely to return to this beautiful island in February 2027 for six weeks and will definitely spend a couple of those weeks at this wonderful establishment. Mike (and Linda)

Nice for the relative price compared to other hotels in the area. It is a 3* that is clean and centrally located. The pool could be compared to a motel pool. The rooms are pretty basic but clean. It is in walking distance to a lot of bars and restaurants and the boardwalk. One gripe I have is no fan in the bathroom. You need to take a shower after your shower.

We had a wonderful stay at Coconut Court Hotel in Barbados. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome. They greeted us with refreshing rum punches and were consistently warm, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Whether we had questions or needed help arranging anything, they were always happy to assist. The rooms were beautiful and very clean, with housekeeping stopping by daily to keep everything in perfect shape. The property itself is charming, with a lovely pool and a beachside bar that’s perfect for relaxing with a drink in hand. One thing to note: if you’re planning to enjoy the beach on the property, June might not be the best time, as there was quite a bit of seaweed during our stay. We ended up heading over to Brown’s Beach and Carlisle Bay for better swimming conditions, and both were fantastic alternatives. The hotel also has its own restaurants, and one highlight was the Monday happy hour where guests can meet the owners over rum punch—a nice personal touch that made us feel even more at home. All in all, we truly enjoyed our time at Coconut Court and would absolutely stay here again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and relaxing stay in Barbados.
