Do not recommend. Staff is highly unprofessional, very confusing about their instructions and misleading. During check in we’ve been asked to remove electronics from the bag and hand them to the receptionist only for them to lose our items and giving us hard time finding them. The hotel is extremely old, I don’t remember the time in other resorts when it was as dirty and stinky as in here. Poor food quality and little to no variety. Beware of fish quality especially. Most of the things are coming from yesterday's leftovers. VIP amenities were good, but not the best. We’ve visited one of their scam-oriented time-share offerings to get two massages and a romantic dinner. Not only the sales pitch was very misleading and a complete fraud, but also the romantic dinner option ($250 value) was of an extremely poor quality. This type of a dinner would cost less in the U.S. Massage was good, but I would never spend $240 that they request for it. Even though those things were provided to us for free, the staff made every possible move to prevent it from being free although being repeatedly promised as being free of charge. Last but not least, our flight got canceled due to the hurricane, and we found a price online to extend our stay but decided that maybe due to the circumstances, the hotel staff would be more accommodating, but they were not. Even though Inline price was 2x of what we paid when initially booked the hotel, the receptionist asked 4x of that value.

First all inclusive experience wasn’t sure what to expect. Room and housekeeping were great. Although hallways and inside elevators and buildings were moldy/mildewy that’s an issue that should be resolved as soon as possible as coughing wasn’t present. Outdoor amenities poolside and water park were all fun although soon upgrades should be attentived to. Food was mediocre not the best choices but choices for all. 24/7 Room service was a plus but not for nothing please have your staff be respectful and mindful what they’re saying in Spanish as we can still understand what they mean. Also the lobby bar needs more staff to attend to guests and not wait in line for 20 minutes for 1 drink. Overall was a good experience but the entertainment lagged a bit although the dreams entertainment team did get us all involved in activities which was great. I personally wouldn’t return back but may give other Dreams resorts a go.

I have never had such a terrible check-in experience. Because we didn't specify two people on the booking app, the hotel charged us an additional $600. They actually knew that the prices for one and two people are the same, but they insisted we pay more. After waiting for an hour and a half, the front desk still hadn't contacted their manager for a solution. The hotel was aware that we had just flown for eight hours without food or drink, yet they left us sitting in the lobby with no assistance. As a traveler, I am extremely disappointed. I was already tired, and the hotel's attitude was very poor. This is just the first day of my trip, and it's already affecting my overall experience negatively.

A fantastic, family-friendly destination. Everything is top-notch, from the food and staff to the entertainment. While it’s not a luxury resort, it offers excellent value for money. The only downside was the sea, which wasn’t suitable for swimming, but overall, it’s a wonderful place for an enjoyable vacation.

Disappointing Stay at Dreams Natura
Disappointing Stay at Dreams Natura
My stay at Dreams Natura was far from the relaxing getaway I had hoped for. Starting with the room, it was not ready at check-in time. Multiple couples on our trip received a room different than the one they purchased online. The closet was damaged, and the repair work was patchy at best with the door almost hanging.
The pool filters are not cleaned very often. Like days, upon days go by before, the filters are scooped so there's just trash swirling around near them. The ocean water was a swampy brown that occasionally stunk.
The food was mediocre throughout the entire stay. I wasn’t impressed by any of the meals, whether at the buffet or the restaurants. It lacked quality and flavor, and nothing stood out as exceptional.
The Desires nightclub was particularly disappointing. The DJ seemed completely out of touch with current trends and demographics, which ruined the atmosphere. The club was not at all enjoyable.
Furthermore, the hallways had a distinct smell of mildew, which was unpleasant, and the elevators were unbearably hot. There was even an incident where someone got stuck in an elevator, highlighting safety and maintenance concerns.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Dreams Natura, and I definitely wouldn’t return. There are many areas that need improvement for the experience to be worth the price.
