I had an excellent stay at Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City! The hotel’s location is unbeatable, offering stunning views and exceptional amenities. What truly made my experience memorable, however, was the outstanding service provided by Mohamed Adel, the Security In-Charge. His professionalism and attention to detail were evident from the moment I arrived. Mohamed Adel went above and beyond to ensure my safety and comfort, and his friendly, approachable demeanor made me feel welcome throughout my stay. It’s clear he takes pride in his role and genuinely cares about the guests. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by Mohamed Adel and the entire team.

The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and stunning views of the Dubai skyline. From start to finish we found the welcome and staff excellent. The breakfast had endless food choices, the pools were well maintained, managed and supervised. The facilities were to a very night standard and every member of staff respectful. We highly recommend this hotel and location, that is only 15 minutes from the airport.

The twins bed in the room are quite small, the room is overall nice and we had a beautiful water canal see view. The service is excellent and the food great! I have some few recommendations for the room it mentioned allergy free but has a carpet which should not for the allergic people , its doesnt supposed to have a carpet. The kids club, i can't understand why 5 stars hotel charge complementary fees after 1 hour. The staff is not entertaining at all with kids, and they oblige us to stay with our kids of 3 years. The concept of kids club is to let the kids play and parents are free, why you oblige them to stay with parents ?? No activities are there for kids only free play.
